What can I say, we LOVE our new kitchen from the quarter sawn oak cabinets with Cambria countertops to the beautiful new floorsThe design Fair and Square recommended included taking down an wall that separated the kitchen from the dining area and putting in a new window - the whole space feels completely different and its exactly what we had hoped for As for the experience of working with everyone at Fair and Square, again, no let downs hereThere project manager kept me informed about the timelines and the tradespeople were friendly and knew their stuffTo my delight, they actually finished my project an entire week earlier than they originally anticipatedNo regrets going with this contractor!

Dan cancelled his construction agreement the day we started his projectWe provided an itemized list of our costs and refunded about $23K back to his title company from the original draw we tookDan would like more money back, but there simply is not any more money to be refundedAccording to our contract, we could have charged him the full overhead and profit for the project, we didn't, instead we simply charged him for the costs we had into the project and we provided an itemized bill showing where those costs went

We are very satisfied with the 2nd story master bedroom and bathroom addition that Fair & Square did for usWe’d planned for a long time to build out a bedroom suite so it fun to work with this group to pull it all togetherThey were full of great ideas to make it the perfect spaceThey paid attention to the smallest details and we always knew what to expect nextThey kept the project on budget and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out

When it came time to finish the basement in our new house we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and Fair and Square helped make it happenWe rely on my mom for childcare, which means she is often staying with us during the weekI wanted a place where she could have some privacy in her own time so we decided to finish the basement to give her a private bathroom and kitchen areaI was kind of dreading the construction process but it turn out to be kind of funThe bathroom was pretty straightforward, with vinyl floors, a vanity and showerThe kitchenette included quartz tops and is perfect for both my mom and any future entertaining we will doThe carpet keeps the space warm and it looks beautifulThe design they recommended really works well for usThe communication was better than I had hoped for and they were pretty transparent with everything that was happening in my homeI'd definitely give them an A on this project

After a bit of research and some personal referrals I selected Fair & Square to complete a bathroom remodel for meThis included installing a new tub, shower, vanity, fixtures and lots of tile workI went with a look that included tile on both the floors and walls and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work that was done for meThe craftsmanship in the tile work is extraordinary and I really feel like I have a unique look that fits my home and personality just perfectlyI may have been able to find someone to complete this remodel for less money but I doubt they'd be able to match the level of quality I got using Fair & SquareI even got a check back from them for the unused portion of the contingency fees they charge for unexpected costs outside of their estimate!

We love our home and our neighborhood and really didn't want to move but found that with a growing family we simply needed more space than our current house hadAfter investigating the purchase of a new home outside of the neighborhood and meeting with several contractors to see if we could modify this house to better meet our needs we settled on adding a mudroom, sun room and master bedroom suite to the back of our current home We went Fair & Square Remodeling to complete this addition and they were great from start to finishThey have a seasoned team that always kept me informed of what has happening and whenThey has a lot of creative ideas to maximize the space for use and comfort and were great about helping me make good decisions that kept me within my budgetThe best part of all is the delightful job they did of matching the new addition to the character of the existing house which was so important to me

I hired Fair and Square Remodeling to transform an existing storage room with a terrible layout into my new office and a study areaI really appreciated their expertise, I think it really helped to avoid potential issues and create a very useful spaceThe design they suggested added windows and really transformed a useless space into something that works well for meThe work they did included running new electric so that it would function well as an office, replacing the existing flooring and paintingTheir transparency was also very appreciatedI always knew what was happening and if a problem arose, not only did they keep me informed but came to me with reasonable solutions

I have hired this group for many projectsI have had them repair my doors, replace my dishwasher, grout tile, and floorsThey have an awesome customer service person that is assigned to you after you become a clientI have the same person that actually checks on me and asks if I need anything done and she sends someone out regularlyPlus they have off season specials that really add up to savings

I utimately chose Fair & Square for my kitchen remodel because of thier experience and it was a good choiceIt is a decent sized kitchen but they listened to the budget I wanted to stay within and came up with some very unique ideas that stayed within the cost I had in mindThe design process was truly enjoyableJesse really kept me in the loop through every step of the buildI really felt like they had my back on this project and had my best interest in mind

We contracted with Fair & Square to expand our existing kitchen by adding an addition to our existing homeI initially choose them because of all the bids I received theirs was the only one that provided line item detail that was clear and I could easily understand exactly what I was paying forThey did a nice job managing the project, communicated well at each step and showed up and finished when they promised they wouldThey also did a good job of working with the city inspectorsThe final result is a wonderful open space that is so much more functional than our old kitchen

Our kitchen addition project with Fair and Square Remodeling went wellThe design process was enjoyable
and with some adjustments through the design process they put together a beautiful plan for the addition
The team was efficient, communicated well, and were quick to share their ideas to ensure we would be
satisfied with the kitchenTheir contactors were friendly, professional and experienced

Used these guys to remodel our bathroomReally wanted to upgrade to something more modern and the work they did fit the billCame up with some cool ideas that I wouldn’t have thought ofOverall they were professional, did what they said they would do and the quality of the work was what I expected

We really enjoyed working with fair and square to finish our basementTheir whole team was great and a lot of fun to deal withThey kept us up to date on progress and we always knew what to expect nextThe space turned out great and the design makes such good use of the entire basementThe bathroom was finished with a tile floor, sink with a custom vanity and toilet and they even managed to design it to fit a full tub like I had hopedMy husband is a huge craft beer fan and was really psyched about the small bar area with a stone counterI worried initially that the area would be cold as basements can sometimes be but they made sure it was insulated well and the carpeted floors ensure it is a warm relaxing place to hang outWe love to entertain and this is a place we love to share with our friends

I knew when I purchased my condo last year that I would be refinishing the bathroomThis was my first experience remodeling but Cathy was so helpful! She showed me three types of bathroom projects, I chose the one that best fit my budget and she took me through all of my options at that price pointShe took the time to really explain things to me and educate me so that I could make the best choices possibleThe newly installed floors, vanity, tub surround and fixtures were exactly what was needed to bring that bathroom up to date with the rest of the condo

We remodeled our kitchen through Fair and Square Remodeling because of the kitchen remodel packages they offer. It made the whole process straightforward, easy and less stressful than I thought it would be. The package gave me peace of mind knowing we’d stay on budget and the end result was a beautiful and well-designed kitchen that I absolutely love. Beth, our project manager was great keeping us informed of timelines and what to expect along the way. The design they put together for us fit the space and the way we use it so well. This team has a lot of experience and I felt like my kitchen remodel was in good hands. Overall, this was a good experience for us.

I have hired this group for many projects. I have had them repair my doors, replace my dishwasher, grout tile, and re-do floors. They have an awesome customer service person that is assigned to you after you become a client. I have the same person that actually checks on me and asks if I need anything done and she sends someone out regularly. Plus they have off season specials that really add up to savings.

Upon purchasing my home I decided to completely renovate the interior prior to moving in. I worked with Fair & Square Remodeling to update the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and office to meet my family’s needs. A renovation of this kind takes time but they kept the work on track and it was completed
within a week of the timeframe they initially gave me. I felt they were fair and easy to work with. Beth was very involved ensuring that things came together the way we discussed during the design phase. I would recommend them to anyone needing to do a sizable renovation.
