They kept their promise when another company failed to. I had 3 other investors visit my home. One of them was Ben. He wasn't my best offer, but was definitely the most professional one. I decided to go with a different company. They dragged me on for 2 months and said they were waiting on some properties to sell and then they would buy my house. I ended up canceling the contract and called Ben. After we signed the agreement it took them 2 weeks to close. I would suggest anyone who is thinking about selling to investors to go with Fair Deal Home Buyers. They kept their word and closed.
When I first called Fair Deal Home Buyers I was skeptical because I already tried selling my house to another investor and he never close as he promised. When peter came to my house after the first 10 min I knew I’m dealing with a great guy and probably good company. After we signed the agreement I was contacted by Albert and Tiffany. They explained me everting about the process from start to finish. Thank you guys this Group is unbelievably professionally managed and operated. 5 stars all day.

Generally speaking, Ben from Fair Deal Home Buyers was the only gentleman that worked with me as the seller of my own property from beginning to end. Others from the same company emailed and called me at the beginning kindly asking me to contact them if I had any questions regarding each and every step of the sales process, and I did ask questions by email but never got replies as if they had never been contacted. My questions might have been stupid or unnecessary, but as a courtesy I should have gotten at least brief replies, which would have made my review here somewhat like “better music to you folks’ ears” and which however did bother me because, based on my life experience in dealing with people from all walks of life, we all cannot know what kind of people we are dealing with until later and that later is too late to save a dollar or two of our hard-earned money! With that said, at closing, I felt kindly rushed and was not really given more time than needed in terms of me fully understanding the itemized costs of the closing before signing the docs and I wasn’t sure as well as up to this point in time I am still not sure whether I had to pay most high-price items of the closing although I did had to pay part of those, did I not??? I am happy to have been given ample time to clear my stuff out of the house, 5 stars for which! Have they been fair to me? Well, I wish somebody knowledgeable in real estate sales with a good heart could tell me! How had Ben been doing in this whole thing? Well, he works for the company always with the best interest in mind for the company - 4 stars for Ben. I don’t love Ben but I like him. How many stars for the company? 1 star! No, 4 stars.
