This company is horrible. They left our knives set in their truck for a month and counting. when we called and texted the moving driver, he ignored our calls and would make excuses. If we hadn't called they would probably throw it away. They also overcharged us on gas and time. They first said it was going to be 200 and then they said they had to call their boss since they stayed overtime. However, They did leave earlier than the expected leave time and they had other people's stuff in the truck which is why some of our stuff couldn't fit. When we called them they didn't answer at first and then when they did answer they made up another excuse and they decided to raise their voice and than hang up the phone. They were very rude on the phone. I am disappointed in my decision to move with them. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. After loading the truck and got to the new house then they decided to charge us 1200 dollars. I even have my bill to prove it.
Quoted $350.00 for a small move, when movers arrived at destination I was asked to pay $1200.00
Be careful, do not trust this company as I did. Not only did they defraud me, but they also caused damage to the building ramp and responded "it was old, you fix it ".
you never Paid $1200 for your Move That's A Lie & You Know It You Paid $450â?¢00 for Your Move That is Here On The Moving Service Contract Agreement,If You Gonna Post A Review Be Honest.
Lastly You Move Into A Old Building Where Damage Was Already Done To Your Building..
Don't Blame Are Movers For Something That Was Already Done On The Old Building!..
I settled for $750.00 to the driver who would only take cash. I have their receipt to prove payment.
Also I will see these people in court for damages to building for which I have two witnesses and for breach of contract plus damages suffered due to defamation of character here inferred by their response.
Only Word To Describe This Company Is Phenomenal. Movers Was Great Mr Dee Was So Helpful And Wonderful/Nice Over The Phone As Well As In Person With Constants Communication From Start To Finish.
Moving Quote Price Was Very Affordable.
Best Part of My Move Was The Cleaning Crew Oh My God Toni & Crew Was Awesome And & Very Helpful.

This business will promise you a certain amount of house - go over in time and then hold your items hostage in the moving truck until you pay them what they want. They broke my very expensive glass table and said they would Send me the claim form - but ignored all of my calls and requests for the claim form. My brand new door was scratched, bed broken, glass table chipped and boxes were smashed with items broken inside. They are very slow to move causing an unexpected double charge. Extremely unprofessional. The other businesses listed below will show all the same issues I had. STAY AWAY.

Let me clear up any confusion. We called the cops because YOUR movers called my fiancé *** and threatened to "smash him over the head with a tile". Your company still has NOT sent me the insurance form for the broken dining room table.
Let Me Say This. That is not true. Your Boyfriend pulled up Into Your Front Yard Cursing The Movers Out. There you tell your boyfriend to stop, the movers has did nothing Wrong. after much Harassment From your boyfriend, the mover reply to him that your boyfriend is not going to be calling him names. He left your home and went outside & Call the police. The police seeing the wrongness of your boyfriend & Ask you to remove your boyfriend from the Premises seeing that he was not a resident At your home. Everything That take place on that day the movers have it on video! Your review is untruthful. A Court Date Is Coming. My Movers Will Get Justice For What You & Especially Your Boyfriend Have Done To Them. Good Luck.

Double charged me and held items hostage , broken dining glass and missing parts to adjustable bed . Ignored calls , texts . Insurance fraud
The 3 moving men were advised I need to remain at 5 hours no matter what- they went so slow and wound up taking 9.5 hours ! When I complained they refused to open the truck to let me get my items . They fought with us , and then finally I had to pay - no other choice .
There was a big scratch in my front door , they broke my glass dining room table and said not to worry just put in a claim w owner , then my brand new adjustable bed base was missing its legs And completely collapsing in the middle and no wire for the electronics !!no one ever showed for the "cleaning service " and I have now called the owner *** 4x and he won't answer my calls . I had someone else call and he picked up when he thought they wanted to book him - he said he would send over an insurance claim form immediately . I have received NOTHING. I will be taking him to court . The driver also took off without telling me and never left my contract . Which he filled in AFTER! (Altered the document ).
I want to file a claim for my broken table and broken adjustable bed .
Was Never double Charge For Anything She Was Quote $315 for three Hours Minimum Any That Goes Over the Three hours Minimum The Move Will Be Price By The Hour At $95 Per Hour *** Paid For Nine Hours Nothing Over She Was Not Charge For Fuel Not Stairs We Never hold None Of *** Items hostage as We Stay by the Terms of the moving service contract agreement that *** sign & Has A Copy That Payment Must be made in full before truck is unload when movers get to delivery *** was not there. *** boyfriend came up & pick a fight with the movers about the bill that she paid for the move her boyfriend(White Guy)showed up and Call The Movers this *** Black *** is the one that take your money my mover in return after *** boyfriend would not stop threatening the movers the movers call the police ' the police told *** That her boyfriend have to leave the property seeing that the boyfriend was not a resident there. The police also stayed at *** resident until the mover was completed This matter has become a legal matter as *** knows
We never damage *** bed as we have texting messages from *** states that she found all of her bed parts in a box.
Lastly *** and I has been in Constant Communication via text message. this is a false Report that *** has file.

I was advised $315 plus $95 p/hr , correct . When I told you I could ONLY do 4 hours you said "yes we can do it in 4 hours "
To which I have those texts messages from you when you wanted me to book your company .
When your movers (you) came to the property I reiterated that I needed to keep cost down and I could move a lot of the smaller items myself - that I just needed you to move the furniture - the response was "no problem ".
As the hours went on , I said to the movers "it's getting late , I can not pay more hours - I will take all the other items - just take the furniture .." again- I was told "no problem don't worry ". Here I watched one mover take one small item at a time , and every time I said something the response was "only 15 more minutes - no worry!" We'll I was worrying - knowing I could not go over my adviser limit .
I was on my way to the new place when I got a call that the movers would NOT unload the truck until they were given $946.00.
I gave up because I needed my items and paid - THIS IS WHEN THE CONTRACT WAS PENCILED IN . IT IS NOT WHAT I ORIGINALLY SIGNED- which I was coerced into thinking it was the liability insurance .
My fiancé heard of the situation and came over and did get mad telling the moving men they were taking advantage of a woman ....the mover got mad at his words and wanted to fight him and started yelling in my house "f-ing ***"...my fiancé AT THAT point said "you're calling ME a ***? You're the ***" ....your mover then told him to step outside so he could bash him over the head with a tile - MY FIANCÉ then called the police . WE CALLED .
My finance was kept inside for his safety and then WE left to move all of my items from the other house .
The police stayed on site to make sure my mother and daughter were safe with the movers there while we left .
I did find my missing adjustable bed parts a week later - I have a broken "chipped and splitting " glass dining table that I have been promised 5x a claim form and have YET to get anything hit a run around !
I also have found out that my daughters TV was never wrapped up and was cracked and had to be thrown out - I haven't even mentioned that because *** continues to text and harass me that I am a racist - when I never said one bad word about anyone .
This is a true nightmare and it just continues as my table was not fixed nor has any insurance claim been filed .
Truly unprofessional way of handling everything . Attached you will see his 4 hour message and then the free cleaners that never showed up - plus his harassing comments . I have zero to hide as this was a total scam and not what I asked for .
As Stated to *** that is agreed to the basic liability insurance @ $0.60 Cent Per Pound article. *** told me to stop texting her and sad I am harassing her & we have agreed to deal with the chip that's on the dining room glass corner every time we try to contact *** she don't respond until weeks later she will text!!.
She's holding up the process from getting her chip corner dining room glass done!..

I Have Moved Lot's Of Time's & Have Had A Bad Experience With The Last Moving Company. After Contacting *** And Spoken To *** In Regards To My Move, He Had Make My Move Very Less Stressful. Mr Dee & Crew Had Take Very Good Care With Are Items. Everything Was Fully Wrapped With Moving Blankets & Plastic Wrap. This Company Had Not Only Delivered our Items To Miami For Free But Also Gave Us A Donation To Those That Was Effected By The Hurricane. I call this company to move my household stuff. Movers were on time & dressed very professional at my home to do my move. Everything was wrapped and well protected. They made my move very less stressful & painful. Quote that I had received was very much fair right. I will choose & recommend this company again. Faith Relocation for my next move.

They quoted us $199 and once they had everything on the truck and we drove 4 miles away to the new location the driver told us $700 to unload truck. Then he said he could probably get us down to $560 then down to $400. None of these so called "extra fees" for gas was ever told. They are very unprofessional. They constantly changed the amount and nothing was what they initially quoted us. I was *** for a move that was only 4 miles away. Beware!
You Was Inform Of All Charges Also You Was Not Upfront With disclosing all of your moving information After you get the total cost of your move of $500 You call the office & Call Are Office staff A ***. After Both you & Your Mom & Dad Said That You Guys Are Christian People

It's sad that your are doing this to people, but everyone that sees this will know the truth. You quoted one price in the beginning and tried to *** me for triple the price to let my furniture go for a move 4 miles away. Please beware of this company.
Deceitful business. They're thieves. Told me my move would be 150 then he texted me and said it's $400 Refuse to take the furniture off the truck for me to view for damages until I pay him cash, would not accept venmo or check. Horrible, deceitful thieves. People need to complain about this company. They've done it in the past, I'm sure I'm not the first one they ripped off. You tried to charge me $200 in surcharges and taxes. Why would he charge me tax when he doesn't pay tax? Obviously if he doesn't read, except check, or any other form of payment besides cash, ridiculous, horrible.
They are extortionist. They take your furniture hostage after they give you a quote and then add additional fees. They should not be trusted with your belongings.

I was in a pickle trying to do all my "little things" myself and I had become so overwhelmed I started looking for next day help at 1:00 am. I found this service through a quotes website and D'angelo texted me with a estimate within 5 minutes of me submitting my request. He asked if he could call so he could understand the work I needed. They helped me remove tons of trash! He was extremely fair with the price! Best price I was ever quoted in the time crunch I was in. He sent Jason and Tony to Pembroke Pines at 9:00 am and they were ready to work! They were steady paced the entire way not stopping for any breaks they were well organized and efficient. They really helped me at a desperate time and did not take advantage with the price quoted. I will be using them for my unloading next month again already scheduled it with D'Angleo. I am very grateful for their help!

I used this business for my move and found the personnel to be very passionate about their work, very professional and courteous. No detail was too small and no detail was spared when discussing the business arrangement. Weekly calls by the manager D'Angelo were received until the job was complete. Jason and Renee were true rock stars. They completed my move in less than two hours taking great care of my possessions.
