The down payment was refunded to the complainantHe failed to produce a valid Texas Driver's License, which was required by the bankWe are in the business of selling cars not taking them backOur car was in his possession while we waited on him to complete his portion of the dealHe was not charged for the time or mileage he put on the vehicle while we waited on him to fulfill his obligations

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This started with a Ford Dealership in [redacted] which Red McCombs recommended I go to, then [redacted] then hours away from where I live to Red McCombs Ford in San AntonioI have countless emails, text and phone records detailing the extent I have had to go through just to get a brand new truck fixed over the last yearsI have so many that I couldn't attached them all to this message.Their service records are going to show that they didn't do anything because that's exactly what they did with my truck absolutely nothing! We found that Mr [redacted] is correct and issued a check for the requested amount [redacted] General ManagerRed McCombs Toyota

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We now live in Colorado Springs Colorado [redacted] would be the closest Ford dealer.I contacted their service dept and RED Mcombs on the same day over a week ago.Red Mcombs has not resonded or made contact with my wife or myself or [redacted] *** to figure out were to go next.RM has argued with is before about backing the warranty in Colorado.Not sure what to do here, driving hrs one way back to RM for another "try" at veting it right is not an option.Once again [redacted] is my local Ford dealer, if the warranty is not an issue than please just have RM let me know how many times I have to call them in order to get a call back.Or they could cowboy up and call [redacted] and get it arranged Regards, [redacted]

Without the vehicle at our service dept we cannot help fix any service issuesWe can provide alternate transportation while we have itIf they would like we can also try trading this unit for another

The GAP refund has been processed and the check was mailed out last weekWe have reevaluated and adjusted our process for handling cancellations [redacted] General Manager

last we heard all was good on this unitIf windshield is leaking it should be covered under warranty just need to bring the vehicle into our service dept

*** *** and he has been very helpful. As of 10/5/17, he was checking with Toyota Finance to see what the delay was in posting the payment to the account. Once it posts, I will happily close this out and accept.

I tried to closeout/accept the response but could find a way to do it without waiting for the system to contact me again.   Everything is complete.   Thank you.

Without the vehicle at our service dept we cannot help fix any service issues. We can provide alternate transportation while we have it. If they would like we can also try trading this unit for another.

I show this vehicle has not been our service dept for several months. Looks like we ordered parts for the truck. We show to have called and left a message to bring it in. This vehicle is under factory warranty so it can be repaired at any Ford dealership.Please call me at ###-###-#### to figure out...
