I have made numerous attempts to set an appointment with Mrs. [redacted] so that we can resolve her complaint, unfortunately she has not been able to set an appointment with me due to a busy schedule. Mrs. [redacted] has told me that she will make contact with me when her schedule allows. Red McCombs Toyota takes all customer complaints seriously and is willing to work with Mrs. [redacted] by offering to replace the broken grill she highlighted in her complaint at no cost to her. At this time I will leave the resolution to complaint ID# [redacted] open for Mrs. [redacted] to finalize within a reasonable time at her convenience. The down payment was refunded to the complainant. He failed to produce a valid Texas Driver's License, which was required by the bank. We are in the business of selling cars not taking them back. I am rejecting this response because:This started with a Ford Dealership in  [redacted] which Red McCombs recommended I go to, then [redacted] then 5 hours away from where I live to Red McCombs Ford in San Antonio. I have countless emails, text and phone records detailing the extent I have had to go through just to get a brand new truck fixed over the last 2 years. I have so many that I couldn't attached them all to this message.Their service records are going to show that they didn't do anything because that's exactly what they did with my truck absolutely nothing!
