Review: This is a phishing complaint / abusive telemarketing scam. This company has purchased my phone number illegally somehow and is constantly calling every day leaving this number as their call back telemarketing number. ###-###-#### they have been told to remove my phone number from their list. The phone number ey are calling is on the do not call list and I have filed complaints with the FCC. I want his company to remove my phone number from their scam. My phone number is ###-###-####. I will complain every day that they call from now on. They call every day.Desired Settlement: Remove my phone number from their scam phishing list.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I can assure you that Family Foreclose sure Rescue is not a scam and that we have not purchased the number illegally. I can also like to promise you, that we are not telemarketers and that we do not sell anything. As you can see from the attached document, the home at [redacted] has been listed on Public Record that it is in Foreclosure. As you can see from the attachment, the phone number listed on the public record is Ms. Steiner's phone number. FFR was attempting to contact the home owner, according to public record, to make an offer to purchase her home in order to prevent the home from being sold at public auction. Unfortunately, the public records are sometimes inaccurate and we regret that the information provided by the County of [redacted] was incorrect. We have a very strict policy to remove anyone from our contact list that does not want to receive a call. Once you communicated your wishes to our office, your phone number has been blocked by our phone system and cannot be called again. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, if you have any further concerns, please contact me directly [redacted].
