I was contacted by this company because my home was in foreclosure. Based on my current situation they could not help me; however, They did their best on our phone call to be as helpful as they could with advice and suggestions. I would recommend this company.

Review: I was contacted by Family Foreclosure Rescue through the mail. They knew that I was going through foreclosure and was vulnerable at the time. I actually gave them a call and they promised they could save my home, so I didn't understand so they sent one of their Salesman ([redacted]) to convince us to go with them. They promised us they were licensed to operate and handle my situation with our lender. Comes to find out that they had me sign papers to sign over our DEED to our property, which I understood that we were signing a equity purchase agreement, that they would reinstate my loan ($25,000) and I would get to stay in my house and make payments to them in return and in one year if I did not have all the monies owed to FFR we would have to sell my house and they would get a 45% equity split. They had one month from the time I signed with them to reinstate my loan with the trustee but failed to and caused me to lose my property. It was sold to a third party at an auction on May 29,2013. for [redacted] and are selling it right now for [redacted] I lost [redacted] in equity to this company that promised me at least 55% and ended up with nothing. They come off like a real trustworthy company but in the end I feel they are running a Foreclosure Rescue Scam. Im pretty sure I am not the only victim.Desired Settlement: MY HOUSE BACK! For Family Foreclosure Rescue to reinburse me my lost equity.

[redacted] home was scheduled for foreclosure sale on 5/29/13 due to non payment of her Mortgage Loan. FFR purchased an interest in the property for the purpose of fixing up and selling the property in order to generate profits for both [redacted] and FFR. FFR then attempted to reinstate the defaulted loan for $[redacted]. The private lender ([redacted]) first delayed providing FFR an accurate reinstatement quote and then exercised their right (Civil Code 2924) to not allow reinstatement within 5 days of the foreclosure date. The property was then sold at auction as scheduled. This is a very rare occurrence, however [redacted] was told that it was possible that the lender may not allow reinstatement. Prior to the Foreclosure Sale, [redacted] was notified by FFR that the lender was refusing to allow reinstatement. As a good faith gesture, FFR has offered to compensate [redacted] for lost equity due to her lenders refusal to allow reinstatement and ultimately selling the property at auction. [redacted] has accepted our offer to compensate her and the matter is now closed. There is no longer any dispute between [redacted] and FFR.

I would just like to say a few positiv e things about family finacial rescue.my over all expierence with there staff was excelent even tho at the end I did not end up using their service the staff still calls me to see how things are even months after the fact. On that note I would definetly recomend there services to anyone in need of this type of help
