Good morning,
 
After reviewing Ms. [redacted]'s invoice, I see that on January 25, 2016, our technician Chavi performed a deep cleaning of her HVAC system.  Ms. [redacted] also purchased the biocides/sanitizers for her entire duct system, along with a lifetime filter for her furnace....

 With two men working for one hour that would be about right for the time to clean the duct system and the furnace.
Ms. [redacted] signed her invoice in two places.  The first signature stating that she approved of the quote offered to do the work, the second stating that she was satisfied with the work done.
Until today, we have not heard anything back from Ms. [redacted].  I wish she would have contacted our office back in January so we could have a technician return to her home, however, Ms. [redacted] stated in her complaint that the system was clean upon her inspection.  I guess this leaves me confused to the complaint.

On June 23, 2016, our customer did phone us and wanted a refund.  We are not able to refund this customer due to the fact that he did receive services and not product.  Our customer received a full HVAC deep cleaning that included a detailed air duct cleaning, main air supply and main...

return duct cleaning.  His AHU, blower moter and heat exchanger was also received a thorough cleaning.  Our customer also chose to have his HVAC system receive our biocides/sanitizing service.  We did offer to send a technician to the home to inspect and re-do any services that the customer was not happy with.
 
We do not perform any work or provide any service without the customers signature, prior to service.  We also have our customers inspect our work to confirm they are satisfied with the services they received.  Signatures for both the price quote and satisfaction of services are on the invoice.  Payment arrangements were extended to this customer and the first payment has been received.

We completed the job for the customer on April 23, 2016.  Our office manager phoned the customer on April 25, 2016, to confirm that they were satisfied with the service they received.  Our office manager spoke with the woman of the house and she stated that they were happy with...

the final result.  We apologized again for the miscommunication and delay - we were waiting for the proper electrical piece to complete the job.  The customer seemed happy.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As you can see from the invoice from the furnace company that I have attached, the door was off the furnace in the attic. The only one who had been in the attic was your technician. We were asking for a reduction in our bill to compensate us for the inconvenience you caused. Your response is the reason we filed a complaint so other people will see your lack of customer service. Sincerely, [redacted]

Wow. What a scam. On the phone, you indicated that a refund was likely, which turned out to be a lie.  I will be following up, if possible, with the Washington business association.  I will never recommend your company and I will do all I can to ensure that as few new customers are added to your bankroll as possible. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The company is consistent in their ability to fabricate statements to their convenience. Attachments on are their way via certified mail (and attached to this response as a PDF) consistent with how I have been doing business. I have sent 5 certified letters to date. I have official receipts from the US postal service for each of these letters signed by Family Fresh United as received. Apparently Family Fresh United is as unaware of the receipt of these letters signed by a company employee as they are of how their employees practice business in the field. Also when I spoke with Lisa and then David over the phone they each made reference to the letters I had sent acknowledging that they had been received.
To this point they have sent nothing in writing to me and made no offers, to reduce my monthly payments, to notify me that my account is delinquent, to offer me good faith credit, or to provide me with the promised filter. I can’t believe the audacity of a company to claim such falsehoods where there is written communication on my side and none on their own.
And the claim that my dryer vent was even touched is shockingly false. I am happy to show the state of my dryer vent, furnace, and vents.
The reason I canceled my credit card was very clearly stated in the first letter I sent to them via certified mail (for which I have all receipts) on June 21, 2016 accompanied by a multiple phone calls and an email to make sure they had the information.
I am absolutely amazed at their ability to blatantly make false statements to cover their business practices.
I am awaiting resolution so I can hire a reputable company to do the work that Family Fresh United failed abysmally to complete.

Hellowe have serviced this costumer on 4/10/15. we have done a basic duct cleaning with a negative pressure machine by connecting the machine and closing all the other vents. we also inspected the furnace and the returns and advised the costumer that they both are extremely dirty and needs cleaning....

after showing the costumer what needs to be don we applied a senior discount, filled up the invoice and did the job. both of the returnsgot brushed, the blower and the furnace got cleaned, we sanitized the system and also included in her cleaning a life time filter.we agreed on 3 payments of $164.10 as stated on the invoice.we never heard anything from that costumer about any problem that she might have had after the service.I personally tried to reach out to the costumer today and got no answer on the phone.on 5/10 we are supposed t to charge the 2nd payment, I hope to hear back from her and to resolve this in the easy way. if we will not receive payment or hear from that costumer by 6/10 we will be forced to send this bill to a collection company.I'm attaching a copy of the original invoice here.thanksFAMILY FRESH AIR

Hellowe see no need of keep responding to this since there is nothing I can do or say to satisfy this costumer. we did not lie or did anything wrong besides offering the services needed and following by preforming them upon an agreed and signed very reasonable price.thank you

To whom it may concernThis costumer did order a basic air duct cleaning from a coupon that we advertise. It specifically states that this is a negative pressure cleaning with a free dryer vent cleaning. With arriving to the property and inspecting the system the technician foundthat the system was...

neglected for a while and need further cleaning with brushes and chemicals. The technician explained the costumer all that needs to be done and even lowered the rates to a price she can afford. He gave her a work order to sign on and then started and completed the job that was paid in full.See attached signed invoice.We reject this complaint.Sincerely Family Fresh Air

You then provided me the contact information for the contractor that was specifically assigned to my home. You then told me that the reason he hadn't been in touch with me is that he had a family issue that needed to be resolved. I initially reached out to your company through an ad I received in the mail. The contractor was sent to me the next day. It is very important to me that this contract is honored in a timely manner.Sincerely,[redacted]

As of now she has not called me back and this issue remains UNRESOLVED!!!!!!!Customer service does not seemed to be their strong point. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This time the business owner outright lied. I called the office prior to the appt and was clearly asked what the possibility of other charges was... The response was a clear and concise "oh there will be no other charges, just the $$45 for the duct cleaning" like the coupon said.  Upon arrival I was told absolutely that there was so much dirt in the system that a $45 duct cleaning would be meaningless. I also recently went to put in the replacement filters that this COMPANY did NOT REPLACE, even tho I was clearly told when I asked, that they would be installed. I found a GIANT 10 inch diameter dust ball just below the vent.  So not only did I have to replace all my own vent filters myself, I found evidence that the job was not done to satisfaction. Again, the issue of being lied to about the ON/OFF switch on the fan, (was told by salesman there was none, only to find one right where the Tech told me to look) was not addressed. and the issue of hardcore SALES after NO was said multiple times. the relentless aggression of the salesman, did not allow me to oversee the work being done by the tech. Again, I requested to photograph the before and after clean, and was told I could not because the system had already been put back to gether. This company overcharges, is very deceitful in its practices and lies outright. I would absolutly NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone. I recommend the OTHER COMPANY, I used them before and was very happy and had lots done for a reasonable price. I only tried this company because of the coupon. This is a very unethical company. I believe this should be a public conversation, so that others may witness the non-responses I am getting about any issues I have had. Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I called the company back twice.  Both times they said they would reach out to me.  I called a third time and they said they could not locate my account and that they would contact me when they figured out what was going on.  I believe they are working to fix this issue; but the issue has yet to be fixed.
