I had [redacted] and [redacted] move me to Ocala FLWe had them come in and pack the kitchen and clothes and everything was delivered todayEverything was unloaded , unpacked, our clothes were put in the closets and boxes were hauled awayWe are happy with the service and would definitely use this company again

Do not hire this companyThey lure you in with the best hourly rateBUT, they have no idea what they are doingA move that should have taken no more than hours took almost They didn't get everthung in the truck because they were not packing to the ceiling, then spent about hours near the end of loading to try to rearrange what they had already loadedI just forget it, I will move the rest myselfHad to make about trips in my pick up to finish They unloaded fairly quickly but because I had them back the truck up to the front door and put the ramp into my foyerSeveral small scratches and dents which I expectedHoweverA couple weeks after the move I noticed one of the feet on television cabinet was missingI looked everywhere for the footUnderneath, the entire wood bracing had been busted off There is NO WAY that I would not have noticed that laying in my front door or drivewayThe movers purposefully hid that from me and disgarded the footThere is no way to replace itCalled [redacted] and he said it might be in their lost and foundI knew I would not get a call back because that means they would have had to admit it was their faultBAD movers, unethical business practices.lHire a more reputable company that has experienced staff, may cost a bit more by the hour, but will cost you less in the long runYou get what you pay for

We needed to move my Grandfather into another home and decided to use these guys who came highly recommended by the new management I did price them against the movers I used back in April (I won't name them, but you can find them in my reviews), and Family Movers were $cheaper in the end than the other estimate!!!! I talked to [redacted] on the phone and he was polite and made the process super easy He told me it was a flat rate no matter what they do, i.epacking, moving, more than one location, etcAlso, he told me it didn't cost extra for packing material or there weren't any hidden feesHe was right! So nice to have honesty in a business The day of the move, the guys showed up on time with positive, professional attitudes [redacted] was the lead and [redacted] was new, and both were very polite to my Grandpa We had to change a few things and move things around, and they never once complained or showed impatience The best part was amazing service at that price!!! I will actually use these guys for myself the next time I plan to move Thanks for the great service!!!

Great movers and lowest cost! The move team of *** *** and *** were professional, courteous, and hard workingThey wrapped all of our wood and leather pieces and even the grandfather clock arrived without a scratch, chip, or dent

I just want to post a public service announcement to warn people against hiring this company for your move This company has horrible business ethics, unprofessional employees, and uses scare tactics/threats to collect astronomical prices The owner also demonstrated no respect for women, as he was demeaning to me (a female) and my mother in law I could never in good faith recommend this company to anyone Ever

We just finished our move in chapel hill. We had [redacted] and [redacted].
They came prepared with all the tools, and blankets as promised. We did have a piano that we thought would give the movers a hard time. We were wrong. They moved our piano

We hired Family Movers to move us locally in Raleigh. I was quoted $800 for 2 guys and a truck. To my surprise on the day of the move I had a total of 8 guys, that were the nicest, most polite movers I have seen. Due to military experience I have moved a lot. Once we got to the new place these guys put everything where we needed it, set up the kids beds, and also the crib. I could tell they do this often. I called the office to pay the $800 and thank them for the service. To my surprise the owner told me that the bill has already been paid and "thank you for what you have done for us overseas". I cried for an hour.
