IN regards to [redacted] and the complaintHe did purchase the vehicle with a day Engine & Transmission 50/coverage which covers all internal lubricated parts and no electricalThe first were made aware of any concerns was well past the days but regardless the warranty would not have covered anything electrical.We made a couple of attempted to correct the issue as a courtesy but [redacted] truck developed additional issues which made us unable and unwilling to dive into since none were covered items.The miles driven on the vehicle was over miles with in the first month just as a side note of the coverage period but the day limited clearly states what is covered and what is not.Sincerely, [redacted]

In regards to complaint from [redacted] ***.s he was given the option to drive the vehicle home and if for any reason she was not happy with it to bring it back and cancel the transaction, which she did since the vehicle check engine light came on.IN regards to the contract price which has been cancelled As you can see by the evidence provided by [redacted] the price on the website had been increased prior since it was incorrect and to this day the price is the same as the contract priceThe down payment was $but she only was able to give us $of that and agreed to pay the rest to us since it was not available to her the evening she purchased the vehicle but the entire deal and the contract was cancelled the next day and the vehicle returned.I am unclear as to why this complaint since she was given the option to cancel the deal and she exercised her option with ease

Horrible! My husband and I purchased a car hereWe had to wait all day after being told to come baxk the night beforeDidn't end up getting the car we wantedThen we were told there was nothing wrong with the one we got, come to find out it has extensive internal transmission failure!

Lie through their teethTest drove a car, agreed on a price and applied for a loan through my bankInformed them I was approved and asked to leave a down payment to secure the vehicle until loan check arrived in the mailWas assured that this was not necessary, told that the vehicle was promised to meI called each day for the next two days to confirm that the vehicle was mine and no deposit was needed, only to call the third day to let them know the check had arrived and was on my way in that the car had been soldStay away, they lie, lie, lie

In regards to [redacted] and the complaint [redacted] purchased the [redacted] with full disclosure of an existing problem which we were in the process of diagnosingHe agreed to take the truck the way it was with confidence that him or his mechanic would be able to fix itShortly after he proclaimed that the problem was bigger than he thought so we gave him two optionWither bring the truck back for a full refund or accept $400, which we sent a check to him and he cashed, as a compromise with he accepted

Review: I bought a truck from them at the end of August. During that month we noticed the truck had some electrical problems. We contacted them before our 30 days and they agreed to fix the problems. They sold us a truck that can't even pass inspection or emissions. It has broken down 3 times and we have tried many many times to get this problem resolved. We've had appointments scheduled, in which the truck sat in the same spot and was never touched. Now they are saying they didn't agree because Q, the gm, did not put it in writing. Mind you we contacted them before our 30 day warranty was up and we trusted them that they would get this resolved.

Review: I bought a vehicle from them on 10-5-15. and on 10-6-15 I took the vehicle back and told them that the stable bar was broke off and the freeze plugs were bad and that we had no heat and that antifreeze was coming on my windshed and the rear end was making a loud noise. The sales manager rd me that he would get his guy look at it and get it fixed.He told me his mechanic couldn't fix it that he would call Ford dealer to fix we never heard from him. He told my wife to drop off at there place on 10-13-15 and they would fix. Then said they were taking to Chrysler of Culpeper to fix never did. My wife called Chrysler herself and said they never saw my vehicle. They still have my vehicle and it is 10-20-15 and haven't heard nothing from them and my wife called and told them that if it wasn't fixed by 10-19-15 that we were going to turn vehicle back in and his response was ( I'm cool with that. That happens to me all the time.) We feel that they are holding car so we can't get out contract. Also we feel there is more wrong with vehicleDesired Settlement: To get the vehicle completely off my name and money back. Also make other costumers aware of this. I believe it's a scam and rip off

Review: On Feb. 18th I bought a used 2004 Ford Explorer that had an online sales price of $4,990. After driving the vehicle less than an hour all the lights pop up. Go get it checked out and the transmission was going in the truck. I took the truck back the next day and canceled my contract. After reviewing my contract they changed the sales price from $4,990 to $5,990 without me seeing. I want to make sure that the contract is CANCELED. I put down $200, the contract says I put down $500.
