I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I did receive the tote on the date they claim, however my complaint was more about the lack of information and/or ability to communicate with anyone in regard to the purchaseI constantly purchase items online and businesses are constantly communicating with me about my purchaseAlso, time of delivery is always clearly placed on page of website as well as towards the end of purchaseI did not see time of delivery estimate at either point
My issue has been resolved by me because I decided to keep the product for myself instead of gifting it, but I will no buy from fancy again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am seeking that the product be delivered as soon as possible. I would also like to have the shipping fee waived considering it is taking over a month to ship.

Review: I placed an order on December [redacted] for a shirt and a pair of shoes that totaled $326.36 which included a $42.16 shipping cost that I have yet to receive and have yet to receive and other information regarding my order (back order, etc.) it is not January [redacted] and I would either like to receive my order in a timely fashion (which I believe is more then just with a $42.16 shipping cost) or simply have my money returned to me.Desired Settlement: Ultimately I would just like to get what I paid for (which was a late Christmas gift for my girlfriend) if that's not possible then I would just like my money back and I will discontinue using this site.

Review: I ordered and purchased an item from Fancy in early November, after not hearing anything from them I contacted them via email (nobody answers phone) about when to expect my order, they responded, over a week later, that my item was shipped on the [redacted]. So I waited a few more weeks, nothing, contacted them again, they said they were looking into it and would let me know. Well it's now the [redacted] of December and still have not received it, so I contacted them again after reading all the negative reviews (wish I had done that before ordering), they say they're still looking into it.Desired Settlement: At this point I don't trust a word they say. I have found the same item from the company that represents it for less purchase price and much less shipping plus an order and shipping confirmation.

I was reluctant to even order from Fancy because they required my credit card info to be saved, unfortunately I ordered anyway. I'm hoping I don't get my bank account hacked. They even provided me with a tracking number, it came up "not available ". I would like a full refund

Review: Payment method issue. Have called sereral times. Contact number is wrong. [redacted] is an invalid email. [redacted] hasn't responded to request.Desired Settlement: Fix the issue and follow up with customers very unsatisfactory service and wonder if this is a legitimate business.

Review: My order number is #[redacted] I purchased item "best wishes key" from thefancy.com on May **, 2013. Item was received but only one key from the 2 piece set was shipped to me. Item was supposed to be a gift but could not be gifted since it was an incomplete order. I have emailed and called [redacted] on multiple occasions with no reply. Customer service is non-existent with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what I paid for the item. I will gladly return the single key once I am sent a return shipping label from the company

Review: On April [redacted] I ordered a mustache tie clip from the company Fancy on the website [redacted]. When it hadn't arrived by April [redacted], I contacted the company to inquire about the delay. They informed me that there was a back order on the product and that they would send the tie clip as soon as they were restocked. Mind you, they made no attempt to inform me this was happening, I had to contact them. On May [redacted] I recieved noticed that the packed had shipped. However, the tracking information reveals that the product was sent to a FedEx station but didn't move from there. I contacted teh company again to let them know that the order had not shipped. They responded that it had been lost in the fedex system but that they were resolving the problem and the order would arrive May [redacted]. It did not (this time they did not give me a tracking number). I have contacted the company again and am waiting for a response. It is now June [redacted] - delay time two months.Desired Settlement: I would like the package to arrive or be given a complete refund or both.

Review: I purchased a tote bag at this site for $22 + tax/shipping and the business charged my credit card for my order and began processing. Later in the week I saw the same product again for $30.00. A. Few days later the company cancelled my order. I believe it's safe to assume my order was cancelled because I purchased the product at $22 instead of $30.Desired Settlement: I really just want to receive my bag at the price I paid for it.
