Review: I ordered an item from fancy.com and it still has not arrived over a month after the purchase. The company keeps telling me that they are working on it and will give me an update but I have never received an update. Every time I attempt to follow up, they tell me that they will update me within 24 hours but never send an update.

I am seeking that the product be delivered as soon as possible. I would also like to have the shipping fee waived considering it is taking over a month to ship.

Review: Never delivered, got more and more difficult to get in touch with. phone # and address fell off of website the more I called. Empty promises and gift certificates issued. No fulfillment of order placed in 24 days, after many promises via email, live chat and many daily phone calls to fix. I can supply printed proof, if need be.Desired Settlement: Refund of payment!

Review: I made my first purchase of the Coco Rocha Fancy box with Fancy.com in August 2013. You're supposed to receive one box every month. Well I didn't receive my first box until the end of October. I thought that was bad enough. Well since then, I haven't received another box since and it's almost the end of Jan. I reached out to them in the beginning of Dec and they told me to delete my Fancy box subscription and it would automatically send me the box. Well when I went to do that, it told me if I deleted it, that it would still send me the box even if I deleted my account, so I didn't delete it since it said it would still send it. So I waited and nothing happened. First they said it would arrive by Christmas, then they said it would arrive a few days after Christmas...well still no box. I know some other people have received their boxes but I haven't received mine and I know some others haven't received theirs either. I have tried to reach out to them for help many times but nothing in return. They. delete ALL my comments on the forum because they obviously don't want anyone to see that their business is shady as hell and want others to be sucked into this too. I've also sent them multiple emails but no reply. They continue taking the $39.95 for the box out of my bank account EVERY MONTH too and I don't get anything, so that makes me even more mad. So from Aug to Jan, I've only received one box and have been charged $39.95 every month, they owe me $159.80. And I still want them to send me my Dec and Jan box and I don't care whether they say it's not available anymore, they should've sent it already so it's their own fault. I also think they should send the boxes of the rest of the year for free of charge and make sure they're on time. I know that since they're taking my money and not delivering a product that this is legally fraud. So if they're just not going to budge on sending me the boxes, I want my money back of course, every cent of it because it's absolutely ridiculous. I've been trying to resolve this for a while now. Oh and now they've actually locked me out of my account when I tried to log in today. It said first that my password was wrong so I went to the "Forget Password" thing and it said that it didn't recognize my email so I obviously knew that now they've totally booted me out. I'm guessing they did this because they were tired of deleting my comments on the boards complaining about how shady their business is and they didn't want anyone else finding out, which is just sad and pathetic. So if you could please help me resolve this, I would very much appreciate it. They obviously need a kick in the butt, that's why I came here, but then I saw that there was actually other people that had already filed complaints against them and I'm just kinda like, WOW, they truly are incredibly shady, it isn't just me or just this particular item. They need their business shut down if they continue this. The only time people actually get their items is if it's being delivered from a different company that's just being sold on Fancy. Otherwise, if it's a Fancy brand, Fancy box, etc, thenn don't count on it and they should be taken down because it just causes issues. But yeah, PLEASE help me!!! Thank you very much.Desired Settlement: If I could choose, and if they would actually truly follow through with it, I want the boxes from the past, Dec and now Jan and then I think they should send me the rest of this year, 2014, all the boxes, ON TIME, free of charge. They should AT LEAST send me Dec and Jan's boxes though. If that's not possible, I want a FULL refund, that means I want a refund for every month they charged me that I didn't get a box - Sep, Nov, Dec, and Jan. and with them costing $39.95 each, that would equal $159.80. I also would like them to start actually helping their customers instead of just ignoring them, deleting their comments, and being incredibly shady...but that's more of just a wish or a hope than a desire, I suppose.

Review: I placed an order with this company on November **, 2013 and had my order delivered to my mother's address, since I was going there for the Christmas holidays. I was not able to inspect the package until December 19**th, after I was able to get down to my mother's place. When I saw the order's contents, I noticed that the facecloth I ordered was a different colour than the rest of the towels I had ordered, despite the fact that the whole towel set was supposed to be the same colour (feather grey). I was clearly sent the wrong colour and needed to be able to exchange it for the right colour. I have been trying to get Fancy to send me a return postage label and the customs forms, so that I may exchange the facecloth for the colour I ordered since December [redacted], but they refuse to send me the proper documentation. It is almost at the 30 day mark to be able to return the item in the first place, so I am now extremely pissed off that they keep ignoring my requests for them to correct their mistake.Desired Settlement: I just want to be able to exchange this item for the one I ordered. I need Fancy to send me a return shipping label and the customs forms that I am required to sign.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Unfortunately, they responded too late for me to exchange the item because it is now sold out. They are apparently going to give me a credit note for the purchase price.

Review: My brother bought me a $50 gift certificate for The Fancy, which I recently decided to use. I created an account, added the card, and bought myself what I wanted. I received a confirmation e-mail, and everything looked fine. The next day, I received an e-mail saying that my order was canceled (without a reason), and my gift card was refunded. However, when I went to sign in again, the system didn't recognize my e-mail address or password. I contacted them twice, once through their live chat service and once through e-mail, both of which said they would get back to me within 24 hours. After a few day, I have still not heard back from them, and my problem hasn't been acknowledged. Ultimately, I have a $50 gift card that I can't use because if I create a new account, I won't have the money, and I can't use my existing account.Desired Settlement: I just want my account to work and my $50 credit applied to it; that or send me a $50 check.

Review: Order Flip Down Breakfast Toaster for $17.95 on 5-**-13 order#- #[redacted]. As of today 6-**-13 website states "Status: Order being process." I want the order cancelled and a refund of $17. 95 to my credit card asap. Review: I subscribed for the Coco Rocha Fancy box May [redacted]. Yesterday I just received my first box. I was very excited couldn't wait. I was waiting for this box for a month. On the description it says that you pay 39 dollars every month plus shipping and CoCo the high fashion model selects 4 to 5 items that equal 80 to 100 dollars. When I opened the box it was a big disappointment, I instantly unsubscribed. The items that I received included a tiny shampoo bottle where you find at a hotel room, a cheap cloth bracelet that I would never wear, a tiny little notebook to write your thoughts and a plastic icicle that supposedly cools off the wine. I don't think these items cost 20 dollars let alone 100 dollars. I contacted fancy box by email and they never responded. I left a negative feedback on their website to let people know about the items and they deleted my comments. They only leave positive comments and delete negative feedback and that is how they deceive people to subscribe. The only reason I subscribed was because of the positive feed back on the wall but now from experience I know that they delete negative feedback. This business is deceiving and making a profit from innocent people.Desired Settlement: I don't want a refund or anything. I just want people to know that this business is a big scam and they should be aware of it.

Review: I purchased an item for Mother's Day from [redacted]. It was a mystery box which has multiple items in it. When purchasing the item the description and return policy is confusing and misleading. First the information about the product assures you this isn't a load of crap thrown in a box by stating "No cheap drugstore perfume. No half-dead flowers. No box of “what is this one?” chocolates". However when you get the box it’s exactly what they said it would be and that's a bunch of random crap they pulled from their warehouse, most not even related to Mother's Day. Then you move on to the return policy. It states that you can return an item as long as it’s unopened and you will receive a refund or a replacement. After that it states you can return for a credit followed by another comment that you need to contact Fancy. However the largest piece of misleading information was the return label that was mailed with my package which informed me if I was unhappy to return the item.Desired Settlement: This website is a total scam and sells cheap items with misleading information. I was given a "gift card" however I am worried about items purchased from this website not being what they are claiming. I would like a refund for the full purchase price of the item.

Review: AFTER SEEING AN ITEM ADVERTISED AND PROMOTED ON THE TODAY SHOW, I DECIDED TO ORDER IT FOR MY BROTHER FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. I PLACED THE ORDER ON 1/**/14 AND RECEIVED AN FEEDBACK AT THE END OF MY ORDER THAT THE ITEM WOULD BE DELIVERED BTWN 1/**/14 AND 1/**/14. I FIGURED SOMETHING WAS UP WHEN I NEVER HEARD FROM MY BROTHER THAT HE'D RECEIVED HIS GIFT, SO I CHECK MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND SAW THAT IT WAS BILLED BY FANCY ON 1/**/15, SO I ASSUMED THE ITEM SHIPPED THAT DAY. NEVER ASSUME....I THEN CHECKED WITH MY BROTHER (WHO LIVES IN GEORGIA) TO SEE HOW HE LIKED HIS GIFT...IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN I FIND OUT THAT HE NEVER RECV'D HIS BIRTHDAY GIFT! THE GIFT THAT WAS PROMISED NO LATER THAN 1/** STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED AS OF 2/*/14!!! I CONTACTED FANCY CUSTOMER SVC. BY PHONE AND ACTUALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE HANDLED BY [redacted]. I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM [redacted] THAT SAME AFTERNOON STATING THAT SHE WOULD INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME "SHORTLY." THIS WAS ON 1/**/14 AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM HER. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
