This business has repeatedly called me two to three times a week trying to get business from me I made the mistake of having a windshield replaced over a year ago and they have now called me over timesI have told them each and every time to remove my number which they say they will Then days later I receive yet another callSTAY AWAY and do not let them get your contact number They have caller ID so do not initiate a call to them HORRIBLE!!
Have been receiving calls from them for years after a chip repair and they refuse to take me off their calling listI continue to block their phone number but its only a temporary solution as they seem to get new phone numbers

Never again! My experience with Auto Glass Shop, LLC has been nothing short of a nightmare!!! A brief history on my situationI had a windshield installed by them in 2011, and haven't had any issues with it until it started leaking along the entire top seam in I called Auto Glass Shop (which is very hard to do for some strange reason, because it seems no one ever answers) to get it fixed under their warranty, which is claimed to be the best in the business As a first step in getting my issue addressed, I was instructed to take my vehicle to "a preferably non-glass/noncompeting company to have it inspected" to see if their materials or workmanship was the cause So I paid $for a collision company to inspect it, who subsequently verified it was the adhesive separating from the glass/vehicle When I submitted the invoice which stated the cause of leakage, I was then informed that what they actually needed was an estimate to fix it So several more days go by while I have another glass company provide an estimate After the estimate is emailed to Auto Glass Shop, a week passes with me placing numerous calls and leaving voicemails, which never get returned Finally over weeks after initiating my claim, I get what seems to be some movement, but I still have to wait 3-more business days to get a check in the mail so the new glass company can fix my problem (because the glass company I'm using doesn't accept Auto Glass Shop's *** ***, which is supposedly their only form of credit card payment)
So hindsight, I guess it takes over a month to resolve what should only take a day (max) and a few phone calls to do Oh and by the way, I still have water streaming down the inside of my windshield while I wait to get this fixed! Run away from Auto Glass Shop like the devil was chasing you with a white-hot pitchfork!!! If you do use them, hopefully you never have to use their warranty service You have been warned
