I would Never Recommend this Company to anyone I have been trying To get them Out to fix/repair the Mirror tha fell off and the Leaking on the Driver side. I called 9/24/14 and havent heard a ward from them unless I called. everytime I called they had no record of the Warrantee call. I had to have another company come out and replace the winshield that is only 2 months old.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is not fully accurate. As I explained I had originally agreed to utilize this company, but after reviewing the feedback on Revdex.com and other sites, as well as the aggressive sales experience I changed the company through Safelite. I HAD CANCELLED the original appointment which WAS for Weds as is shown on the paperwork. They showed up subsequently at the same time the other company was slated too on Saturday. I fully agree I should have recongnized it was the wrong company before I authorized work, but since they showed up when I expected the other company too I didnt pay attention that is on me. But they should have never been there in the first place. If we would like to add to the complaint about this company even though they did do the work, they never paid me the promised check of $50.00 either. I appreciate you responding 5 months after my issue was originally expressed. I have also passed on this feedback to [redacted] in hopes they choose to not do business with you any longer.

The Auto Glass Shop replaced my windshield 5 years ago, did a terrible job on the work and now refuses to stop calling me to try and replace my windshield again. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my name and number from their calling list as I will never use their service again and yet I get a call from them at least once a week.
Have been receiving calls from them for 7 years after a chip repair and they refuse to take me off their calling list.
I continue to block their phone number but its only a temporary solution as they seem to get new phone numbers.
Auto Glass Shop had authorization from the Insurance Company to perform work on the vehicle. All employees wear shirts that identify the Shop they are with. We had a scheduled appointment with the insured. All paperwork provides the Shop information at the top of every page. Please view...
