I appreciate and respect Revdex.com's role to adjust problems between business and our customerI am very responsible person, as you see your record we didn't have much complain letter these daysThis is a small drop off store and operated here almost years in this locationoften know which clothes belong to whom without reading tagalways try to solve at the counter rather than go through any furtherHowever, My new customer Mr [redacted] left cotton shirts with spots to cleaning with our charge of each $Then he returned a shirt with spots for the re-doneSome of the multiple black dots was like tiny tiny tiny black lint built on the shirts deeply and hardened and seems to have cumulated there for the quite time beingOther multiple dots were looked like mildewWhen scratch with my nail hard one of that was came outre-sent it out to the plant (I am only drop off store hired subcontractor to cleaning) and was surprised it came out much much better than first timeMr [redacted] asked me repeatedly how to daim new shirts and show less interesting to make the shirts clean betterAs a small cleaner, make so small money from cleaning a shirtFrom $per shirts, pay $to the subcontractorFrom left over $need to pay wage and all the expenseDry Cleaner is the place of cleaning garments better, not making new garmentAt this point, My offer is not changedFirst, even though I cleaned the shirts times, can refund S1.95, or can clean the shirts one more timeThank you!

While I am aware that a response is not required I feel I must clarify this matterThe customer *** *** did not furnish all the pertinent or truthful information to your office in reference to this matterFirst and foremost I would like to point out that this is an issue with an
unreasonable delivery request and not with the quality of our product. She did place the order on May to be delivered May *** She was told that because the MOTHERS DAY holiday weekend is the busiest time of the year for us, and ALL EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS STORES AS A WHOLE ,we cannot guarantee a timed deliveryAt no time was she promised a time or even a time frame ** *** had demanded a noon delivery and even with all our high volume of delivery orders, her order would have been delivered by approximately 230pmThis customer was highly verbally abusive to our customer service representatives** *** threatened to come to the store to "settle this"She threatened to "blast us on social media" and finally said she would contact the Revdex.com My customer service representatives were highly alarmed by her behavior and were instructed to call the police if she arrived in this agitated stateShe was not issued an immediate refund because her credit card information was required and in her abusive state we could not collect it I understand everyone has a right to notify the Revdex.com for whatever reason they wish but I felt the need to fill in the empty spaces to her account Thank you for your interest in this matter

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I did say I was going to go in to get my credit but I never threaten anybody I may have said when I get there I'll let the customers know what kind of a business the owner ran because that's who I was dealing with I didn't stop cursing at her I didn't verbally abused her I may have been upset and yes I did get upset when she said she was the owner and started laughing at me telling me there was nothing I could doThe response you have gotten from the business is she did tell me they open up at and she could not make a morning delivery but she would do it for me by I did not get verbally abusive I did tell her I was upset because I did let her know that they leave the house early and if they couldn't do it early then they would not be home to get the delivery before the order was made I called at o'clock and the delivery was not made yet she told me it was made and then finally when she got through to the driver she said oh no it was it made he's in route I didn't know what to believe I never threatened to go to the store

However, My new customer Mr [redacted] left 3 cotton shirts with spots to cleaning with our charge of each $1.95. Then he returned a shirt with spots for the re-done. Some of the multiple black dots was like tiny tiny tiny black lint built on the shirts deeply and hardened and seems to have cumulated there for the quite time being. Other multiple dots were looked like mildew. When scratch with my nail hard one of that was came out. re-sent it out to the plant (I am only drop off store hired subcontractor to cleaning) and was surprised it came out much much better than first time. Mr. [redacted] asked me repeatedly how to daim new shirts and show less interesting to make the shirts clean better.
As a small cleaner, make so small money from cleaning a shirt. From $1.95 per shirts, pay $1.00 to the subcontractor. From left over $1 need to pay wage and all the expense. Dry Cleaner is the place of cleaning garments better, not making new garment. At this point, My offer is not changed. First, even though I cleaned the shirts 2 times, can refund S1.95, or can clean the shirts one more time.
