I purchased five of the same dress online from Fashion Mia These dresses were for my bridesmaid for my upcoming wedding in August These dresses were purchased thru pay-pal on Feb 5th I ordered medium; and large in size I received the dresses via mail in early May When I received the dresses I got wrong sizes of XXLand -X large(WRONG SIZES) I also noticed the quality of the materials were very inferior and loose fitting I contacted FASHION MIA requested a refund due to WRONG SIZES SENT AND INFERIOR QUALITY of the dressesON 5/23/I received an email from [redacted]   from Customer Service Team who stated if I wanted to return the dresses, it would be at my OWN expense and Or I could keep the dresses and she will give me a credit of $ Well I chose to return the dresses On 5/25/- I sent an email with tracking number from *** proving that the dresses were sent I received a reply email from *** from Customer Service Team st

On 11/10/I placed an order with Fashion MiaI received my order but the items didn't fit so I requested to send them back for a refund and this is where my problem with Fashion Mia beganThey tried to get me to keep the items by saying to send them back would be costlyI refused and ask for a conformation # to send them back and again I received another email saying that if I keep the items they will offer me a $coupon I again refused Finally I sent the items back and Fashion Mia received them on December 13th @ 8:41am and said my refund would be processed in a processed timely at that point I waited for my refundOn December 21st I sent another email asking where my refund was and said that this was not being processed in a timely matterI sent another email on December 22nd and got a response that they put my refund in a Fashion Mia wallet which I asked to be refunded to my original method of payment so on December 27th I sent another email re

This company has misrepresented its shipping times and I have not received products ordered over a month agoAdditionally, they refuse to issue me a refund for undelivered products and are claiming I need to use a Chinese tracking company to get help with my productThey will not issue a refund for two orders I’ve made including one never shipped

I have been searching for an address to return my merchandise to FashionMia since last October 2018, nothing found on website. This is a $98 order which are for "skinny people" only and noone else can be given them, I know noone else! Since they require 30 day return which is NOT MET due to their not posting phone number for return, I will send it onto Denver Colorado today and I am expecting my refund of $98 nothing else! I placed an order with Fashion Mia approximately 5/1/ I wanted to receive this product for mother's day but did not ever get a confirmation email stating that the order was processed during the initial order it said processing may take up to to days I contacted them and was told that they were extremely busy and they would send the order as soon as possible I chose to cancel the order around 5/15/ They told me that they would either credit my online account or put the money back in my back account I ordered this product with a credit card that should not have been billed if the product was never sent They finally stated that they would put the money back on the credit card but I have not received a credit and it has been over a month

I placed an order with Fashion Mia on 7/15/paid via paypal, the money was taken out of my account but I never received the merchandiseOn 8/4/I emailed the company to check on the status of my order they responded that item I ordered is a hot seller and it takes longer to processI requested that my order be cancelled and money to be refunded to my accountAs of today 9/22/I still have not been issued a refund, I feel that this unacceptable and it shouldn't take this long to refund my moneyI have reached out to the company and continue to say that it is coming please be patient

I purchased dresses online from www.fashionmia.com using my paypal account They were shipped April When the dresses arrived they were not the size I ordered, they were extremely large and they were each a different size I notified them on May that the dresses were not right and according to the return policy, I returned them at my own expense to the designated warehouse in CA on May Fashionmia said that they would refund the money to my 'wallet' on my Fashionmia account and then issue a refund to my PayPal account within 7-days I did receive the refund to my Fashionmia wallet and confirmation from Fashionmia that they would then refund it back to my PayPal account, but they never did On June I was told by *** "Sorry for the long time you have been waiting Since there is something wrong with our financial system these days, the refund can't be completed temporarily, our financial department will issue all refunds together at the Middle of July I feel so

I ordered a coat back in October...it didn’t fit so I returned it for a refund on December 2,and still have not received my money back
