I made a purchase on June 8th that I received on July 12th of the dresses were way to small2x was a size I returned hem immediately but have not received my creditThey put it in the "wallet" but I said I wasn't buying any more since the sizes were so far off and it cost$to return itThey said they would credit it back on my cardI keep getting promises, but now it is almost October and still no credit for my July return

This company has misrepresented its shipping times and I have not received products ordered over a month agoAdditionally, they refuse to issue me a refund for undelivered products and are claiming I need to use a Chinese tracking company to get help with my productThey will not issue a refund for two orders I’ve made including one never shipped

I ordered 3-dresses and finally received from China All way too small The on-line return form did not work and when I called customer service and left a message, not one responded This company is definately a scam and people should not order from it I now have $worth of little dresses that I cannot return They should be closed down It should also be against the law for them to scam people with on-line sales

I am rejecting this response because:
I never received the credit to my credit card as can be confirmed by chase Amazon Visa. I was given a credit to the "fashion mia wallet". I was promised I could get a refund. They took the money out of the fashion mia wallet and said it would be credited to my credit card. I checked again tonight and still have not received any credit from them. I attaching a documents of snapshots of my emails to and from them to support my claim.Sincerely,*** ***

This is a scamIt takes months for it to get from CHINA, then the size is wrongYou pay to return it and they claim they never got itYes I was stupid twiceA year later I ordered a size 2X just to make sure it was big enoughthey sent what looks like a size or I am sure when I return it they will say they didn't receive itI will save my shipping recite this timeThe dresses were for laying around the house but the quality is trashNot sure how many times you could wash itThis is a ripoff

I made an on-line purchase of clothing goods August 26, by credit cardreceipt of goods was on SeptemberAfter trying on garments, most did not fit despite following fitting guideline from the companyI needed a verification to return the garments, which I requested October 7, following their guidelines I packaged them returning them October according to their instructions along with required paperwork Then I was told October to send a photo of my mailing receipt showing tracking informationThey claimed this would ‘speed up’‘ my refundOctober I was told the amount of my refundNovember still no refund and another request made to credit my accountNovember I was told it was in processingJanuary another request for refundI was told the end of JanuaryNow it is FebruaryStill no refund to my credit card

I have been waiting for over two months for a refund credited to my account for an out of stock item
I have corresponded times with the company with reassurances that the refund is in the works
That, my refund is top priorityAnd still no refund!
I have been vey patientThis not good customer service

We fully paid for my ordered cloth in July and never received Followed up thru email the company and still have not got the delivery Then ask for full refund but still have not got the refund The company acts as a theft

I purchased some clothing online from Fashionmia.comI placed orders: #B2***100, #B21***77, #B2***100, #B***
I was charged: $(01/02/2018), $(01/03/2018), $(01/26/2018)
When the orders came I returned them immediately, filling out the return form on the Fashionmia website, and providing photos of each item as requested (by the way, three items were missing, I never received them)
I then sent to Fashionmia the tracking numbers for the returnsI accepted to pay for the shipping charges
I repeatedly asked for a full refund, but I got no satisfactory answersThey only communicate through [email protected] and every time is a new person who does not address my questions

I first thought I would purchase a dress from FashionMia and within hour I changed my mind and cancelled the order ( I had a bad feeling this was not a good business) I was told right off the bat that it would take a very long time to get my refund I emailed FashionMia for six months constantly asking for my refund, each time they told me it will take a while but assured me I would get a refund and that someone would be in contact with me I last emailed this company on 8/and they responded saying they could no longer give me a refund because its been more then month and they could not send me a check or refund to my cardWhat!! I feel like I have been scammed big time I am very pissed off at this so they are going to just keep my money.....They asked be if I wanted to purchase something and they would give me credit No I want my money

I ordered $for dresses on May but I had not received them three weeks later so I canceled the order and still haven't gotten my refund

I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting for a REFUND This is the same explanation I have been hearing from this company ‘ please wait till end of January’ now it is ‘please wait till middle of March’NOMy refund is way OVERDUEThis is a lot of my money they have tied upI just want my refund processed
