Their delivery was super fast and the customer service was very helpful

I order from here often never learning my lessonYou will receive wrong color, size, and sometimes even an item completely different from the one you orderedAnd return shipping is not free even if it is their mistakeI feel as though if this happened to me multiple times it has to have happened to othersThey need to look into whoever is packaging shipments because they aren't doing their jobThis is the last time I will be ordering from them

I ordered clothes from this company and when I received them the item were not of good qualityThe jumpsuit did not fit because it was not stated in the advertisement that the clothes are for women who are 5'or 5'The jeans were not true to size and were too bigI submitted a review of this product and because they didn't like my review they told the reviews that I did not purchase it in the store which was not trueThey also neglect to tell their customers they will have to pay to send the items back as well as you you will have to reorder the product and hopefully it will be thereI will NEVER order from them again! They have yet to send me an email that they received the items back

Again beware ordering from this companyIf you do not receive your package you are SOL

The return policy is not at all justifiedUnfortunately I purchased different style jeans all in the same size and none of them fit meI wanted to return and shop else where for jeansHowever, the return policy isn't made noticed when checking out its a separate link and it's misleading for the shopperIt's even more of an inconvenience to have to return the items wait for the credit then try to find something elsr to then again have to return the items because they don't fitWhat a big revolving door that is a huge flaw to the companyYou want to give these businesses a chance and yet they prove to be a big disappointment anyway

The pants were not dirty because I checked everything before sending it and I had all their labels and I want my store credit for what I paid dollars because I know everything was in perfect condition I only tried the pants to measure it and the quality is very poor

I love this company!! Everytime I order I get it in about or days afterThe clothes fit so well and are of great qualityThis is one of my top stores

I used to like fashionnova buthe they have become very fraudulent and inconsiderate of their paying customers They are pretending to ship orders out by creating shipping labels but they aren't sending the items to USPS They are ignoring and not responding to customers on email or social media They are making people pay for day shipping and not shipping items out in that time frame

I paid for day shipping and days later my items still haven't shippedI sent them an email they blame the post office and tell me to call them to find my packageTotally not acceptable and then insult me even more by telling me for my inconvenience they will give me 30% off my next purchaseSeriously what makes them think there will be a NEXT purchaseI ordered the dress for a Christmas party and now I'm having to go buy another dressHighly disappointed with the entire experience

I placed a order on April 30th with Fashion Nova and Purchased their arrowhead bodysuit ivory size medium, desert rose dress large, glistening jeans size 11, and pack of wolves pants in large spending a total of $with their 25% off saleThe item was shipped a few days later with free two day shipping since I spent $75.On May 5th at exactly 12:33pm the expected delivery date I received an email stating they were sorry I was not satisfied with the item and that they had received the item I supposably had sent it backThe item specifically indicated was the Ivory bodysuitI proceeded to email them back confused stating this was impossible since the package had yet to arrive as shown on tracking it arrived at 3:45pm on May 5th so how could I have returned it before it had arrived and the same day it was suppose to arrive?! at 5:22pm May 5th I received an email from Rocio stating the item was out of stock although it was confirmed in my confirmation email and he responded stating "when multiple customers simultaneously place an order from the same item, our system cannot compute that more items are being ordered than we have in stock" I was then told the item was out of stock which was a lie I screenshotted the same item available in size large and told them if they would have actually informed me about this when I placed my order I could have taken a larger size no problemThis was the last email I ever heard from him I was not responded ONCE back when asking for a refund to my card or the item in the available size largeI called them and left messages since no one actually picks up it is simply a voicemail and never got a responseI commented on their instagram multiple times daily only to be told someone would contact me soon and no one ever didMy comments complaining along with others going through the same issue and agreeing with me were also deleted off their instagram account which is a huge concern for me and shows they are not trustworthy in my opinionThen out of nowhere the ivory bodysuit was deleted off their website which is a sketchy coincidenceMaybe They sold out or maybe they just didn't want to send me anything I will never know because they never respondedthe gift card issued for the missing item was $the biggest issue I had with this was that I would have to spend more out of pocket to get the item in a separate order using this gift card AND I would have had to pay $shipping which in all honesty is unfairI ended up having to file a dispute with paypal because trying to contact them seemed to result in a one way conversation (thank goodness I decided to pay with paypal if not I would have been scammed and screwed over)I sent all emails screen shots of the item being available, confirmation email, and the tracking information to show the contradicting times of the "return" I magically did before receiving my itemsI won the dispute and received my refund AFTER having to call paypal and let them know it arrived because Fashion Nova never contacted paypal to say they had received the returnI also received a refund for shipping since they didn't pay for that either and paypal had a deal currently for members where they would refund a certain number of return shipping costs up to $till Dec Overall I do not recommend this company AT ALL and will never shop there againI was so excited to receive my package but ended up with a nightmare that took so long to resolveI am so relieved the headache is finally over!!!!

There are literally hundreds of ladies on Fashion Nova's instagram expressing their disappointment with their orders dating from the last week in November till today- (12/8/16)They disabled their comments from all the negative reviewsThere's now an instagram for girls to express their frustration with the company
I ordered from their website on 12/3/expecting to get the items in business daysIT CLEARLY STATES IT WHILE YOU ARE CHECKING OUTI still have not received my order days later, I gave them a couple of days expecting delays from high volume, but this is just fraudulentWhen I emailed them they tried to blame USPS, saying USPS had the package but hadn't shipped it out yetI contacted USPS and they said that was false, FASHIONNOVA created a shipping label but they hadn't gotten the product to the US Postal ServiceMy whole thing is, if you know you are going to get hit with the heavy volume on Cyber Monday DO NOT advertise and tell your customers we will receive the package in daysI am convinced they knew they couldn't fulfill these orders in timeThey should've been honest

I've purchased from fashion nova quite a few timesI've brought more than items of clothing over the past two years.This year is the first time I've encountered problems.Fashion nova has a built in notice to alert you that a specific item is back in stockOnce at check out you can buy the item immediatelyThe problem is the alert comes at different so I've paid for shipping independentlyThe company decided without my knowledge to ship all my items together still charging me shipping fees for each order.The first time this happened I ordered dresses.Green and Pink dress.The system charged me for both dresses and only shipped the pinkI tried to resolve the issue by emailing and it became problematic when they knew they did not ship my itemThey left it up to the consumer to take pictures of the shipping slip when their system the answer was evidentThe second time days ago the same thing happenedThey decided to ship all my items together when I paid shipping for each item independentlyThe customer service line is a sham they never pick up.Im done with that company.They know there system has a glitch and are harassing consumer when money needs to be refunded.Im counting on *** to help me receive my money

I am so irritated with this company I ordered everything in the size I normally wear well I guess they neglect to tell you that their stuff is in baby doll sizes I wear a size in jeans so why was it like putting on a size when I finally did get a chance to try everything wrongThe clothes look like their high quality on the website but when you finally see them I was extremely disappointed The reviews on the site are deceiving because of course they only post the good comments you can't find any bad reviews which I feel like could help a lot of people if they were honest people would know to order sizes up because the clothes aren't true to sizeI won't shop there again won't get your money back either they only give u a credit which *** I whist want my money back wasted

Spent $on this website to get free day shippingit's has been 5days later and I have not gotten my package...when I tracked my package it says it hasn't even been shipped yet all they have done is made a label for it...now I have nothing to wear to my eventAnother time they told me they cancelled a order so I reordered and they charged me twice and did not offer a refund or anythingAnd they have no customer serviceit's straight to voicemail you never get to speak to a real person it's just hangs up on you

I ordered clothes online and they charged my credit card. Now they wont give me the clothes or the money back. They want pictures of my military ID. Which makes me feel like they are trying to steal my identity. They will not cancel my order and give me my money back. they said its not part of their policy and that I have to give them my ID so I can get the cothes then I would have to return the clothes to get my money back. I do not want to give them my id. I have never had a clothing company do this to me.
