Total RipOff. Worst customer service and you'll never see your money back for any reason.

I order from here often never learning my lesson. You will receive wrong color, size, and sometimes even an item completely different from the one you ordered. And return shipping is not free even if it is their mistake. I feel as though if this happened to me multiple times it has to have happened to others. They need to look into whoever is packaging shipments because they aren't doing their job. This is the last time I will be ordering from them.

The return policy is not at all justified. Unfortunately I purchased 3 different style jeans all in the same size and none of them fit me. I wanted to return and shop else where for jeans. However, the return policy isn't made noticed when checking out its a separate link and it's misleading for the shopper. It's even more of an inconvenience to have to return the items wait for the credit then try to find something elsr to then again have to return the items because they don't fit. What a big revolving door that is a huge flaw to the company. You want to give these businesses a chance and yet they prove to be a big disappointment anyway.

Their website advertises that if you spend $75 or more you get FREE 2 day shipping, and the one day shipping is $15 extra. I ordered on a Tuesday (November 29th) for my moms birthday which is Friday December 2... My order came with the free 2 day shipping, I didn't pay for the one day because 2 days from Tuesday is Thursday (Today) which meant my things would be here in Atlanta on time. I put in my tracking info to see where my order was and still at 3:30pm on Thursday December 1, they have yet to even mail my items of! I wasted my money, why say 2 day shipping if it's going to take much longer. Then when you go on their Instagram all you see is negative comments under their pictures that they keep deleting... I told all of my followers about their horrible business and they blocked me on Instagram!!! I will never shop with them ever again!!!!

Horrible. Horrible online service. I left specific instructions during the Fashion Nova checkout and they were ignored bc I found my package just left on my apartment doorstep and tampered with. When I contacted Fashion Nova, they told me they were not help responsible and didn't offer any help tracking down the items, letting me know if all (4) of my items were shipped out together, and the lack of concern for one of their paying customers was extremely distasteful. I did file a claim with USPS but they cannot refund my money back only Fashion Nova can. So, Due to their poor delivery service and poor customer service, they took my money and I never received the items I ordered from them. I will never be ordering from them again! Why would you treat your customer like that.

I don't enjoy complaining but I'm very concerned about the items I ordered on November 30, 2016. I understand Black Friday is a busy time but I ordered from other sites after ordering from Fashion Nova and recieved those packages. When I track package via USPS, it says a shipping label was created but they are waiting to recieve the package from Fashion Nova. What is going on? My mom's account was charged yet it's been over one week and no movement? I'm very dissapointed and if my items don't arrive soon, I will have my mom dispute the transaction with her bank.

I ordered clothes from this company and when I received them the item were not of good quality. The jumpsuit did not fit because it was not stated in the advertisement that the clothes are for women who are 5'2 or 5'4. The jeans were not true to size and were too big. I submitted a review of this product and because they didn't like my review they told the reviews that I did not purchase it in the store which was not true. They also neglect to tell their customers they will have to pay to send the items back as well as you you will have to reorder the product and hopefully it will be there. I will NEVER order from them again! They have yet to send me an email that they received the items back

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Bought a item and on my receipt it confirms the item I purchased but was shipped an entirely wrong item...now I have to pay to return it just to receive what I paid for!!!! More money out of my pocket!! Customer service dose nothing to help! There screw up yet I have to pay to fix it!! Don't bother asking to speak to someone higher up because they will say no! Unprofessional and very fishy how they do business!!! I spent money and I want what I paid for not a product I can't even use!!!
