Worst Customer Service
I made a purchase. Once I made the purchase, the shipping address that I input was changed to only part if it. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that nothing can be done bc the order was already in process. I explained that I input the correct shipping address but only part of it reflected by the time the whole process was done. I received an email from Jane Azer that it wasn't a system error but my error, very unprofessional. Not only were they unprofessional but part of my order was canceled but I wasn't notified to let me know if I still wanted the other items which made the outfit.

Processing Refund
I ordered clothing items and paid through Quadpay. I didn't like the quality so I returned them MORE THAN A MONTH AGO. I called yesterday and the representative told me the item been received but its takes 10 days to process my return! Its already been 10 days and she said it will be more days. This is messed up because I am paying for its that I do not have.

I ordered online my Birthday oufit to go out of town 3 weeks in advance! I was recommended to this company by a loyal customer who spoke highly of the company! The delivery was quick and fast. In which the delivery was awsome sauce! I bought a valentine's day lingerie bodysuit and sady it didn't fit! I went to check the return policy you must return within a month or so after purchase. I saw that part of the policy when I ordered it I just didnt finished reading. I didn't read deeper into ths policy and it said no returns on iteams of that nature! It still have the tag's and it came today! I don't want money refund I just wanted to exchange it. My body type is wired and I hate waste money!

The jeans were true to size! I'm plus size and I honestly ldont have a butt but I have gut! I was scared to order since I couldn't try on in store and this company is brand new two me. The jeans fit petfectly!

Please let me know if you can help me.
