Three times now I've struggled not only to get a service rep on the phone to get NEW SERVICE and every time it seems that one of their reps keeps screwing something up preventing the service ticket from being submittedWhere I live there is no cell reception through my carrier and internet is my only means of communication out of my homeIf I missed appointments or even a single shift at work, I'd have been firedIt is unheard of for someone offering to pay a company more money get *** and denied service because of not only *** service staff, but a horrid company to begin withIt hurts more knowing that they run a monopoly on a single mile stretch of road so I'm forced into their terrible serviceWe CONSTANTLY have to reset our router as well due to lost connections with no explanation why an issue occurs

In July I noticed that our internet bill was charging us $a month for internet service that is very slowAccording to the Consolidated Communications website, the internet speed corresponding to the charge of $should be the "high-speed" of 15mbpsWhen I then ran numerous internet speed tests, I found that we are only receiving the "basic" 3mbps speedI then attempted to call Consolidated, only to wait on hold for minutes before getting hung up on once I reached a personSince then I have emailed their customer service twice regarding the issue, and have not received any response of any kindI was waiting to see if they adjusted the bill, and instead they have now sent a disconnection notice without ever addressing the fact that they have been overcharging us for nearly a full year

We were booted off the internet at our residence on October 11th at @2:30p.m I did the procedure of disconnecting the modem I was unable to connect I called consolidated communication and talked t their tech support They said they would contact us on our land line I called times I finally got through to someone and he said a technician woulndn't come until the 24thWe find this to be unacceptable Our neighbors have related to us that they have had this problem as well., I, for one, do electronic correspondence with my *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** making this delay quite burdensome The issue is we have no alternative to this company because of where we live Our old company *** would be out in hrsas opposed to weeks Thank you for your time and consideration

Waiting over a week for repair

Customer purchased a watch two and one half years ago Says he received a "store credit" after returning it and buying another watch for less money Does he have a receipt for the original purchase? A refund receipt for the return? A receipt for the second watch purchase?
As a store policy we do not issue store credits.If there was a "store credit" for $278.00 should it be reasonable for the customer to expect a refund after one year? The company books must be closed at some point Why did this matter linger for so long without settlement until now?If original documentation exists from store cash register, credit card machine, and customer's credit card statement, we may consider this issue further

Multiple times they scheduled a technician to come do service on my intermet and no one ever shows upNo call cancellingI take time off work for this and no one shows we are now going on monthsI just get a "sorry" from customer service and nothingThis is the only service in my area so I am trapped with them and they arent hrlping their customers

Internet service is continuously down

I recently signed up for internet service through Consolidated Communications at my home address They gave me a start service date over ten days from the date of the request The night before they called to confirm the appointment, for which I needed to ask my landlord to be present The day of the appointment they left an automated message saying they would not be out as planned and I would need to wait another five days I called customer service who told me there was no reason for the issue, that the company just wouldn't be out I asked to speak to a supervisor, at which point I was informed that "supervisors are not available to speak to customers." On Saturday, Sept 24, at about 7:PM, I went to Fix Fast Store in Parkway Plaza to change a watch battery for my CASIO “G” SHOCK watchWhen I depressed the “G” button to light up the watch face to read the watch in the dark, the Time / Date became very hard / faint to readI was told to return about a half hour later
The young lady approximately late 20’s possible Filipino decent told me that the price would be or so dollars for the batteryI told her the last time I was there I paid for a year batteryIn the past, when I purchased a “5” year battery, I was told that a TAG would be placed on the inside of the watch case to verify the purchase of the year batteryEvery time I purchased a year battery I was told that there was no such tag on the watch case
Unfortunately, at that time, I could not produce a receipt and SHE made NO attempt to check /verify the records as I have been a customer for a number of years
During this time, I reached into my wallet and produced a receipt from Fix FAST the date was or six years oldVerifying my CLAIM
When I returned, I was told that there were problems with the watch
A heavy set man possibly Filipino decent, approached me and said that the watch was beyond repair: the seal was worn and the screws and contacts in the watch were corrodedHe also said that if he changed the battery the watch would not work When the “Repairman” showed me the watch I noticed that there were “NUMEROUS” tags (at least 3) on the inside case of the watchI was previously told that when a Five Year Battery was purchased, that a TAG was placed on the inside case of the watch
I told the Repairman to put the watch back together and I walked out
As I was re-setting the watch, I noticed that as I depressed the “G” button the watch face was well light, indicating a new battery had been installed

Yesterday I went in to see about getting my eye glasses fixed. It was a minor problem with one of the nose pads that had come off. I was floored when they quoted me a price of $30 dollars. Needless to say, I declined the repair. I went to Wal-Mart eye department and they put both new eye pads on my glasses for $2.04.
