This company poses as a company that wants to buy your house but instead of buying it they try to sale it! I signed a purchase contract with this company but they were trying to sell my house! Even though I never signed an Agent agreement with them to Sale my house! They were bringing folk to my house like they were my agents! I never signed a agent contract with this Company! I signed a purchase contract! Instead they were trying to sell my house! Not buy it! This company is a SCAM!

Looking to sell my home, I did an online search and FastHomeOffer.com was one of the results. After filling out the property details on their web page, I got an email confirming receipt of request and future contact by a Mr. W *** On July 6, 2018 a call was received regarding the online form to sell the house. After about 5 minutes or so the conversation was not going well, I bid farewell and proceeded to hang up, but just before, a "Go *** yourself" was expressed over the phone.
The person called again using a different number and continued his insults. I mentioned I had no interest in talking to him any longer and another round of explitive language came over the loud speaker. I hung up. There were two more calls in quick succession, but they were ignored. Phone number and date and time were recorded.

SELLER BEWARE! They want to hold your house for as little money down as possible. Then not only do they not follow through after you have sat on your property for a month. But they do not tell you they have decided otherwise. Even with our lawyer and theirs communicating. they do not have the decency to (A) send you the small check (B) they young woman we spoke to does not know how to use the regular mail to send the contract. (C) when they act interested or enthused it;s now for real. It's as bad as a craigslist scammer.
