I really like it and that's why I turn to them for help. But I also really like it when the guys from https://grlocksmith.ca/ and it helps me when I need to do various locksmith work. After that, I can be calm that everything will be fine with me.

I had this company come change locks for me. When they got here, they said my locks could not be fixed and that I would need to change it to their locks. I changed two doors to have their locks. This was in September. Already now, the lock they provided is broken and not due to extra usage as this is a back door which I almost never go through. I phoned them, they are stating I need to pay another $95 for someone to come out and look at the locks even though they have a warranty on the parts.
First the amount is 235 second off all we didn’t replace any parts she said the lock is not working it is her lock that is not working we just rekey it and the hardware it is her hardware so I don’t think we have to provide any free service on parts we didn’t replace and we have only one month warranty on labor she got service done back in September. Why we have to provide free service specially if the client lies about everything
After purchasing a vinyl sliding patio door, the incorrect screen door was delivered. After repeatedly requesting the proper screen door, the business told me I would need to talk to their contractor for the door. After repeated attempts to contact the contractor, the business stated they no longer do door work and the contractor is no longer with the Company. They refused to provide the correct door. When I said I would file a Revdex.com complaint, the gentlemen said "Go ahead".

The fellow that called to ask if he could deliver the door did so AFTER is submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com. The manager of the business told me outright they no longer offer patio door services and that the contractor (the fellow who called afterwards) no longer worked for the Company. Based on this my last resort was to purchase a door, which I did. T
Locked myself out of my Suite. Sure I had my keys in pocket and realized they weren't there. Fast Locksmith was quick to respond, reliable in their estimation of time when they could arrive, and quick in their service provision. They did the job well and quickly.
