In we had Jeremy Rutenberg and Associates design and build out our basement finish for our home in Woodstock, Georgia We were very satisfied and impressed with the personal level of service extended by the staff of JR&A, as well as, by Jeremy himself The job was completed on-time, on budget, and with a level of fit and finish that exceeded our expectations When we have guests over to the house we are very proud to show off the finished product The typical response is "WOW!" We were so impressed with our previous experience we will be using Jeremy Rutenberg and Associates for some upcoming projects planned at our home We highly recommend JR&A to our friends and family and to anyone looking to purchase one of their beautiful new homes In the near future, we will be purchasing land in the Woodstock area We will have no one other than Jeremy Rutenberg and Associates design and build our new home No one can match their level of service, in-house design, thoughtful craftsmanship, and value for your dollar

*** *** did come into our store requesting us to print a specific color on a vinyl, which he stated he would provideThe vinyl he provided was IJ180Cvfrom FellersThis vinyl is print capable with Solvent, Eco-Solvent, UV, and Latex printersWhen asked what he was using all this vinyl for,
he said it was to wrap a client's vehicleWe recommended lamination but he explicitly stated he didn't want lamination because it was going to be a showroom car*** stated he has done this many times in the past and he knows what he was doing. We asked why didn't he simply order the colored vinyl of which he said "because there isn’t any vinyl with this color." We thought that was odd given ***'s statement that his client didn't care if it was an exact color match as long as it was close. *** asked about our printer, wanting to know what kind of printer we usedWe told him it was an Epson SSure Color, one of the newest on the market, given we're a new center and got all new equipmentWe even walked him back to show him our printer and he seemed okay with everything*** then wanted our Graphic Designer (GD) to match the color of a car from his cell phone picture, which we told him we could not doScreen colors are not comparable to print colorsWe showed him some Pantone colors he could choose from which could be close to his cell phone pictureAs he looked through the color choices, he wanted our Graphic Designer (GD) to pick the color that closely matched the picture off his cell phoneOur GD refused because of obvious reasonsOur GD informed *** that if he could provide a color code such as Pantone or Hex code it would be much easierHe later returned with a Hex code of 00BFFF, which is a light bluish colorTo be sure this is the color *** wanted, our GD printed a sample of the color and showed him what it would look likeHe approved the color and paid to get the vinyl printedWhen he pick up his vinyl, approximately 1/hours later, he was happy then took a cell phone picture of it stating there were white spots and then proceeded to stretch the vinyl saying the color was breaking apart as he was stretching it*** did explicitly state earlier, he didn't want laminationWithout lamination, the vinyl will not retain its color integrity while being stretched, which is an industry standardAdditionally, he knew the vinyl needed to "gas out" for 12-hours because it was printed from a solvent printer, all of which he knewBoth are common knowledge for any professional vehicle wrap company yet, *** seemed unwilling to understand thisWe had a local vehicle wrap professional come and look at the vinyl and they immediately saw the issue and the SOLUTIONAll *** needed to do was get the vinyl laminatedHowever, *** doesn't seem to want to spend the money to get the vinyl laminatedIf he gets it laminated, then it would fix the problem or he could simply order the colored vinyl in the futureThe professional wrap company even showed us there are solid colors *** could have purchased but for some unknown reason, *** decided not to. The next day, *** returned to pick up the unused vinyl and the printed vinyl and leftHe stated the issue with the print job could be that he got a bad roll and returned the unused vinyl to Fellers and attempted to resolve the issue with them.*** proceeded to trouble shoot the issue by stating he went to the FASTSIGNS in Kent and that they informed him the issue with the print was the result of not using a UV printerFirst, UV is not a special printer as *** thinksIt's a flatbed printer which dries the ink instantly using a UV light such as the ones used in nail salons to instantly dry nail polish, but on a much bigger scaleFurthermore, UV printing is more for flat surfaces and not recommended for vehicle wrapping as the ink will crack because it's not forgivingHad *** gotten a UV print job, he would not have been able to us it on a vehicle wrap, even if laminatedIn regards to his accusations that we had threatened him, I would state there was no such threats from our store or employees regarding ***’s claimIn fact, *** sent an intimidating text, which we still have, to the owner stating “we better have his money ready and in full” by the next day and that he’d send one of his employees to collect or he would sueAn employee we’ve never met showed up the following day stating he was here to pick up something for ***We told him there wasn’t anything for him to pick upHe called *** in the presence of everybody in the store*** then called and spoke with our FASTSIGNS employee and proceeded to rant and scream over the phoneWe calmly and professionally excused ourselves from the issue and hung upRESOLUTION OPTION:We are willing to settle ***’s complaint by meeting him half way in refunding him 50% of the total cost which would be $because the he has the printed vinyl we produced and completed the job per his requestIf he agrees, he would need to personally come by and collect and not send anyone on his behalf, as we do not know the people he is sending to our storeI attempted to email him with this same offer last week but never got any response and today I received this email

This issue has already been resolvedWe sent out emails regarding our books and those that did already submit payment were written off in our systemThis customers invoice has already been cleared at this time

In we moved into our custom built home by Jeremy Rutenberg and Associates They designed and built our home We received personal attention from the design phase all the way through construction and closing Jeremy and his staff were very courteous and professional throughout the entire build and afterwards They even adjusted the plan to meet our needs "on the fly" during construction We love our home and are very proud to be in a Jeremy Rutenberg house I highly recommend Jeremy and his company

My husband and I purchased our home from Jeremy R*** and Associates in April of Everyone from the office secretary, project managers, to MrR*** himself, have been more than helpful and accommodating since our purchase They used top quality products in the construction of our home, and we have been very pleased with their craftsmanship You can tell a high level of detail goes into their work and it far exceeds that we've seen from other home builders in our area We are currently in our one year warranty period, and they have been very responsive to any and every item that has been a concern Often, any issue brought up has been addressed by the next day We are pleased with our home and would recommend Jeremy R*** and Associates to anyone looking to buy a new home in the Atlanta and surrounding area

I wish that I could give zero starsI would recommend staying far away from this builderI can't begin to tell you how much work we've had to do on our BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION homeIf I could go back and do our walk through over again we would have never closed on this houseUnfortunately we overlooked things that we didn't think to check on - like is the wall straight! EVERYTHING is crookedAnd not by a small marginExample: we installed a vanity mirror into the bathroom wall by the showerThe mirror comes with a mount so you can pull it closer to you - but nope you can't because the wall that is perpendicular to the mirror is so badly curved out that you can't pull the mirror outThere are huge cracks and spaces in the hardwood alreadyAnd my favorite part - is that they messed up the deck on the first row of townhouses they completed but did them correctly on the second row and then did the laziest shoddiest job ever to repair itThere is a wood facing on the rooftop deck and the first row of townhouses had over an inch space gap on each side while the other row of townhouses' wood facing is flush from end to endWhen we mentioned it, they told us that they will come out and fix itMonths later they came but instead of replacing the front facing so that it looks just like the others they just came in and nailed a board on each side (going in a different direction) to close the gap!!!!!! Unbelievable! We are going to be screwed when we go to sell this placeAnd they don't careThe owner and all employees have PhD in B.SSave yourself money and headache and stay away from these guys

I am rejecting this response because: We dont have the product, we returned it to fellersSo technical not only we don't have the product but also Fast Signs Auburn as our moneyWe would like full refund because like *** assumed that we have the product and wrote would refund half of what we paidHow does that make any sense, when we explicitly told frank and show proof we return the un-used product and we returned the product which Fast Signs printed bad quality on it. I have proof to show that un-used and product which Fast Signs Auburn printed on is returned as wellBecause why would I pay half if I don't even have the product.So should I attach the documents on the next reply, if so then only I would if they agree to refund 100% full refund and I will attach documents proving that everything was returned I lost this customer over this as well.
