Very bad service
I send cargo almost 70 days finesh I am keeping calling they not responding properly & service very worst even item laying his ware house they waiting for another items to delivery together they dont care the customer even they not answering the call.

We have received a response to our response and we have another response as follows:
As we have explained before, *** *** is after the wrong company
We were asked to collect the funds by his Shipper and *** *** paid as he clearly knew about it*** *** is trying to get away with not paying the shipping company in Pakistan as we understand that he wanted to pay the balance in the US when he was assured that the package was here *** *** from our office is never forcefully collecting funds over the phone. She informed him that if he is not aware, he needs to contact his shipper in Pakistan and that we would "hold" the shipment here until he is made awareNOT that we would hold his shipment if he doesn't payBecause, In a case where the customer no longer wants the items we normally ship it back to originIn conclusion, we will not entertain ** ***' claims or requests, and as far as we are concerned this matter is closedHE NEEDS TO TAKE THIS UP WITH THIS SHIPPER IN PAKISTAN
Please see attached a Notarized copy of the letter from his Shipper certifying that its true and holds value

Another Bogus document from Fast TrackI need legal shipping invoiceIN pakistan you can get any document illegallyAnything can be notorized and AttestedPeople get Fake MEdical things and here we are worrying abt only one letterThey can get it attested from Prime Minister of Pakistan but yet its considered Fake because this letter is not a shipping invoice where legally instructions should be givenThey can get any letter, any thing Illegally from PakistanWell if they are not going to resolve this matter, I will not only file Suit Against them but further investigate even in Pakistan as I have so people in the Pakistan govt who can get this letter verified
I am just doing this to Save other innocent and poor people who use garbage company's like Fast TrackFast Track's business model must be fully investigated and checked
I refuse to accept their Fake/Generic LetterBy the way people can get any stamp illegally for not more than $in Pakistan

To Whom It May Concern:
First, let it be known that we are a third party Freight Forwarding Company. We have nothing to do with collecting initial payment for this shipment for shipping from Pakistan to USA. This
package originated from Pakistan from Fast Track Pakistan and *** ***. We are completely different companies
Secondly, we have a signed statement from the Original Shipper (whom is our Client, see attached) stating that *** *** from *** *** (where *** *** handed over the shipment), that they are all fully aware of the badly packaged shipment and the cod amount of $The shipper was inform by fte pakistan and *** that packing was insufficent and fte pakistan or fte USA will not be responsible if any damages occur due to improper packingThe shipper refused fte pak to repack the shipment and advice to ship it as it
Third, We collected the on behalf of ***, from *** *** and informed him of such. We do not force collectionAlso, we informed him that if he is not sure about the charges then he can call his shipper directly, so as to not take our word for it, which he probably didn't do He signed a clearly stated Credit Card Authorization Form for this amount plus 4$ Processing charge. *** *** is fully aware of what he was paying for and why.
In conclusion, we feel that *** *** is disputing with us wrongly. He needs to take this matter up with his shipping company from Pakistan as we have already credited their accountIf he wants his money back, that is where he paid for shipping and that is where he can get it back
We did our job correctly and timely.

Reason I am rejecting their response because I was never instructed from anyone that I will be billed $100.  Letter they attached in their response is not acceptable because anything can be drafted in Pakistan.  Generally shipment slip/invoice has instruction not a seperate letter. I am 100% sure they got this letter from the other company after my complaint. Lady name [redacted] clearly refused to provide me any letter or proof the first day I asked them. Moreover same lady told me they will not release my shipment if they dont get $100. 
could you imagine?. A person from pakistan could send them instruction to charge me any hefty amount and they could be doing it just by simply holding my shipment. 
Yes I signed CC form because otherwise they could simply hold my shipment and give me hard time. My company attorney said the same to do it and later we can dispute. 
I need my money back not because $104 is a big amount, only reason I want it back because companies like Fast track definitely involve in wrong doings and give hard time to people who use them.  They take advantage of the situation like they did to me. I am taking a stand for all. If I dont get justice here, I will go to the OFFICE of nyc comptroller and raise the matter there so as they can investigate more. 
For me to drop this matter I would need the actual invoice or shipping instruction not a generic letter drafted on a company letter head (it has no value). This clearly shows how bogus this company is and how they really abuse people. I am from Pakistan too and I know people can get all sorts of fake things even Medical Doctor Degrees. BAD ATTITUDE OF FTE - PAKISTAN
My shipment no. 6012093 and UPS Tracking number is 1z6y8253yw77763655 is stuck up with Fast Track Courier company and when I asked status of shipment from their country head here in Pakistan Mr. Amer phone number 92-322-50014666 , he used a very bad abusive language and tried to convince me that it has been delivered. But status of UPS shows contrary to this. Its been 3 weeks that I gave shipment to their Pakistan office for Alaska USA delivery and today I have been told it was delivered to wrong address. The issues comes with the courier companies but the bad attitude is rare and here is one of the examples. I would request company's President in USA to look into this matter and send your employs for training on customer dealing. Review: I received four packages from india through fast track express & cargo on november [redacted] by [redacted] . All the contents of box was missing total worth of $1500/-. In the packages , all the expensive indian clothes, shoes, hand bags , kids shoes & clothes . When I got these packages I called [redacted] & filed a claims on it. [redacted] reprentative said," they have to take back all the packages for investigation then they will send all the packages back to shipper ( fast track cargo). I kept calling [redacted] & fast track express regarding my packages but they said, I have to talk to [redacted] so customer service was not ready to help me. [redacted] people gave me the tracking no for returned package to shipper so when I check the tracking numbers it was showing that my two packages reached to fast track express & cargo on november [redacted],2014 at 2:02 pm and it was signed by '[redacted]'. Other two packages reached there on november [redacted],2014 at 11:31 am and signed by '[redacted]'. I kept calling their employee 'and asked,"did you receive my packages and it was showing that you received it ." She said, "no , its with [redacted]." When last week , I called her , she said , she has only one package and its been 2 months so I dont know, where it is and it might be lost.

I want my packages back and want my reimbursement for my loss and long waited to get my packages back.Desired Settlement: I want all my packages back and need the reimbursement for my stolen valuables.

Review: I bought paintings from Pakistan and Sender shipped Paintings from Pakistan using Fast Track Cargo. Sender never gave me any tracking # or shipment mode. All he said Cargo company in NYC will contact me once I have my shipment in USA.

On Oct [redacted], 2014, Fast Track Cargo and person Name [redacted] called me and told me that my shipment has arrived and I need to pay $104 to get my shipment released from Fast Track Cargo's premises to my home. I was reluctant and not very comfortable about it. This person also told me if I dont pay this money they will not release the shipment. So I decided to at least pay the money at that time and get my shipment and later I could file dispute. Revdex.com is my first option to deal with this matter.

Fast Track also said that there is a COD instructions from Pakistan so thats why they are charging money. I asked them about the proof which they failed to proved me yet.

Fast Track Cargo sent me a form which was not pertinent to this matter. All they send me Credit Card Authorization form which I signed and send it to them so as I could at least get my stuff from them.

Another interesting thing happened, they sent stuff using [redacted] and shipment was damaged which person name [redacted] told me on phone and email that my shipment came from pakistan and its damaged.

After receiving my shipment I emailed them and told them that shipment I received is damaged plus return my $104 which you charge ilegally. Instead I got a call from [redacted] because this phony company Fast track put all the blame on [redacted] which was totally wrong.

Anyway cut the story short, first of all I need my $104 back and then I will file dispute on the damaged shipment. I am sure companies like Fast Track must be making people's lives miserable especially who use their services from India/Pakistan. But I hope you will do justice here.Desired Settlement: Need my money back.
