On June *** I placed an order through this company to purchase my passport, that same day I had recieved news of the passing of an immediate family member and submitted a request for cancellation. I was emailed and told that I could expect my refund within 21 businesses days and that I will receive a refund of the total service price, minus a non-refundable $35.00 service charge. The company has exceeded the 21 business days and refuses to refund me my money.

I paid this company for expedited processing of 2 passports for my sons. The fee was $309.00 for each passport for 3-4 day processing for a New Adult passport. I forwarded the completed paperwork to them and paid them electronically, via my debit card, on their website on July , 2019. They received the package which was overnighted to them via FedEx on July , 2019 and that same morning, I received a call from someone in their office who informed me that the company was “suspended” and therefore; they could not provide the service that I paid them for. She reassured me that the documents were being sent back to me overnight and claimed that she was going to send me an email with information from another company that provided the same service. She also stated that my fees that I paid to Fastport Passport would be refunded and that I should receive the refund immediately back to my account. Since our conversation, I have made several attempts to contact the company (Fastport Passports), however; there has been no answer to the telephone or if it is picked up, it is a pre-recorded message touting how efficient their passport service is. I am seeking immediate and full refund of $618.00, the total amount that I paid to Fastport Passports for the service of expedited processing of 2 New Adult Passports as THE SERVICE WAS NEVER PROVIDED.

On the evening of Monday, May , 2019, I contacted Fastport Passport because I needed my passport by the end of that week. The agreed they could help me, so I paid them $529 online. By noon the next day, I had not heard from them at all (I had been told they would contact me in the A.M.), so I attempted to contact them. Nobody answered the phone. For several hours (until roughly 4:45 P.M.), I made between nine and a dozen attempts to reach this company. On two of these attempts, I got an answering service who took my information and promised to pass it along to the appropriate people. On my final phone call attempt, I finally reached an actual Fastport Passport employee who informed me they could not actually help me because I didn’t have enough time to actually have my passport processed. The woman on the phone said she would send my information to the financial department so they could reimburse my money. This reimbursement never happened. I attempted to stop payment on my credit card, but it was too late. I filed a dispute with my credit card so they could get my money back for me, but Fastport Passport would not budge. Last week, I contacted this company again, and when I talked with a woman on the phone, she assured me I would be reimbursed. This company did absolutely nothing to help me get my passport, yet they are keeping my money. Please help me.
PS: After FPPP refused to help me, I found another online company who easily had my passport to me by the end of the week.

I purchased a 5-7 business day return on a passport not realizing they still required me to go through my locale passport agency that was unable to get me in in a timely manner ( which I received instructions to do via email after being told not to log into my online account again). I requested a refund within 24 hrs and before using any part of there service do to lack of communication since I couldn't even speak to the person that was responsible for my account after attempting to reach her by email and phone 4 different times. now I have waited 5 business days when I was told I would be contacted within 1 to 3 and have gotten a run around about the only person able to handle my issue won't be in until 9 pm at night.

I ordered an expedited passport for a fee of $279. Following completion of the order, I was taken to the website to fill out forms to start the process. However, there are NO forms on the website. Each attempt brought me back to the order form. There are no links on the website to contact customer service. I contacted the company via Facebook Messenger (the ONLY contact method available) within an hour of purchase given the poor service, letting them know I would like to cancel my order. I was very worried it was a scam at this point. I received an email days later asking me to fill out a cancellation form but stating that my cancellation would have to be reviewed and refunds are only issued if the cancellation was within 24 hours. It has been 14 days and I have yet to receive any additional communication or refund. This company is a scam.

On 05//2019 one of my employees used this company to expedite his passport renewal. He filed the information online and submitted the request. Within minutes we had a total of 4 charges from Fastport in the amount of $328.90. We reported it to the company on 05//2019 and on 05//2019 they replied to us stating they had issued refunds (for the 3 fraudulent charges) and it would appear in our account in 3-5 business days. On 05//2019 we received one of the refunds in the amount of $328.90. Since then we have called and emailed the company several times requesting information on when they intend to issue us the additional two charges but the emails go unanswered and we get the run around when we talk Nick Dentico who is an account manager with Fastport Passport.

They are refusing to even acknowledge the fact that I have a requested a refund from them. I filled out their cancellation form, but have not heard a single thing from them about it. They also don't tell you that you cant even use their services until two weeks before you even need your passport. I tried to use their services, but was denied by the passport agent at my local post office because it was not two weeks prior to leaving the country. Fastport Passport happily took my money without telling me the full truth and it ruined my plans and ended up costing me more money in the long run.

I needed a passport to get a job. I paid $300+ to get my passport expedited with Fastport Passport. The instructions emailed to me were confusing but I was working my way through them when I discovered that after paying $300+ that NONE of the government fees were included in that price. I didn’t have the extra $200+ to cover the full normal cost of expediting to my passport after shelling out $300+ already. I didn’t get the job because I couldn’t afford to get the passport. I called to cancel my service 3 days after I bought it which their cancelation policy allows. The people over the phone were short and rude. They sent me a form to fill out for my refund and email to their support team. I get no response. I contact them a week later about the status and get no response. It has now been a month. I called in today to inquire about the status of my refund and got no information with a promise to call back. I never got a call back.
I would like someone from this business to reach out to me with some information about the status of my refund.

On 5/*/19 I entered my personal information to renew my passport which I thought I was doing. Unfortunately after I filled everything out I realized it was a business for expedited passport services . In my case I don't need an expedited passport but only to renew it.When I realized my mistake I emailed them right away and requested a refund. I explained in my email of the mistake I had made. It also says on the website I would be refunded after one business day. I did also complete the refund form on their website. It has been 6 days and I have not received a returned email after 3 attempts, refund, or call. I also read their reviews and learned that I'm not the only one to complain about not getting a refund back in a timely manner.

On April *, 2019, under Fastport Order ID: *** I purchased the 'New Passport - Processing Time: 8-14 Business Days' package. After I purchased this package, I took all of the necessary information to the Post Office, however, while there, the Postal employee informed me that, I didn't actually need to use this service as I would have enough time to purchased an expedited passport through the Dept. of State and save myself some money.

Within one hour of making my purchase on the Fastport website, I completed the Cancellation Request form and per the Cancellation email I received back from the Fastport website, "CANCELING SERVICE WITHIN 24-HOURS: You will receive a refund of the total service price, minus the non-refundable $35.00 service charge." which means I am due a refund of after my initial purchase of $149.00, I am due a refund of $114.00. While I realize their website states that "it may take up to one billing cycle to process my return" I am very skeptical of every seeing my money as I have emailed the Cancellation info email address three times and called and left messages on two separate occasions.

My son *** needed a passport for a recent trip. He went on the internet to what he thought was the application site. However he reached this company. He filled out the necessary forms and paid the quick expedite fee of $209.00. A few days passed and nothing happened. He called the company and only received an answering machine. He decided to go in person to the passport office in Atlanta which is the correct business and received his passport. He paid the passport office for his proper fees in Atlanta. They are not associated with this company. Fast Passport company has done nothing at all to help my son receive his passport. He has made his trip since then and if he had waited on them, he would have missed his trip and still be waiting on the passport. He has requested on April *, 2019 that my account (Since it came out of my bank) to be refunded. He has only received a generated e-mail discussing cancellation fees. If they had done the job and he cancelled, I would understand. However, there is still no action from them for passport or refund. He doesn't need the passport from them now. He has received it and paid the Atlanta passport office $221.48 on 04//19 after time started running short on his passport needs.
It appears this company makes promises of getting a passport fast for travel and then does nothing. Then when you receive nothing from them and request a refund, they do nothing but mention a load of fees in their email. Fees must be how they make their money, providing absolutely no service.

I needed a passport quickly as I had an opportunity to visit a friend overseas. I filled out my information online with this company, thinking this was the government agency, and paid a $209 fee for the passport. Several days went by and I heard nothing from them. Not even a confirmation e-mail. Only the credit card charge to the bank. Once time started to run short, I decided to go to the government passport agency in Atlanta in person, paid their fee, and received my passport. Fastport Passport company did absolutely nothing. After receiving my passport from the correct agency, I called to request a refund from Fastport Passport. They sent me to their website to request that. I filled it out and received an e-mail discussing numerous fees. They have done nothing and if I had waited on them, I would not have been able to have made my trip. It seems like the way this company makes their money is from fees. They have done nothing for the money they received. I will remove this review if they show they are honest and refund in full my money.

your refund was processed in full. We also have it very clear on our website and order form that we are not the government. The fees and process are outlined on our order form as well as the Instructions that are emailed to you once you place an order and also available on our website in the main menu under Instructions.
We are happy to hear you were able to get your passport processed in time for your trip and a full refund was already provided.

I signed up for there service. When I found out I needed information I couldnt supply I sent an emai; to cancel and refund. They charged me anyways. I filed a C.C. DIspute. They then lied to *** to support their claim.

Our terms of service are listed on our website and order form. You agreed to the terms of service in order to place your expedited passport order with us. We are also providing a full refund since you are not using the service.

We have submitted the full refund to our accounting department. Once processed, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your account, depending on your banks policy.

Next time do the right thing in the first place.

I signed up for this organization to provide me a passport not knowing that it was a 3rd party company. They appeared to be a US passport organization through a popup page while I was on the US Passport site. After finding out they were a third party organization I tried to cancel and they would not allow me to cancel. Neither did the person inform me of the proper cancellation process. Now they are saying they do not want to return my $149.

They need to let it be known upfront there is $50 nonrefundable cancel charge. I filled out app by mistake thinking it was the government website to obtain a passport and it wasn't. I quickly cancelled and later received a phone call about the change. The information is listed on their site, I don't dispute that, however that is information that should should be in plain site and upfront. My mistake cost me $50 and that is the reason for the 1 star because they were not helpful at all! And the rest of my money will be refunded in 10 business days.

My son was attempting to get a passport from a government site and accidentally clicked a link and filled out a request for an expedited passport from *** and gave them my credit card information. When I asked my son for a receipt so we could go to the local post office and get his passport, we realized that he had ordered from the wrong site. I immediately tried to call and was on hold for over 40 min. I emailed and explained it was a mistake and that I would like to cancel the transaction. I emailed less than an hour after he placed the order. I also was able to leave a phone message with the company later that night when I attempted to contact the company by phone again. I called again Monday morning since the original transaction was on a Saturday. The woman that answered said I would have to complete a form requesting to cancel on their website. I have done that, but they have already billed my credit card for $229. I would like a full refund.

We offer refunds immediately and we are very willing to work with customers to help them get their passports, visas, and international driving permits at quickly as they need it. If a customer doesn't wish to use our service, they can contact us directly and we process the refund right away. If there is anything else needed here, we are happy to help.
