Scam Never order from this website ffstock
I ordered sink, never delivered. They confirmed the shipping but never provided any shipment confirmation number. Finally I asked the refund , they confirmed refund by email. 2 months after I stil waiting for… never buy on this site .

We have asked for the item to be returned Upon receipt of the item we will gladly issue a refund

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Hurricane Harvey was in Texas not Florida Hurricane Irma was in Florida This is the same form letter response the business gave on all previous complaints listed on the Revdex.com's website If the phones and warehouse are impacted, why is the address on the email order confirmation a PO Box in Denver, CO? Why was the credit card charge the day the order was placed versus fulfilled? The business is a scam and needs to be reported to the proper authorities as they continue to take money from honest customers without delivering a product My credit card needs to be credited the full amount Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello Revdex.com,Being this is over a year that has passed we are looking into this matter, however there has been several changes in the more than a year since the buyer issue occurred:There is a new ownership team in place - who wants all the documentation and information confirmed (shipping, accounting, all sales records, inventory records)There is new shipping and receiving software and tracking hardware in place - shipping records need to be found and confirmed.There is a new ecommerce platform in place - sales receipts and records need to be found and confirmed.Inventory in and out needs to be checked and confirmedThis is not a small and simple 'Good Faith' refund to take care of a complaint This is a large amount from over a year ago that is in the process of being confirmedThank you for checking,ffstock.com

The buyer claims the sink was the incorrect color If it is the incorrect color then the factory packaging is labeled incorrectly We have sent a UPS pickup label to the buyer and they have not returned the item If we are to issue credit we need the item returned The buyer called their credit card company and has complained and the charges have been reversed out of our account.We still have not received the sink from the buyer.Please let us know if you have any questions

Hello Revdex.com and Buyer,Unfortunately these faucets were stored and shipping from our South Florida warehouse, that was extremely damaged by Hurricane Harvey We have done our best to notify the buyer both via email: [redacted] @gmail.com and phone number: [redacted] We understand the email and phone number may show incorrectly, but these are the email and phone number on the order.We receive over phone calls per day and over half from [redacted] Company and regardless of how many people we have answering phones, certain times of the day they will get our message that 'we are experiencing a high volume of calls'.Calls aside and communications systems aside, this warehouse had the roof ripped off it and sides ripped off from the hurricane Understandably no concern to anyone until we come up short on product that was stored in one location pre-hurricane and were no loner there post-hurricane.We have found faucet in perfect 100% factory new condition, however the order calls for 2.We can ship out the faucet and refund for the 2nd faucet or cancel the entire order Please let us know within hours and we will take the appropriate actions.Again our complete apologies for the loss of the 2nd faucet and the inconvenience[redacted]

rejecting this response because: Something here is certainly very corrupted, and it was not our order In fact, this "business" not only charged our credit card immediately, ignored every one of our several messages that we left in good faith, but they also responded to the credit card company after we disputed the charge, and lied when they told them that they did ship the merchandise (which they didn't) and HAD THE CHARGES REAPPLIED TO OUR CARD If they didn't see our order, why did they claim to have delivered it? This is a lie, plain and simple And we have not been refunded our money In fact, they lied again to the credit card company, and had the charges reapplied We want our credit card credited, and an honest and heartfelt apology from this company IMMEDIATELY To apologize and plainly lie within the same message is unacceptable All of their complaints are replied to in the same way: The order was corrupted How can this business still be in operation????

This shipping warehouse was coming out of our South Florida warehouse, that was extremely damaged by hurricane Harvey and we have been working hours a day in order to move this warehouse from our damaged facility to a new facility. Our computer system and phone systems have been greatly
affected by the move in the changeover to the new facility. This has also created some orders to become corrupted in our system and we are working hours a day in order to correct this.Unfortunately this customers order was affected by the move. We have the item in stock and are issuing a discount if the customer still wants the item. We realize many of our items are unique as we only sell discontinued Kohler items, and many items cannot be found anywhere. Please have the customer call us or e-mail us anytime and we will be happy to take care of them as quickly and promptly as possible.This order has been fully refunded with confirmation number ***If there are any remaining issues with this order please have the customer contact us immediately so they can be taken care of

Hello All, We are in the business of selling discontinued and obsolete Kohler Plumbing Products We operate warehouses throughout the US and in Canada Since we get truckloads of items in our warehouses everyday, items are not always in the correct location and the older
the item, there may be hundreds of the same (in different colors) we need to sort through to find the correct color needed to fulfill the order.The item shipped FEDEX PRIORITY FREIGHT July 12, with Bill of Lading# ***. The buyer emailed that they could not track the item using the Bill of Lading and (some freight companies will track using the Bill of Lading and some won't) As soon as the PRO number was downloaded into our system from FEDEX PRIORITY FREIGHT we forwarded the buyer the PRO number.The PRO NUMBER FROM FREIGHT *** The buyer paid for TERMINAL PICKUP for the item however requested with FEDEX PRIORITY FREIGHT to be delivered to their residence with an extra $charge and did not pay the charge. We did receive a call from *** *** and the order was 'corrupted' in our system not 'lost in our system' We retrieved the order and instructed our warehouse to ship the order the same day ( we have warehouses ) The item was sent and the tracking number was sent.Upon receiving
the email that there was an issue with the item we sent *** *** an RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION, the same day, per his request.This item was a Kohler K-8030-BV manufactured by Kohler Company and sometimes mistakes happen during the manufacturing process We have since received the item back from *** *** and have also received the correct nozzle head for the item and will re-sell to another buyer looking for discontinued Kohler A simple call to Kohler would have solved the problem These are specialty items and sometimes they are not perfect but we do all we can to make them perfect as they are discontinued and most buyers cannot find them anywhere This is the service we offer is to assist consumers, designers, architects, plumbers, supply houses and anyone needing discontinued Kohler.*** *** did tell us many times, in separate emails and phone messages, that he had filed a dispute with his credit card company on several different dates and times When this occurs our policy is to let the dispute take its course as the credit card company will automatically deduct the funds from our accounts In the past we have issued refunds, when a dispute was filed by the buyer, the funds were taken out of our account a second time.We sell over 10,orders per year, and yes, there are some manufacturing issues with some, however we always work with the buyer to make sure the item they receive is 100% perfect, as this item currently is.Today we have worked with our credit card processing company to refund the amount paid to the method of payment and confirm the amount will not be taken out of our account a second time The refund confirmation is: ***.If you have any questions feel free to contact me at anytime.Thank you,***
