formal complaint we will cancel the order, call UPS and stop transit on the item, and refund your method of payment immediately OR continue with the shipment in process on the order.  Your choice, but let us know prior to the item being delivered to you.The Revdex.com is a sham and to get a better rating you need to be a member and they do not take into consideration the more than 11,317 orders we have shipped in the past 12 month with no issues that they have not received ratings based on how happy people were with their shipments.  If you take the very few orders with issues divided by all the orders with no issues you will find our rating to be an A+Thank you,Faucets + Fixtures Overstock

This shipping warehouse was coming out of our South Florida warehouse, that was extremely damaged by hurricane Harvey and we have been working 24 hours a day in order to move this warehouse from our damaged facility to a new facility.  Our computer system and phone systems have been greatly...

I am rejecting this response because:1.  Hurricane Harvey was in Texas not Florida.  Hurricane Irma was in Florida.2.  This is the same form letter response the business gave on all previous complaints listed on the Revdex.com's website.3.  If the phones and warehouse are impacted, why is the address on the email order confirmation a PO Box in Denver, CO?4.  Why was the credit card charge the day the order was placed versus fulfilled?5.  The business is a scam and needs to be reported to the proper authorities as they continue to take money from honest customers without delivering a product.6.  My credit card needs to be credited the full amount.  Hello Revdex.com,1.  Our mistake2.  Correct, due to the hurricane there have been phone issues and internet issues out of our control.  The phone company has been working still to correct.3.  We have 7 locations and our main offices are in Denver Co.4.  A computer mistake as we had just switched processors.5.  As orders come in the product is shipped out.6.  Credit card has been credited, for the full amount, and confirmed and sent confirmation number.  We have also spoken with credit card processor today and they say refunds show in the buyers bank and/or statement in 5-7 business days.  This is out of our control.If there are any questions, let us know anytime,Thank you,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: As of today 3/7/2018, my [redacted] bank account shows NO REFUND from this transaction.  If the confirmation number that Faucets & Fixtures Overstock  provided is real, then please have them provide the details behind this refund (date, amount, bank name, etc.).As to the company suggesting I simply "call or email us", I have both called and sent email several times on this refund request with no response.  This is why I went to Revdex.com.To recap: Faucets & Fixtures Overstock left me a voicemail telling me to cancel order as they could not find 2 Kohler 2612 sinks on 1/18, I cancelled order on 1/18 and the company confirmed this cancellation on 1/25 telling me that my money would be refunded in "3-5 business days" (on/about 2/1/18). I am still awaiting my full refund of $534.55.

We have spoken with our credit card processing company, which is [redacted].  [redacted] says that all refunds take 5 - 7 business days to show up in the buyer's account.  This is out of our control, however in speaking we [redacted] we're doing everything we can speed up process for this buyer.Thank you,[redacted]
