On July *, I ordered "Let the Journey Begin" vintage suitcase luggage tags by Kate Aspen through favorwarehouse.com They are beautiful and I though they would make perfect favors and place cards for my going away party I received my order confirmation and the money was taken out of my bank account right away I received no correspondence from Favor Warehouse after that point On July **, I still had not received my shipping information so I was very concerned and contacted them I received an automated email response stating that there was a shipping issue (which I had never been previously made aware of), but it was resolved and all items would be shipped in time for the event date I provided my event date of July **, to them at the time of my order I then tried calling them at least 3x per day every day for the past week and only received an automated message that did not give you the option of speaking to an actual human being Yesterday, July [redacted] I still had hope that my favors would arrive but they did not I received an email from Favor Warehouse THIS MORNING, THE DAY OF MY EVENT, stating "The favors you ordered will be in stock and ready to ship by Monday, 7/** Please let us know if we should proceed with this order or if we need to cancel and refund it." As you can imagine, I will not have any use for these favors AFTER my event is over This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and I would even go so far as to say callous and rude This is my going away partyI will be moving away from my family and friends for the next two years Every single detail was meticulously planned and these luggage tags were thoughtfully chosen as what I thought would be the perfect favor Now, not only have they ruined my party, but because they refused to correspond in a professional and timely fashion I now have no other options as my event is HOURS AWAY I will never use this vendor again and I would suggest that everyone stay far away!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I already filed a complaint with my credit card company That part has been taken care of on my end HOWEVER...a) The company NEVER responded to me directly with that offer of resolution - even with multiple requests on my part via email I think that they may only be responding to Revdex.com to get you off of their backs, and b) I know from looking at Yelp and the company's own Facebook page that they have done this to others As per the complaints, they have taken people's money, didn't send any products, and have been very hard to contact after that This causes headaches and anxiety and work to be done on the customer's part to try and get a refund!!!!This company needs to be looked into for bad business practices as a way of doing business, in my opinion In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Ordered over $in productPaid for everything and they took the money from my accountTwo to three weeks later, I have not received my itemsI then receive an email from Favor Warehouse they are unable to complete my orderRather than issuing a refund, I have to dispute the charge with my credit card companyComplete garbageDo not order from them!

Thank you for sending me the case I honestly thought this case was closed since we first sent the customer the replacement pieces and then eventually refunded the customer in full The following is what transpired after the last entry regarding this complaint On 2/ [redacted] - we shipped replacement pieces to the customer even though she never sent us the one thing we requested from her to support her claim - group picture for the pieces that needed to be replaced We also informed the customer that a [redacted] call tag was issued to pick up the pieces that she claimed were unacceptable - all she had to do was have the box ready for [redacted] to pick up - she never did and the pieces were never picked up On 2/ [redacted] - customer informed us that she received the pieces but she was not satisfied with those pieces either - we then informed her that we were going to issue another [redacted] call tag to pick up all the pieces - the pieces from her original order and the additional replacements We were then going to issue a full refund after the entire order was received Once again, we told her to please have the box/boxes ready for [redacted] to pick up A 2nd call tag was issued, the customer once again did not have the items ready for pickup - I even informed her on 2/ [redacted] that [redacted] already made attempts to pick the order up and they were going to make one last attempt - to please have the items ready The reason for the call tag was to make it easier for her - she would not have to take the heavy boxes to [redacted] - [redacted] was going to pick them up from her I also informed her that if she did not have the boxes ready for [redacted] that she will be responsible to ship the order back to us - she did not have the items ready for the 3rd attempt Please note that we were charged for unsuccessful call tags On 2/ [redacted] we finally received the entire order plus the replacement pieces A full refund was issued on 2/ [redacted] - the same day we received the return Once again, please note that from the beginning we tried to work with the customer to resolve the issues on this order Also, personalized glassware are some of our most popular items We sell thousands of pieces with little or no complaints but we always try to resolve any issues as soon as they arise Thank you for your consideration to this matter [redacted]

A couple months ago I started shopping around for favors to hand out at my wedding coming up on June [redacted] We decided on coasters, so I shopped around and found Favor WarehouseThey seemed to have the best options for our budget; something we liked, that fit within the style of our wedding, wasn't discontinued or sold out, and was inexpensiveI thought about it for a while, because even though Favor Warehouse seemed to have the best option, it was only available in one color combination- white and brownOur wedding colors are Indigo and Burgundy and the brown just wasn't very wedding likeEventually I decided to order anyway I ordered sets of four coasters eachI was appalled to see the shipping cost of $when the product was supposedly coming from NY, and was made of felt so it's really light weightHowever, there was no Sales tax, so that helped soften the blowI even paid an additional $for "rush" day processing on my order After days however, I still hadn't received any sort of shipping notice from Favor Warehouse, no tracking number, no confirmation, nothingSo I emailed themA day later I got a response saying that the coasters I ordered would be back in stock, in more days, and shipped the following day, and then I would receive a tracking number I was angry, because when I ordered the items they were not listed as out of stock, that meant that my items would arrive later than I hoped, I still didn't have an estimated arrival date at all, and I had paid for day processing and would be getting my order processed in insteadI tried to call Favor Warehouse at the phone number they supplied in their automated 'we got your order' email, but the first times I called my call was instantly disconnectedThen finally I got an answering machine after only ringThe answering machine proceeded to tell me that all their customer service people are busy helping others, that most questions can be solved by looking at their website, to email them, and not to leave a message So after getting hung up on my the answering machine twice, I emailed them, asking for my $rush processing fee backAfter days, I still haven't been responded to When they finally sent me my tracking number on the day the email said they would, I checked itWhile waiting for my order, I checked every dayThe company used Fed Ex, and the tracking was poorly executed- usually not updated at all, so for a while I had no idea when I to expect my coasters Finally, after a week of waiting, the coasters arrived todayThe box was huge, but lightI opened itTo find another box, securely taped shutSo I opened that box, and it held even smaller boxes, of them, also taped shutWhy didn't they just mail the medium sized box if it was the only thing containing coasters? I suspect that this is how they justify the expensive shipping costI opened up the small boxes to find that each coaster set was in even more packaging- little clear plastic bags over the ribbon wrapped clear plastic boxes shown on their websiteNot to mention, the coasters were BLACK and white rather than brown and whiteI started taking tacky looking cellophane that had barcodes on them, off of each individual coaster setI also took off the annoying 'for you' tags they had wrapped on there with some company name on the back By the time I was halfway through removing the excess wrapping, I realized that each of the small boxes was labeled with "PCS"I counted the coastersThey only sent me 72, when I had ordered and paid for I tried calling them againBecause now they've ripped me off in more than wayI have people invited to my wedding in days and didn't get the coaster sets I paid for I got the stupid answering machine again- in the middle of the day, on a Tuesday, after only one ringI emailed them again, but I doubt that I'll be getting any response, since my prior emails about the rush processing fee have been ignored Do not buy from Favor Warehouse, they'll just take your money, waste your time, and ignore your complaints

I usually don't complain, and after YEARS of ordering online this is the WORST online shopping experience I've EVER had! I ordered Perfectly Plain Glass Jars w/ Place Cards on July [redacted] - after my 3rd or 4th attempt to contact them for status, I finally receive an e-mail today (August ***) saying that my order can't be filledIt's been almost a month, and multiple attempts to get a status and NOW I find out ???? LUCKILY, I have plenty of time to go elsewhere and have already taken care of the problemThe reason I am writing this review is to SAVE the next potential buyerSave your money, save your time, there are SO MANY reliable and credible stores to go to, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIMEI wish I could give them stars, but 1/will do
