Fedex Corporation

This was my first experience using FedEx. I had traveled to Florida because my father had just went through cancer surgery and afterwards suffered a heart attack. I myself have cancer as well as numerous other medical problems of which requires me to have to take certain medications that I am cannot go without and that need to be taken on a very strict schedule I am not allowed to miss my doses. When this happens I have to be hospitalized because of the risk of death. I chose FedEx because I thought that they were a reputable business as far as getting important packages delivered on time as they say they will. I had to pay $95. To overnight priority ship my meds to me so that I would have them when I needed. I was told I that shipping them this way would guarantee my delivery. They were shipped early Saturday morning and were to arrive on Monday no later than 4:30pm. Instead the FedEx rep decided not to put the entire address on my pkg. Making so the delivery person would not know which lot to deliver pkg to. However, being that FedEx comes to this very address 2-3 times a week there was no reason not to make the delivery. For gods sake they could have knocked on any door and been told exactly where to go but chose not to. Then when I called to find out where my meds were explaining once again how very important it was for this delivery to be made no later than Monday . Fed Ex chose to just blow it off and act as though it was no big deal. Never made any attempt to get my pkg delivered on the day they guaranteed instead set delivery up for the next day it's now 2:30 pm the next day and still no pkg!!!! This is totally inexcusable not to mention very unprofessional. As far as I am concerned they broken their contract by not keeping up to their end of it. I paid the $95 that they requested for priority overnight delivery. They did not keep to their end of this contract. I feel I should at the very least be reimbursed for this. I could have paid USPS $9. and had them delivered priority mail and received them by noon through the regular postal service!! I will never ever use FedEx again as long as I live. They over charge for their guaranteed service that doesn't happen, and they are very uncaring people. They could not care whether a person lives or dies because of their negligence!!! SHAME ON YOU FEDEX!!#
