I ordered 25 Hoppers (rats) about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them ,I tried to contact them but no response,
Very Upset

Do not do business with this company. Ordered frozen mice. Received them about 3 weeks later. Dry ice was gone, mice were hot an stunk. I have sent 3 emails to this company and have received no response. Their guarantee means nothing. There is no phone number on their website and nothing to say how to report a problem, only the email address.

Poor customer service and lack of timely delivery.
I ordered 100 frozen pinkies on 6/8/2020 and paid by credit card. I chose Fed ex shipping as the site instructed. Two weeks elapsed, and I still had not received a shipping notification (my order showed processing). I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. A few days went by with no response, so I sent another. They responded to this email, stating that my order would ship on the following Tuesday. I received a shipping email on that Tuesday. Tuesday a week later, I received my shipment. Upon opening, all of the dry ice inside of the foam shipping container was completely gone. The pinkies were hot and rotten. I immediately emailed them and apprised them of the condition of the shipment and asked for a refund, or my product be sent overnight. They emailed that they would see what they could do for me. I have not received any other response from them despite sending two additional emails to them requesting a response and a refund. My order number was #8935 for $113.99. I would like the product purchase price and the shipping cost refunded. This business needs a contact phone number. They also need to answer emails in a timely manner. As a result of this, I have had to buy pinkies from a local pet chain, at rediculous prices, in order to feed my snake

I ordered live feeders from this company and paid extra for faster shipping one week ago. I have emailed them with no response.

This company is run be a kid. He's dishonest, arrogant and could care less for his customers. Stay away from the supplier. He does not answer emails or his inquiry on his web-site. What a scam!

Order #8242 On 2/16/20 I ordered 100 small dubia roaches. I payed $23.48 for product plus shipping. It is now 2/24/20 and I have nothing. I have sent approximately six emails in the past four days and haven't received a single response. They took my money and that was it. I had to go to a local pet store and pay a ridiculous price just to have something to feed my gecko. There is no tracking number associated with my order nor is there a way to request a refund.

I ordered 1000 crickets and a "glitch" happened with there system so I made an account. Ordered 1000 crickets, was charged $33.67 in which the crickets were $19.75 & I paid $15 for shipping. This "feeder source" has now charged me 3 times. So now I am in the hole $100. I have 11 bearded dragons and 1 chameleon to feed. I ordered on Feburary 11 2020. The only response I've received from them is the receipt for 1 box of crickets but I have copies of my bank statement stating they charged me 3 separate times. I've sent 6 emails and I've also spoke to an employee from Repticon whom said they aren't able to contact them since they're a vendor. I would appreciate it if I got a full refund because by the time these crickets get to me they'll be dead. What I will be doing is ordering tickets to the repticon show!!! But anyways, I would not recommend ordering from this site. They let you order, take your money and you hear nothing back from them. I personally think its a scam!!

Tereible customer service, but I needed mice. I bought $400 worth of mice from them, and good half were either rotten or had tumors on them. It was ridiculous and disgusting. I have photos of the tumors. They had to be raised in some scary conditions, if even safe. I have never ever had issues like that with ***. Unfortunately *** only provides feeder source most of the time unlike other better expos. I would like for others to beware of this place because our animals are not safe with food like that. Somebody should do something.

I ordered 160 dollars worth of frozen feeders and live crickets with a 30 dollar charge for priority shipping on Thursday October 17th. their website claims they ship frozen feeders Monday and Tuesday. they didn't supposedly ship the whole order till Thursday the 24th of October. It is now Wednesday the 6th of November and I received only a box of dead crickets. I emailed them the first week there was a problem and got a response 2 days later that only said "Hello ***, Let me look into this for you as I'll get back to you shortly." that was the last ive heard from them.
Now it seems im out 200 dollars unless paypal comes through with the complaint ive filed with them. Ive had to place another order with another company, wich seem to be much better, so now im almost 300 dollars into it and my animals have not eaten in almost a month. do not trust feeder source!

My order was *** on 08/10/19 I used a MasterCard and ordered 100 large and 100 mixed dubia roaches with 25 frozen pinkies. I have sent emails the 15,16, 17, and now 20th but still have not received a reply. On the website it says "processing".

Due to lack of response from business as to the status of my order I have already ordered feeders from another company (which has already shipped). I want a FULL REFUND from FeederSource for their utter lack of customer service and lack of update on my order.

I sent a note from Revdex.com and then they sent it on 7/31/19 I wont ever order from them again and I hope no one falls for it I also called repticon and told them

I ordered frozen mice on 6/25/19, they have collected their money, but I have not received any email regarding order confirmation or shipment info
I placed an order on 6/25/19, they received their payment, I have not received any confirmation of my order, I have contacted them by email (the only way from their website to contact them) 3 times with no response to any of my emails regarding my order.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund, I will not be doing business with them again in the future, especially when I cannot get a response via email from them regarding my order status, yet they received payment.

After not hearing from them since 6/25/19 & sending 3 emails to them, about an hour after I posted a complaint to the Revdex.com, I got a shipment confirmation, my order should be here tomorrow.

Met with a guy from Feeder Source at Repticon. It took down my name and order number. He said he would get to the bottom of this and he also gave me some Dubai roaches. Same amount that I order. He also said that he will make sure that they will resend my order anyway.

Ordered feeder insects and frozen rodents 4/19. Order confirmed. Money taken. Email of delivery being sent 4/23 with a tracking number for delivery on 4/24. Package received 4/24 only contained frozen rodents in torn plastic bag inside paper bag in insulated box. There is no phone number listed for this business. Email sent, no response from business. Contacted shipper to be sure nothing had been missed on the truck. Shipper checked records, only the one package sent, which I received, but the order was incomplete and damaged. Sent second email. No response. Sent message via facebook messenger, no response. Poor customer service, poor communication and poor product packaging.

Refund I would like a refund for my missing items and my shipping charges. I am happy to return the damaged rodent pack if needed for a full refund, but I will not pay any additional shipping to do this. The refund totals $52.33.

I ordered 1 bag of pinkie mice and 2 bags of adult mice. These mice are needed to feed animals at a nature center run by Mecklenburg County. I only received the pinkies and 1 bag of adults, despite being charged for all 3. The 2 bags I did receive were not packaged in any kind of ice or cooling system to keep the mice frozen, and the mice all thawed before I got them. I had to throw both the bag of pinkies and the 1 bag of adults away. I have tried to contact Feeder Source multiple times over the past month, to no avail.

Refund I would like a full refund at this point. I was willing to let the rotten mice go and not make a fuss about them, but I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of customer service provided. Feeder Source needs to refund me the full amount of my order, $114.06.

On March 15. 2019 I purchased an order of *** for a price of $40.00 dollars including an additional fee of $22.81 for shipping and handling my order number is *** It is now March 29, 2019 two weeks later and the status has not changed and I still have not received my order. During the course of two weeks I emailed them several times to inquire why my order has not been shipped out and they never responded. I sent them a message on their Facebook page and they ignored that message as well. I have emailed them in the past and got a response the following day. I have also purchased from them before and received my order in less than a week. Being ignored for two weeks straight is unprofessional and if there is an issue with the order it is their responsibility to inform the customer. They easily took my money, but they can't respond to emails. I have been patient and respectful in all the emails.
