I placed an order through the Feeder Source website on 1/26/19, my payment was collected through PayPal shortly after and totaled $37.55. As of 2/26/19 I still have not received my order. I attempted to email them multiple times. Getting no response I reached out through Facebook. I got a response one time saying they would check on my order after I provided an order number. I continued to try to contact them as my order status still has not changed from 'processing? on their website and have yet to get another response.

Other (requires explanation) Honestly, at this point I would be happy with either getting the product I ordered or even just receiving a refund so I can order my feeder insects through a different company.

I purchased $200 worth of frozen mice and rats (snake food) in person, and was told they could be held. It's now been over 30 days of attempting to email, call (no phone number), and Facebook message (they read the message but didn't answer) them to either get the snake food, or get a refund.

they say fast shipping but this is the second order I have placed the first took 5 days and I'm still waiting on the second it took 8 days to make the shipping label and here we are on day 12 and the package has still not left their facilities. they dont email you back now I'm just waiting on a refund through paypal.

Company is very unresponsive, they have very poor customer service. I eventually had to dispute charges with PayPal credit in order to get a refund from the company.

Order was placed 8-6-18. When no tracking was generated by 8-8-18, according to the website my order was still "processing", I contacted the company via email for an update as to how long processing normally took. I received no response.

I then emailed again 8-10-18, as well as sent a message via facebook. I received no response to either attempt to contact the company. I sent an email on 8-11-18 requesting that my order be cancelled and my money be refunded. I also advised that if this was not taken care of, I would report the charges as fraudulent to my bank. Still no response.

Received crickets and they were dead. Emailed company within 5 mins with pics of dead crickets. Company never resent crickets per their live guarantee

Order of 500 crickets and frozen rats was placed on 4/4/18. Received package on 4/5/18 and was home when the package arrived. Opened it immediately and the crickets were all dead on arrival except for maybe 50 crickets that survived. Within 5 minutes of opening the package I took pictures of the dead crickets and emailed FeederSource to let them know. They responded back 4/5/18 asking for the order number so they could look it up. I replied with the order number on 3/6/18. On 3/10/18 no one had responded or shipped more crickets per their live arrival guarantee so I emailed them again stating no one has responded back to me or resent crickets. On 4/13/18 I emailed them again asking if they were going to follow their live guarantee and reship me crickets and still as of 4/17/18 no has responded.

I would just like the company to follow their live guarantee and reship me live crickets.

Purchased frozen rats from Repticon Raleigh. Have not recieved communication as promised, nor the package.
Attended Repticon Raleigh 11/19/17. Paid 60.95 in cash for frozen rat fuzzies. Was given a handwritten receipt, and promised contact and a tracking number of the package. Emailed company 11/28 seeking tracking number, and have not recieved response or any other communication.

Desired Outcome

Looking to have the fuzzies sent to provided adress, or full refund of 60.95.

Feeder source is an online business that supplies live and frozen food for reptiles. I placed an order for 10 frozen rats and 500 crickets on 9/13. On 9/15 I received an email stating that since the hurricane, they were having trouble with their dry ice distributor. I completely understood. So finally on 9/19 my order shipped. I received it on the 21st. The problem was that only the rats shipped, no crickets. So I sent an email inquiry. I heard nothing. I sent a follow up email on the 23rd and also called (hard to find a phone number for them, and it went to voicemail) I finally got a response stating they didn't have any record of an issue. I forwarded my previous email and sent a picture of the packing list showing that the crickets were not shipped. He said they would mark the crickets for "re shipment" (it wasn't a re shipment..,they were never shipped according to PL)

I waited a full week and on the 29th I sent yet another email stating I would cancel my cc payment and contact the Revdex.com if I did not receive a tracking number. It is now 10/10 and I have received no crickets or follow up to email.

Refund I would like to be refunded for the crickets and shipping costs. $65.25. I will pay for the rats since they were received. Please advise if I should just cancel my cc payment. Or, he can just ship me the crickets I purchased. I'm open to any resolution. Thank you!

The items were shipped, together, on the packing slip a blue highlight indicates a frozen parcel which gets packed initially in a Styrofoam shipper with dry ice, the insect portion is then attached to the top of the shipping box in it's own shipping box with air ventilation but connected to the frozen shipping to reduce the overall shipping costs rather then two separate shipping fees for two separate items. We do not mark the insect portion only the frozen portion in blue to indicate the dry ice protocol be followed as it is consider a hazardous material and it has to be shipped using a ground service with FedEx. The customer was offered a FREE reship of the alleged missing items which can take up to 10 days to process for the FREE shipping.

Before that second reship was process we received a treating email with foul language. I WILL NOT submit my staff to that, therefore we put a hold on the FREE reship to this customer. We consider any item that has to be sent out for a replacement (missing, lost, or misdirected items). There is a possibility for the top box to be knocked away from the main box as they are only taped together and FedEx can be rough from time to time with packages, therefore I was and still would be more than willing to "reship" this item at no cost. All of this is based 100% off of the customers request, no photos of a damaged package were submitted and I am 100% ok with that, we do this day in and day out, and I know things happen that are out of our control. But what I can control is making sure my staff isn't being submitted to threatening or inappropriate correspondences.

Now, I can be compassionate towards the customer and look at it from his stand point and see where he'd be upset if the top box did get knocked off, therefore I would be more than willing to attempt to help out the customer and would reship the item again at no cost, but I CAN NOT allow the ladies in my office be cursed at, or threatened. We stand behind our product and do value our customers, but I also place a great deal of respect and value on the ladies that work in our office and WILL NOT subject them to this type of language.

So from my stand point if I get bad marks with the Revdex.com for preventing my staff from being treated inappropriately and cursed at then so be it... But I am sure you will run the tracking for this package, see that it was delivered and take into consideration our willingness to reship the alleged missing items at no cost and do what we can to help this customer out. I've got no problem with that at all, and would actually be delighted to do so to help the customer out.

So feel free to let me know if this is suitable for the customer and if this resolves this issue for him, and we'll get it shipped out for him, and i'd even consider giving him a credit for a future purchase if that would help him out on top of the reship. At the end of the day I'd really like to help each and every customer that we have, but I just can't put my staff put into negative situations.

I simply need the items I paid for. I received one package of frozen rats. No other boxes were attached. The colorful language I used in my 4th unresponded corrospondence does not obsolve the seller from their duty per the sale. It was not a threat. I welcomed the reshipment as a resolution, however one was never sent, nor was I given any tracking of the shipment. I will either accept the product I requested, or a refund. Thank you
