Main door and screen doors 🚪 replaced
Jack Hammett was excellent in explaining and showing and giving examples and being patient with the process of setting everything up they also was very diligent with making sure the process was done properly and following up with me and issues very well done Jack and the contractors thumbs up 👍

I called Feldco windows. They asked if I was the owner of the house. I said why yes my husband and I are the home owners. They said well is your husband around because we cant come give you a quote with out talking to him and him being there when they came out. I said well he works so you get me. They said we can not do it without his consent because it is such a big cosmetic change. I said hold up a minute! Are you actually saying that you can not give me a quote because I am merely a woman and need my husbands permission? Do you think I am surprising him with this?! Like I am going to suddenly spring new windows on him out of the blue?!?!? I am the one with the money! I am the one that will be paying for the windows but you are telling me that you need him to tell you that I have his permission to change out the windows in a house that is half mine?!?! If he called you and said yeah I want my windows done would you ask him if he had my permission!?!?!? Needless to say I hung up on them after I went off. I can not believe this BS! Because I am a mere lowly woman I must get permission from a man to pay to make changes to my own home! UGH! I think I may call back tomorrow just to go off on the managers!

Ms*** contracted with Feldco on December 14h, to purchase and install an entry door with sidelightsAt the time of sale, the sales rep presented Ms*** with several options including the style and color of the internal
grids on the sidelightsFeldco ordered and installed exactly what Ms*** chose and signed for at the time of contractFeldco has attempted to fix any issues that Ms*** has had with the installation beyond the grids but she will not allow us to set an appointmentMs*** is also withholding final paymentFeldco has offered to change out what she would like but she will have to pay our cost for the new glassFeldco is not attempting to charge money for any of the other issues she had with the installation

I do not accept the response from FELDCO for the following reasons:
1.Feldco has misrepresented the factsIf they had not use deceptive business tactics, our door would have been installed correctly and not be missing parts as identified by the Feldco technician who viewed the door after the installationFeldco, at no time, has assumed responsibility for their actions not only with the sidelites and internal grids but also with the door's installationIf we had not noticed the poor installation and the mismatched grids and sidelites, Feldco would not have contacted us to inspect the correctness of the door's installation and sidelites
2.When we pointed out the sidelites' problem, the installer called Feldco immediately to advise them and the installer then told us that it would be an easy fix
3.Feldco claims that they have offered to fix any issues we have with the installation aside from their correcting the sidelitesThe sidelites are the primary problem and Feldco refuses to own up to Feldco's deceptive and misrepresentations at the time of the contractIf this isn't bordering fraud, I don't know what is
4.Feldco's sloppy installation includes holes not symmetrical/level, no plugs for covering holes, missing parts for the door and the lock, the entire trim needs to be replaced and the sidelites and internal grids do not match
5.Final payment is not being withheldFinal payment is due upon completion of the door being correctly and properly installed
Whoever wrote Feldco's response has no idea what the sales rep presented to usAt no time, did the sales rep say the internal grids would not color match the sidelites like our previous door, which the sales rep saw
7.Also, to make any corrections Feldco is attempting to charge us an approximate 75% more than the original contractual cost

Since Feldco responded to my most recent response,*** from Feldco has contacted me to state that Feldco will replace the sidelights with the correct matching internal gridsI will agree to have this done as long as it includes all warranties such as if the internal grids are defective
Also, all additional repairs must be made properly and correctly
All warranties for all of the work, replacements and repairs must be guaranteed
Final payment will be made upon all repairs, corrections and proper installation being completed

Feldco Service Manager has been in contact in customer and discussed fees associated with service. There is no record of the paid $49. If the customer can provide documentation of the payment we will gladly correct accounts on our end.

Feldco has attempted to fix the issues that Mr. [redacted] has filed a complaint about and he is refusing to allow us to fix these issues and is also in default for payment on his contract.

Appointment is set for December 29th to service.

work, admitted it was messed up but said no one can be here to fix it until October 21. I don't want to say I accept their response until the work is actually completed.

Feldco sent a new crew out on 10/21 to correct the problem. They had to remove the siding and completely re do the installation to fix the previous crews work. Feldco finished the job satisfactory on 10/25.

Feldco called customer and offered a few options . Customer to get back to Feldco with decision.

Feldco left message for customer this morning stating that we would take care of the caulking prior to receiving this complaint. We have already agreed to resolve.

An appointment to resolve outstanding issues is set for July 25th. Our team is working with the customer to come to a resolution in regards to financing concerns but no derogatory marks against their credit have been incurred.

Feldco is going to install the part once the part comes in from manufacturer

am rejecting this response because: So after that response, it just goes to show you after all the complaints seen on Revdex.com and other web sites reviews etc from actual customers that hired Feldco in the past and present that this Company just doesn't care about how it handles great Customer Service and Great Workmanship when hired to do a job. As I have already stated, I never said that I would not pay for the job, I just feel reluctant to sign an contract for payment until the job is completed satisfactory, and as you can see after the comments from Feldco and not wanting to solve the issues without further court  preceedings , I think that speaks for itself in my decision in not signing a contract. I just wished I would of made a different decision on hiring a repetible  Company, and would of done my homework before hiring a Company as Feldco from a television commercial. Its a crime that they will continue to be allowed to do this to how many more customers, whom decide to hire them as I have.
