Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This item had been returned over 2 months ago and shows that they don't want to be bothered with complaints. Their customer service lacks tremendously and I doubt very serious that it affects them in any way.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This is the second complaint as my first one was marked as closed. I received a response from the Revdex.com complaint stating I could return all jewelry for a full refund. The cost of shipping back this jewelry is half of what I had paid for it. I was looking for a credit towards shipping or a [redacted] label to allow for free shipping. I did not see how to respond with this on the Revdex.com site and when I attempted to contact Jewelryroom.com personally I sat in a chat room for 30 minutes only to have nobody answer; there is no listed phone number. I am very disappointed in the Customer Service of this site as there seems to be no personal (human) assistance. Again I have spent over $300 my first time trying out the site and may be more willing to give it another chance if I wasn't being asked to pay out of pocket to return product that was shipped to me under false descriptions and damaged. My original case # is # [redacted]- JewelryRoom.com.I would appreciate a credit for the jewelry purchased and a better explanation on the guarantee of products. If it is listed as "white gold" and I receive silver how can this be resolved directly? If I can not receive a credit for the two items I previously complained about I would like to know how to send them back for full refund without paying for shipping. Thank you, [redacted]

Ferguson delivered a brand new [redacted] range which was inoperable out of the box. Refused to exchange. repairs still not completed. After purchasing a [redacted] range (model [redacted]) from Ferguson on September 9, 2014, the appliance was delivered and installed September 30, 2014. One of the four burners did not ignite. Ferguson was contacted and informed that the unit was defective. Ferguson offered to call for servicing, refusing to exchange the item stating that it was a warranty issue. I stated I expected a new working unit not a reconditioned one as I had paid the full price for the unit and it was defective out of the box. [redacted], the sales rep gave me her manager who then forwarded me to [redacted], the area supervisor. By the time Mr. [redacted] contacted me a second burner was now not working and the igniters were going off continually. A service rep came and I was told to secure power to the unit for safety purposes. Mr [redacted] then got back to me and told me Ferguson would not replace the unit. Mr [redacted] stated that the parts and been ordered and we should be up and running in a matter of days. three weeks have passed and we still have a nonfunctioning unit. Ferguson's offer of reconciliation was to give us an extended warranty "at no additional charge." That is unacceptable as the replacement parts are still on Back order and we still no a range that for which we paid almost $9,000 that is not and has not functioned since it came out of the box.Desired SettlementI would like a replacement unit. If the unit is not replaced and can be repaired, I expect a monetary discount equivalent to making the purchase price reflect that of a reconditioned unit which is being sold.Business Response Ferguson Enterprises is not the manufacturer of the [redacted] unit. [redacted] manufactures and warranties their own products. Customer received a new unit out of the box that had an issue. Per [redacted]'s warranty guidelines, service was contacted and sent to customer's house. [redacted] worked with servicer to fix customer's burner issue. At this time, we have not been made aware there is still an issue. [redacted] Appliance Corporation must authorize replacement of the unit per their warranty policy, not Ferguson Enterprises.Consumer Response [redacted] has not dealt with me and does not sell directly to the public. The unit has had two of three parts for each of the four burners required to be covered under warranty. We still have not had the igniters replaced as we were told was necessary by the certified technicians. This truly shows how little Ferguson cares or has followed this issue.
