Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? That is lies I called Saturday morning spoke to [redacted] he was going to give the message to [redacted] the message was my air condition is leaking very close to wiring running down into the floor my floor is full of water and air condition is freezing up and then I'm having to leave and take my children elsewhere because it's getting so hot in my house ? he told me that [redacted] would respond to my message by the end of the day which was o'clock they shut down I had no call back so I called no one would answer my call so I used three other phones my home phone my mothers phone in my sisters phone trying to contact them no one answered me Monday rolls around haven't heard anything from them so I called [redacted] he answered ? [redacted] said he did give the message to [redacted] that he didn't know why he did not respond to me he said hold on and I will transfer you over to [redacted] I heard [redacted] pick up the phone and then just hang up on me so yes I did call back I spoke with a woman and I told her all [redacted] did was just hang up on me I need to speak to somebody that is going to be more concerned of my problem I name is [redacted] she said that she has placed an order for my air-conditioned to get fixed they work from sunup to sundown she wasn't sure when they would get out to me I said that's no problem but I do want to make sure that you guys understand ? there is water dripping by electricity in the air in the air condition is by my children's bedroom she said she understood so ice I asked if I could speak to the owner of the company she gave me the number I called and it's at [redacted] ? A woman answered and said it would be about minutes before he can call me back and it was about minutes he called me back I discuss the problems that I have been having with him from day one and then the problem that I am having now was not just about my air condition it was the customer service and general and how I just got hung up on by [redacted] and he seems to not care that there is water running into my floors [redacted] the owner seemed just as arrogant as the rest of them didn't really care what I had to say didn't listen to what I said because as soon as he started speaking he's he said that we had had our air for two years which I corrected him and then he got smart with me and said that when my husband ? needs to call him when he got off of work because it sounded like it was a maintenance issue and I told him that it's not I had spoke with a contractor and they said that it what it had to be low on Freon but the draining they was not for sure about but he seemed like he didn't care ? I was a woman and I didn't know what I was talking about so he was sure didn't want to talk to me wanted off the phone and yes the air condition man came out later that day but like I said my concern is not only my air being fixed I also have had water leaking into my floor ? for how long we are not for sure but anybody knows where their water is present then there's going to be mold and this is by my children's bedroom so I want this issue to be addressed as well I appreciate the air condition man coming out on Monday and fixing the issue however ? however I spoke to better business as soon as I got off of the phone with [redacted] because I did not like the way I am being treated in for an owner of a company he did not care either how his customers are being treated he treats them just as bad if not worse than his sells members just because I'm a woman does not mean I can't go outside and look to see if something is blocking ? or whatever else my husband could've done ? of course you guys are mad because I this is the only way I seem to be able to get anything done from your company is not my first complaint with your company and I hope it's the last ? but if you guys continue the way that you treat customers that pay their bills pay a lot of money for everything and this is how they're treating ? and it's not even about the money it's been stressful since day one I was pregnant I was promised so much you guys stress to me all through my pregnancy I got to bring my daughter home to our new home but it was delivered only two days before we came to you guys with promises of it being delivered and to weeks and it was delivered weeks after if I would've known this and all The hell that we have been through then I would've went with a different company but I have no way to go back on that decision I just wish I got treated with respect? Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/16) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] VP/General Ma Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @ferrellagain.com This sale had a trade in involved and there were issues with getting the title signed by the customers ex husbandOnce that was resolved we ask that a camper would be moved to get the trade out and after several attempts and weeks we finally did it ourselvesHer delivery date was for September 8th however do to weather and another home that took much longer to swe had to delay the delivery a few daysI called the customer and left her a voicemail to this effectHer mother called and spoke to Mr [redacted] on Wednesday Sept 9th and he stated we would try on Friday weather permitting but if not we would deliver on MondayFriday was forecast for rain so we did not take the home then but delivered as promised on MondayThe home is setup and anchored as of Tuesday Sept15thMr [redacted] has called the mother on Friday 9-11-15, Monday 9-14-15, and twice on Tuesday 9-15-asking her to return his calls and to date she has notWhen Mr [redacted] and the mother spoke last Wednesday 9-9-she was understanding about the weather and such but now seems upset about it even though we followed through just as she and Mr [redacted] discussedWe feel as though this complaint is without merit and should be removed

In response to this complaint I have attached text messages between myself and the concrete contractors wife whom is the contact person for their company I in no way called her grouchy and certainly didn't mean to imply that I emailed the contractor the customer information on September 12th, followed up with them on the 15th, 16th, and again on the 19th as you can see in the attached documents I was simply trying to speed the concrete up and I stated she was pregnant and getting antsy Again, I meant no malaise with this statementThey did pay a large down payment as she stated but did still need some financing We helped them secure financing and they have signed all the closing and tilting documents We are obligated at this point to deliver the home as the signed contracts state I understand her frustration, but her delivery date is this week on Wednesday day, yes it is weather permitting, but not delivering her home does not benefit us in anyway Our hopes are that the weather will cooperate and we can get her home delivered and set-up.My hopes are we can resolve this issue with the delivery

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are not telling the truthThere has never been a meeting, I did not miss any meetingsI turned down the AC unit because it was old and ricketyI was promised when I purchased the mobile home by the salesman that it would be a new AC unit installedI would have purchased a mobile home elsewhere if that wasn't the caseThe salesman should never have promised me this if they were not going to provide it for me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Ferrell Mobile Homes only asked for additional money for the contractors that are providing the slab and block work as they are outside their work radius She did't have anyone else to do this work so the salesman spoke to the contractors and they agreed to travel the additional
distance but wanted extra money to do so They, the customers, agreed to this and we proceeded with helping them secure financing for this home The weather has been one reason for the delay but also the fact that just last week they finally provided the finance company with a voided check for the ACH that they elected to use Without this document the financing was not completed so we couldn't delivery regardless As for the delivery on Oct 11th, I personally spoke to the customer and explained the salesman simply made a mistake He had another delivery going to Illinois the 11th, when he looked at the schedule he picked up on the Illinois part but didn't catch that he was looking at the wrong customer Her delivery date is in fact Oct 19th and I told her that today She asked if we could move it up because she was pregnant I told her all I could promise was the 19th She states the salesman text the concrete contractor and said she was grouchy The salesman does not communicate with the contractor nor even has his number as I am the only one that does I have all emails and text messages to and from the contractor and his wife as proof that nothing like she is saying was said or implied The concrete was poured appx weeks after we were notified that they had the ground ready to comply to the State specifications I understand that she is stressed with the new home and the baby, but we are proceeding with this delivery as promised The salesman misspoke, true enough, but that does not warranty a complaint here and saying that our company has done nothing but lie We are proud of our business and years of serving the area We strive to have every customer 100% satisfied and unfortunately she is not I am sorry for that but we will continue to move forward and do everything possible to provide her a beautiful home for her and her family

We have made appointments to sit down with this customer to discuss this matter but he failed to show up either time. We would still be happy to sit and discuss this. He purchased a mobile home that has been delivered and sper the contract. We sent an AC installer
to his property with the a AC unit but the customer stopped the contractor from installing it. We have offered to sell him a new AC at our cost to try to satisfy him or install the other AC but he has refused either optionWe feel as though we have tried to do everything according to the contract that he signed at the time of the sale and think this matter should be closed

I was very surprised to see this complaint as I just spoke to the customer Sat9-19- He was happy with his home and was finally going to have his skirting installed He told me the man installing it wasn't sure if there was enough but
had not even started the job I told him once he had it installed and if he was short to let me know Now I see he thinks that we did not supply him with skirting but soffit He is mistaken, it is in fact Kingsbury Vinyl skirting directly from our supplier that we have been using for several years (see attached photos) We price our homes to be set on a level spot on a solid slab He was aware of this as the customer signed a site preparation sheet that I have attached He states that the salesman supplied him with directions to pour piers, not true, I have attached the email he received that clearly states the size of the concrete pad as well as the perimeter footer It goes on to explain how the ground needs to slope away from the pad for feet When he called and told us he was ready for delivery our main driver drove to his property to be sure things were done properly as we do with all our deliveries It was then discovered he poured piers vs the solid slab and the site was not level He had signed a document called Delivery Preparation Notice that outlines there would be additional fees if the site was not prepared properly (see attached) The salesman called him and the customer stated he ran out of money and that was the best he could do The salesman reminded him of the additional charge for setting a home on piers on an unlevel spot He again stated he was out of money Mr *** spoke to the customer on the phone and invited him to come in and have a discussion concerning this and to date he has not Regardless, we worked to come up with a resolution to this issue and once we all agreed on the terms the customer signed this agreement He agreed to install the AC and skirting himself with the said items supplied by us, and we would not charge him any additional fees for the setup on unlevel ground and on piers When the home was delivered and setup he signed a survey sheet checking out of spaces that he was satisfied and rated the experience a out of (see attached) He also stated on another sheet for one of our contractors "They were very professional, showed up on time, and completed their job in a timely fashion Were very nice and I am very pleased with their work."(see attached) This customer has even sent a friend over to buy from us! We feel as though this complaint should be closed and is not valid We sympathize with the customer for not having any money, but we have clearly showed, with the documents attached, we followed through with this sale with consideration for his financial issues, with professionalism, and integrity

I am rejecting this response because: It was not juse once we have been lied to we was lied twice about concrete and toons concrete stated *** from ferrell said " to watch out she's pregnant and grouchy" which is unprofessional especially since *** told me that *** lied about concrete man saying there machinery was broke which was why it was taking so long *** told me the day concrete was finished it would be about days to get home n usually takes days for concrete to settle but that's to long the weather has been fine I've checked for cast everyday it's been three weeks as of today the concrete has been layed which yes we did agree to pay extra for concrete and in our contract *** said not to worry about about pipes he put na said we had vip and once concrete men was there we had to get dirt, pipes in a hurry because he lied which I have copy of page if needed, than we got told it would be here weeks ago than last week he called said he was sorry but he promised our day was Oct no ? Asked as long as weather permitted which hasn't rained I woke up to a text from *** stated the crawler was broke and we wouldn't be getting our home til that machinery was fixed so I call and speak to *** and once again *** lied to us starving for 100% of customer satisfaction by constantly lying to customers that payed so much money and promised we would have a house 2-weeks since we purchased a lot model home my problem isn't "being pregnant and grouchy" it's being lied to and we could of had a designed home bought from closer to were we live but we was sold at ferrell on lits biggest mistake I made
