ID of [redacted] was never charged for her order Whereby, it is not possible to her issue a refund for moneys never collected.Her order was place on 6/4/ Unfortunately, the former owners did not get the order information to us in a timely manner and we had to cancel many of the original orders In addition, we did not have control of the email systems and phone numbers until early August.We had the product in stock unfortunately for us we did not have [redacted] ’s order We would have loved to ship her product.However, as mentioned above, her card was authorized but the funds were never collected as indicated in the image below We apologize to this customer for any inconvenience(s) he may have incurred

Our customer service staff left a voice message and emailed the customer with the following information:"Yes, we have been out of the Complete diet but have the [redacted] diet in stockWe would be happy to send the [redacted] which is better and more costlyObviously, we will absorb all additional product and shipping costsPlease let us knowDue to certain internal issues, the ball was dropped on your orderFor this, we apologize and look to correct the matter any way we canAgain, please let us know."Since we did not receive a response, we took it upon ourselves to issue a credit for the product not received plus apportioned shipping cost.We sincerely hope this satisfies this very unfortunate matter Thank youFerret Depot Management

ID of [redacted] His order was place on 8/12/ This was the day we transitioned from the former owners’ web store to our ‘new’ web store Three (3) orders were lost [redacted] ***’s order was among the three We never collected the funds from his credit card because we never shipped his order! Even though, we went above and beyond by shipping his order completely free of charge as our way of showing this customer we care We would have loved to have shipped his product the day he ordered We had plenty of stock and would have rather made a couple dollars rather than lose money However, as mentioned above, his card was authorized but the funds were never collected We believe the existing customers on FerretDepot.com we not accustomed to a two step process We authorize then after we will fill their order we collect or settle the funds We NEVER collected one cent from any customer who did not receive their product We apologize to this customer for any inconvenience(s) he may have incurred

per the customers request, we credited her cc account for the $which is the $plus an additional $5.00, as our way of saying sorry for any inconvenience We've been experiencing family problems which adversely affected our ability to perform customer service during the last days This is behind us now!

We tried to contact buyer on several occasions with no answer Product she ordered was not in stock and the supplier had promised that we would receive it soon and was never delivered The customers credit card was never charged for the product she did not receive We
apologize for the inconvenence But we can not ship what we don't have

In regards to complaint #*** against FERRET DEPOT, I'm writing back to thank you for your help. I just received notification that my order has been mailed. They also sent me a tracking numberSo please drop any action against them. Again thank you very much.Sincerely***

*** is correct. We took her order and never shipped the product. She was issued a full refund; and a letter of apology was sent to her ** address.Our office and home are located in PA; and our warehouse is located in NY. I, personally, have been in FL since March taking care of
my ailing parents. Unfortunately, we have experienced several challenges similar to ***'s situation, in my absence. As a result, we have replaced a warehouse worker and hired an additional service rep.It kills us to see problems like this which could have easily been avoided. And we will be doing everything in our power to prevent these type of situations from ever happening again.Again, our sincere apologies to *** Speal for this unfortunate and preventable situation

We never received the order detail from the previous owners of FerretDepot.com. We can confirm that the customer was never charged for this order. We do show an authorization but the funds were never captured. We would love to assist but have no way of giving the customer a
credit or returning moneys that we never received. Unfortunately, this customer can't even do a charge back with her bank due to the fact that the funds were not collected. We'd be happy to help but there is little that we can do. Our customer service department has been in communication with this customer and attempted to communicate the same information as above

We did as the customer requested and issued a refund for the full amount of $46.97.In addition, we are very sorry this happened and have put placed additional controls so this does not occur again

** ***We are not complete in this matter. The former owners of FD began downsizing this business in Nov and placed their very last supplier order in Feb of 2014. They, in essence, destroyed this business before we could pick it up. This has been going on a long time before we took over this summer. And during the past months of our ownership, we have made GREAT strides in rebuilding this businessAdmittedly, we have a long way to go and we are sorry to lose you as a customer. But rest assured we have always and will continue to do the right things by our customers!!!Which brings me to this final note: We would very much appreciate you coming forward and admitting that you were never charged. This would go a long way in restoring my belief that people can and will admit when they make a mistake. This includes the treatment of our staff. Angry or not, you should not barrage folks in the manner explained to me by our staff. We will not pursue any further action provided you admit to your mistakes.Thank you,FerretDepot
