His order was place on 8/12/2014.  This was the day we transitioned from the
former owners’ web store to our ‘new’ web store.  Three (3) orders were lost.  [redacted]’s order was among the three.
 We never collected the funds from his credit card because we
never shipped his order!
 Even though, we went above and beyond by shipping his order completely free of charge as our way of showing this customer we care.
We
would have loved to have shipped his product the day he ordered.  We had plenty of stock and would have rather
made a couple dollars rather than lose money.
However,
as mentioned above, his card was authorized but the funds were never collected.  We believe the existing customers on
FerretDepot.com we not accustomed to a two step process.  We authorize then after we will fill their
order we collect or settle the funds.  We
NEVER collected one cent from any customer who did not receive their product.

To be clear, their response was inaccurate.  They did not reach out to me at any time.  But if they are not going to charge we, then I accept their response.

I am rejecting this response because:The business is once again not telling the truth, this order was never shipped, never received, and we WERE charged for it! There was no shipping of this order at no charge to keep us happy, nor was there ever any attempt to. We have tried contacting this company on several occations and just get the run around and more excuses. They can provide no proof of any order that was ever shipped yet our bank statement says otherwise. We are very familiar with the "two step process" however in this case it's the company getting the benefit of both steps while the consumer gets nothing.

I placed an order for $111.93 on 05-07-18. The transaction moved from pending to completed on 05-08-18.
Sick Geriatric ferrets still waiting on quality food after 16 days. Vendor has printed a label, but has not shipped package. Both animals are nearly 8 years old, one is very ill, and they are eating poor quality ferret food sold by local pet stores.
I have called the vendor, FERRET DEPOT, 5 times, and every call has gone to voice mail. I have also sent one e-mail message, but have received no response whatsoever from FERRET DEPOT. On another website, the reviews indicate that the business is CLOSED.

However, the tracking # is a USPS tracking number, and when tracked (on USPS), indicates that a label was printed, but the vendor never tendered the corresponding package to the shipping service

Review: I placed an order for pet supplies on-line 5/18/14. I usually receive my orders within a week or so. After a few weeks, and still not receiving my merchandise I placed a call and got a recording saying that they were moving their warehouse and would reopen 5/19/14. I called a couple of more times and got the same recording, never receiving a call back. I checked my bank account and saw that I had been charged $41.47 on 6/8/14. I emailed their customer service and explained that I was still waiting for my merchandise. I received no response. I called the 800 number again and the message was an apology for not getting the orders out on time. I left a message with no response again but did receive a part of my order and a packing slip that had the items listed with 2 of the items noted as zero shipped. I called again and received the apology recording again. Left a message but again received no response. I called again and left another message stating I still have not received my merchandise and that I wanted to be reimbursed for the items that were not sent. I've since purchased them elsewhere since it was pet food for exotic pets and they would have died by now waiting for food. I called for the last time on 7/17/14 and left a message that if I did not hear from someone to resolve this issue that I would report them to the Revdex.com. I did not get a reply and I checked my account and I have not received a refund. The merchandise not received is #[redacted] Grain Free Ferret Diet for $14.99 and #[redacted] silent spinner-Large for $17.49 and a prorated shipping charge since the shipping weight would have been 5 pounds less.

Review: I ordered online from www.ferretdepot.com back on 5/17/14 and have yet to receive my shipment. The first red flag was when my confirmation email was totaled at $4,729.38. The correct amount was at $50.52 which I was later charged. Upon never receiving a shipment confirmation I called the customer service line 4 times, only to get a voicemail, which stated that they were moving warehouses and would return the call as soon as possible. I left voicemails asking to have my call returned and I left my phone number with them. 2 months of waiting with none of my products being received I called again and again with no response. We recently sent them an email, to which they replied saying they would call us, and that never happened. So overall, we were charged for the products that totaled $50.52, and never got those products.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back, so I never have to deal with www.ferretdepot.com again.

We never received the order detail from the previous owners of FerretDepot.com. We can confirm that the customer was never charged for this order. We do show an authorization but the funds were never captured. We would love to assist but have no way of giving the customer a credit or returning moneys that we never received. Unfortunately, this customer can't even do a charge back with her bank due to the fact that the funds were not collected. We'd be happy to help but there is little that we can do. Our customer service department has been in communication with this customer and attempted to communicate the same information as above.

Review: I ordered from ferretdepot.com on May 30th, 2014, order number [redacted]. At this time my account was charged $100.78, this amount was refunded the next day. Upon logging into ferretdepot.com my order is listed as pending. I have sent several emails to their stated email address for customer service, [email protected]. In addition, I have made almost daily attempts at contacting them through their customer service number ###-###-#### during their posted hours and also during their non business hours. On July 29th, 2014 they charged my account $58.12. Now over 2 months later they are taking my money and I have still received no response from them via any form of communication email, phone, and facebook, I also have not received one single item from this order.

I ordered a [redacted]-My First Home Multi Floor ferret cage (code [redacted]) from Ferret Depot on 0/04/14 @3:18:38 EDT. Order # [redacted]. This was purchased through their website www.ferretdepot.com. The item was $103.99 + 22.12 for shipping for a total of 126.11. That amount was withdrawn from my bank account on 06/09/14. I have called their customer support several times and e-mailed their admin to find out where my order is, or to get my money back. The phone number ###-###-#### goes to an automated message saying they are behind on their shipping and they will get the orders out as soon as possible, but no one from the company has returned any of my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the item I purchased and the shipping amount. $126.11
