We hope to review this matter with them at that time.If Ms. [redacted]' income is low enough under federal standards, the garnishment will not be processed to withhold income. The formula for this threshold is spelled out on the Order, and it is what we will discuss with the employer on Friday. Yes, we did talked and I agree with the terms of the repaying of the loan, which I stated that I had no problem with. But what I'm not happy with if I answer the notice within the time given, and agree to pay on a timing fashion , I just don't understand the 'WHY" are my wages still getting garnished and explaining , my hardship of coming out of a shelter into my apartment after my illness - if my wages do get garnished I will not make ends meet at home !

[I am in fact serious about settling the matter. Based on the tactics F H Cann have employed thus far, I am uncomfortable divulging any additional personal information to this company to do with as they will, which will be to their advantage and to my detriment. There demand for rent, cable, social security numbers, phone bills etc, etc is a guise to further manipulate and take advantage of the current situation. From the 15% garnishment, they already have knowledge of my annual income. The point they are missing is that it is to their advantage that I make this settlement and that they get a one time payment up front. I need it settled but the only information needed is at most a tax return]
