I understand this isn't a lot of money but if you do this to hundreds of people it adds up to quite a large sum. I see this as floating short term sums of money to benefit the business at the consumers expense. I feel when the money is taken from one account it should be available in the other account that same day as to the financial system taking the money knows the funds have cleared. She said yes took the info for transfers to *** *** for $*** plus $** fee total $*** chargeAlso $*** to *** ** *** x*** for $*** plus $*** fees total charge $*** had to get supervisor to process it since was over $***Waited on hold almost an hour then said supervisor would call me*** *** called few hours later I went over info with her again and told her *** said she also emailed her the amounts/account info*** *** said would take 7-bus days but is usually quicker.On Dec my card was declined when grocery shopping and I was surprisedCalled the 5/auto line said my credit was -$**, which was impossible since my credit line was $***I feared my number had been stolen called the stolen card line spoke with Heidi*** amount came up as $***, rather than $***She said was keyed in as a bank error and Supervisor *** would rectify and call me backI did not hear from ***.I called back after the weekend was told by ?that needed to get the money back from *** since they already accepted it*** said needs to be done by 5/since was their errorI agree with ***!12/spoke with Supervisor at 5/ThomasSaid would not credit the $*** back to my account but would waive the transfer fees totaling $***5/bank make an error and authorized *** instead of *** to ***I DO NOT HAVE $*** EXTRA DOLLARS THIS WAS 5/ERROR!!! Hello, I indicated 5/3's response to my complaint was rejectedThe reason for this is that frankly I found their response to be insultingThey insinuated that I was lying or somehow over reactingTheir letter stated that I used my "debit card" on the ninth, and that is at best, a half truthI did try to use it at an ATM because the customer service person I spoke to told me I could use it, even though it was expiredThe ATM kept that card because it was expired, stating security reasonsThe fact is I did not have access to my account until the 19th!!! Ten days shy of an entire monthThey don't seem to care that I was lied to by at least different employees and severely inconveniencedI had several auto debits that did not go through that month, as well as having to use credit cards for food and gasTheir response was a big "So what"....and that is unacceptableThey need to be held accountable for this. Why was the title commitment not requested from me when my lien release request was denied? This delayed the process by almost one month and several phone calls to Fifth Third Bank, only one customer service rep knew why the lien release request was deniedI want to give a big thank you to *** who gave me the needed info to keep the process rollingI had no idea where or how to get the title commitment and had to call the refinancing bank to get that needed infoI am upset that you refer to this as one situation when it was two months of situations. I am happy to have this resolved and the closing did take place almost two months from the closing of the accountThere is no way to put a value on the stress that this caused not only me but the loan officer at the refinancing bank, *** at the title company and the county register of deeds who all had to keep on top of this for so longMy only suggestion is that you train your customer service reps to handle all aspects of any given situation and to make sure they don't get belligerent when a customer gets upset when the only way to get help (account security questions) is to have the original date of the loan on handThat was 9 years ago, why would I have that info in front of meI was told by the rep to find the info and call backI asked him to ask me any other security questions that I was sure I could answer and I was told if I don't have the original date he can't help meI hung up frustrated!

Let me first acknowledge the poor record keeping that this financial institution continuesOn numerous occasions, I have provided them with my address (where I have been residing for over five years) and yet, they continue to send documentation to the address of the person who was in possession of the vehicle Let it also be known that the bank was clearly aware of my correct address when they sent me the new payment booklets which reached my house but I have yet to receive or view the denial letter that they are claiming to have sent It probably went to the address where I NEVER lived.Additionally, in reviewing the past two correspondents from the bank, please note the many apologies that have been offered without any solid responses to the questions that I previously posed Yet have I received a clear answer to allowing a third party to use the vehicle for trade or have they responded to the offer to close the loan for the Blue Book value of the car which was suggested in back in October Understanding that the offer was still available which is significantly lower than the loan, it was recommended by another financial institution that it may be in the best interest for the bank to settle at the current value, which the difference was going to be provided to close out this matter It would be useless to provide an offer in writing that would not seriously be considered by the bank Due to the lack of response from the bank due to their incorrect account updates, I continuously endure this financial interruption.As I previously mentioned, I have been trying to settle this matter for months As a working member of society that independently survives, this matter is truly becoming overwhelming frustrating Again, I hope that this matter can be closed out in a manner that both parties can respect
