Review: I got their service for the 69 dollar trademark filing. 3-5 days processing and it took 6 days because I sent an email asking what was going on. Some of my trademark intentions were completely ignored. I am repeatedly asking for a refund and I am being ignored. No one is responding to my emails and its been over 2 weeks without any results. I just want a refund and they can't even get that done.Desired Settlement: I just want my money refunded. Really disappointed in this service.

Paid $69 for Standard Package which their website claims has an average of a 3-5 Business Day processing time. I contacted them 3 times twice via email and twice via phone. I did not receive any response.

Review: I used this service to file a trademark for my business. The website stated that requests would take 3-5 business days to submit and process. After 5 business days of not hearing anything about the status of my order I called the company….7 times over the course of 3 hours and they did not answer the phone once. I then went to their website to use their chat function to speak with them. After entering my question in the chat area I got a response 30 minutes later telling me that I would get a status update later that day….I didn’t.

Two days later I finally got an email requesting for me to confirm my information, Some of the information was incorrect so I immediately sent them a correction. It has been 4 business days since and I have not since heard back from the company. I have sent numerous emails, chats and phone calls over the course of this time and have not gotten ANY type of response or confirmation that the job has been completed.

The service was marketed as being done within 3-5 business days…it has now been 10 business days since I paid and submitted my initial service request.

I’m not sure if this an actual company or a single guy trying to keep up with demand…but this service is absolutely unacceptable. I would have rather talked to someone before submitting this complaint…but they do not respond to any form of contact.

I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone who expects jobs to be finished in a timely mannerDesired Settlement: I honestly would just like the job that I have already paid for to be complete. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to beg for this.

The business did finally file my trademark...however they did not do it in the time they stated. Attached is an email that they sent to me that clearly states that the job would be processed between 3-5 business days. Not 5-10 as they mentioned in their response.

Would not suggest using Legal Sherpa! They will not reply to e-mails or return phone calls. Customer service is non existent.
