Finance Solutions has been a great help to me At a time that I was feeling hopeless they offered me a solution that enables me to pay my debts, but in a manner that I can manage without filing bankruptcy

I called these people back on Wednesday December [redacted] after speaking to Gus G [redacted] who promised to return my call between 5:& p.m.that dayI've called twice in the past days and only got voice mailWhen I called today the message said his mailbox is fullWhy tell a person you're going to call them back & you won't even answer your phone when a client calls you? Are these people for real?

Financial Consultant Rachel W [redacted] has been top notch in the handling of all aspects of my recent financial issues My initial phone call was made with a lot of disbelief in the accreditation of Finance Solutions After speaking with Rachel and giving her every scenario against the sincerity of loyalty to customers once they sign, my apprehension was almost gone This past week I had a situation that was handled after the holiday, within 24hrs by her I can say that her professionalism has definitely made this hard financial crisis easier for me to accept knowing I'm in good hands

My interaction with Finance Solutions has been smooth sailingThey have been clear, concise, and available for my questions along the way

We have searched our entire database by first name, last name, address, phone number, email and can not locate this consumer anywhere in our systemWe think maybe the consumer was trying to locate another company

So far so good, no hidden fees, Financial Solutions will get paid, very clear, however they do provide representation on many matters related to the program, hopefully it will go smoothlyAs far as the phone work & email not bad at all! Signing was a breeze, because I had plenty of time to review DOCs

Although my personal principals screamed against any kind of wrong doing, I am weak and got myself into a huge, whomping, financial bind, for which I am truly sorry! On 4/**/one of our Supervisors was finally able to connect with *** ***. We apologized for the service he received from our financial consultant and we assured him that that individual has received disciplinary action and training to assure this would not happen again. Our
supervisor explained that *** ***'s social security number was obtained from the soft credit pull he had authorized. Additionally we explained that Anchor Law Firm is one of the partners we work with to refer clients to as we are a financial consulting company. We informed *** *** that both Anchor Law Firm and Finance Solutions had destroyed all of his personal information per his request. We are sorry again for any inconvenience this caused him and wish him the best of luck with his financial situation. *** *** thanked us for clearing things up and agreed that he now considers this matter rectified and closed

Although they partially resolved one of my complaints regarding my social security number being used without my consent, they still didn't address their misleading advertisement They advertise their service as a debt consolidation agency, meaning that they should offer a loan to pay off your credit cards debt, but they offer defaulting the obligations with the banks, pay them a hefty amount on attorney's fee to settle the debt with the banks and damage your credit score Well, anyone can do those things without paying this business for the attorney's fee, that's why they are called unsecured debts, the banks at the end will sell the debt to a debt collector and settle for a lesser amount That wasn't my intention I wanted to consolidate my debts and meet my financial obligations I went with another company and did so
