Our financial consultant MrJoel S*** did first speak to *** *** on 12/**/midday. MrS*** did reach out again on the *** at 5:18pm but was unsuccessful in reaching *** *** and left a voicemail. Unfortunately MrS*** was then out on holiday for a few days. We
apologize for any inconvenience this caused *** ***. On Monday January ***, we began reaching out to *** *** a few times each day until we ultimately connected with him Wednesday January ***. At that time, *** *** spoke at length with one of our financial consultants again. Therefore, we now consider this matter resolved. Thank you

On Friday 2/*/17, we were made aware of [redacted]'s desire to cancel.  Unfortunately his initial payment was already processing at that time and we could not stop it.  We had to wait for it to clear before we could then process the refund.  His refund is being processed today...

Tuesday 2/*/17.  We are sorry if this matter caused [redacted] any inconvenience.  We now consider this matter closed and resolved.  Thank you.

We have searched our entire database by first name, last name, address, phone number, email and can not locate this consumer anywhere in our system. We think maybe the consumer was trying to locate another company.

I gave my personal information to this company, in order for some assistance with debt consolidation. I was then contacted by several different people from the same company, and had my credit report pulled by them without permission. This place seems like a scam, with a lot of unprofessional representatives.

Excellent company to work with. Attentive, knowledgeable and prompt to answer any questions or concerns a person may have.

Financial Consultant Rachel W[redacted] has been top notch in the handling of all aspects of my recent financial issues. My initial phone call was made with a lot of disbelief in the accreditation of Finance Solutions. After speaking with Rachel and giving her every scenario against the sincerity of loyalty to customers once they sign, my apprehension was almost gone. This past week I had a situation that was handled after the holiday, within 24hrs by her. I can say that her professionalism has definitely made this hard financial crisis easier for me to accept knowing I'm in good hands.

So far so good, no hidden fees, Financial Solutions will get paid, very clear, however they do provide representation on many matters related to the program, hopefully it will go smoothly. As far as the phone work & email not bad at all! Signing was a breeze, because I had plenty of time to review DOCs.

I called these people back on Wednesday December [redacted] after speaking to Gus G[redacted] who promised to return my call between 5:30 & 6 p.m.that day. I've called twice in the past 2 days and only got voice mail. When I called today the message said his mailbox is full. Why tell a person you're going to call them back & you won't even answer your phone when a client calls you? Are these people for real?

Finance Solutions has been a great help to me. At a time that I was feeling hopeless they offered me a solution that enables me to pay my debts, but in a manner that I can manage without filing bankruptcy.

I want to extend further thanks to [redacted]. The young man was the upmost proffesionalism manner that made a big part of my decision to use one of Financial Solutions programs. I liked his knowledge patients in understanding my situation.

We adhere to strict marketing guidelines and all marketing materials that Finance Solutions uses are fully compliant.  The marketing materials are clear that not all people will qualify for the offer.  While we are sorry the client was not satisfied, we are happy that he could secure alternative financing to help him reach his goals. Not until I received an advertisement from this company offering a helping hand, could I begin to face what had happened. After speaking with a very caring and compassionate representative, Phil S[redacted] and understanding the full scope of the solution, I signed up. Starting over is no picnic, but this company gave me a second chance for which I am very, very grateful.
