[redacted] was given many options to buy or lease a vehicle from Napoli The salesperson and the sales manager both tried to explain the different options available to him The components of the transaction dictated the terms and the numbers He had a trade with a sizable payoff There was no cash being offered by the customer and the vehicle he chose had numerous options The advertisement, which is being referenced, doesn't fit the criteria that the customer presented [redacted] was in our dealership over a month ago If he would like, Napoli can revisit his situation and try to accommodate him to the best of our abilities

As for the top, on our inspection of the car the top was in working conditionunfortunately thing do breakThe parts are installed in the car and we sent it to [redacted] to program the topCar should be ready by tomorrow, 3/10/we do apologize for the delay the parts had to be ordered

Per the contract each homeowner signs when closing on their home, each home comes with a 1-Year Limited Builders Warranty and a 10-Year Structural Warranty through a third party companyEach homeowner also receives a Homeowner's Manual that outlines the Warranty Guidelines along with Homeowner Maintenance GuidelinesHomeowner Maintenance is very importantUnfortunately, because this home falls outside of the 1-Year Limited Builders Warranty and also the 10- Year Structural Warranty, we are unable to process the Homeowner's claim

We are currently in contact with the purchaser to resolve this issue

We checked the vehicle over for the customerTheir were very obvious signs that some thing impacted the exhaust (after) they purchased the vehicleBecause of the recent purchase we are willing to help the customer out and do the repair at cost

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] told us the base price for houses in that neighborhood (cottages at southlake) was in the 150's, when the sign right outside said starting in the 120's When asked about the sign he said it was just old On the Braselton homes website, under cottages at southlake, it has recently been changed in ONE place to say 150's where the bottom still says that the homes start at $120, So even disregarding the third party websites, Braselton Homes is still advertising prices that they don't honor Regards, [redacted]

ready for me to drive off the lot on the day that I signed the contractThe finance manager, who I feel is held fully responsible, should have either offered me a test drive OR inform me and/or his sales associate *** that there was a problem with the car BEFORE I signed the contractI have other priorities to deal with in my personal life and I do not appreciate this delayOn top of that, I had to put more expenses into my old vehicle in the past few days when I could have been putting that money into my new carThis coming Monday (03/09/15) will have made it weeks since I signed the contract and yet to have my car in my possessionI would like to be compensated in some capacity for this delay or I demand to have my refund given to me AND my contract voided immediatelyIf neither one can be given or if nothing can be negotiated, then I will take the necessary legal actions against the company.Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I understand that Trulia and Zillow are third party websites but they get their prices from Braselton realtors There are new houses coming up daily with prices that Braselton doesn't honor Until that is fixed, I feel Braselton should be required to honor those prices.

The different components of *** *** situation are unique. There are many different variables that make up a transaction. The value of a trade at another dealership or buying service dose not make it a common value. There is no way for any dealership to promote or advertise a lease or purchase that is specific for all situations. The payment of $97/month is a realistic monthly payment. To achieve that payment, it requires consumers to have considerable trade equity or down payment. I would be happy to explain the transaction details unique to him at any time. Napoli will be totally transparent and in no way tries to hide any details. Please let me know if we can help

Per Chapter in the Braselton Homes Homeowners Manual, on page 10.16, the tile flooring concerns the homeowners has submitted have been reviewed and marked outside the scope of warrantyEach homeowner is provided with a copy of this manual at contractAfter reviewing our records the homeowner
signed off on the completion of his home on August 5, At this time the homeowner was able to document any concerns they may have had with the tile flooring, however no items are listedAfter an inspection of the tile flooring with MrSamford and the use of the homeowners closing paper work along with Chapter of the Braselton Homes Homeowners Manual, per our contract with the homeowner these items were marked non-warrantable

The exact date of my visit to this dealership was July 16th at 1:30pm.My car had $in equity as a trade-inThis is a verifiable figure thanks to a standing, written offer from CarMax.Regulation Z clearly stipulates that any advertisement that involves a monthly payment must also include the affiliated finance charges and terms of the loan, including amortization schedule and interest rateNone of these were includedTherefore, the ad is in violation of federal regulations.
