Never have I experienced such blatant disrespect for customers in my life. I ordered an elliptical online from this company and there only shipping option was UPS and it was 80 dollars( which is completely fine). when it came in though however it was in the back of a pickup truck, when I called to ask who there shipper was they said they use whatever way is cheapest. so they *** threw it in a truck n sent it for probably less then 20 dollars. when I asked for a refund for the service I paid for but didn't receive, I was hung up on. you don't pay for food you don't eat or a plumber you don't use right? *** I will never ever be ordering from this place again and i'm surprised they are still in business with service like they do. had to let others know of my experience before they waste money here.
