I have always loved this company and have enjoyed my jewelry from here. They went out of their way to find a replacement for my earring I lost. It was over 6 years old and instead of any trouble, they said we got this. It's silly but those earrings were a representation of my independence, and I was devastated to lose one.

The ring I purchased is a replacement from a ring that I originally bought from Moissaniteco in 2011. I have been very pleased with the customer service and absolutely thrilled with the product both times. My new ring is very beautiful, and the stone (Moissaniteco brand, emerald cut) is almost too beautiful.

Also, I ordered from Canada and it was no hassle at all. I only had to pay a small amount for custom fees (around 30$ or so) upon delivery.

I like the engagement portion of my ring - it is beautiful. The stone has nice sparkle. When I hold it side by side to my diamonds, it is hard (but not impossible) to tell the difference. Since that was the main part of my purchase I am overall very happy. I get lots of compliments. I do wish it felt heavier in my hand - as my original wedding band (with a small but real diamond) did. The matching band, however, falls short and I would not recommend a thin band purchase. The band is a very thin band, which I wanted, but it is not crafted evenly around the entire circumference. It has a very slight "kink" appearance. I would have sent it back but it took forever to get and frankly it seemed like a pain to do it. As a result of this issue, one of the tiny diamonds has already gone missing at the site of the kink. The rings together are also pretty light weight, which is weird for platinum. I plan to purchase a new band elsewhere.

I got my engagement ring from moissaniteco.com. It required many resizings. The process from start to finish was very easy and the staff was always very helpful. From the start, someone helped me pick out the perfect ring for my now-finacee. They did not try to upsell me. In fact, I wanted a larger stone and they told me it would be too large for her small finger size. After we received the ring, we realized it was a bit too small. We had to send it back. The turn-around time on the resizing and shipping was painless and not too expensive, even with the USPS insurance. We had to do it twice because we thought we knew better than the local jeweler and ordered a size slightly larger than he suggested. The final ring fits her perfectly, it looks amazing, and we love it. I would be a repeat customer, but not for another engagement ring.

I am a repeat customer with this being my fourth purchase. I am very happy with my anniversary band. It is exactly what I had hoped for with beautiful matching stones. I will continue to be a repeat customer of Firecut, LLC.

I ordered a 5 stone (2.5ct) mens ring, and absolutely love it. there is more shine/reflection/sparkle than with diamonds, which I shopped for quite a bit before deciding to go with MoissaniteCo. I feel like Moissanite in general is a better option than diamonds, since there are too many horror stories about "blood diamonds". The price is also much lower than traditional diamonds so it seemed like a no-brainer considering the product looks BETTER than diamonds.

I did contact customer service a couple of times prior to my purchase, trying to get larger stones, and they worked with me (for free!) to consult as to why I should not go bigger due to how the design would be, and talked me out of a more expensive product so that I would be happier with the purchase, which I was!

I would absolutely purchase from MoissaniteCo again in the future, and would recommend them to my family.

I placed an order for a custom designed engagement ring and matching wedding band. Based on pictures I had taken of several rings I had seen in stores in addition to pictures of several other rings from their website and others, they rendered several CAD drawings ultimately including everything I wanted down to the smallest of details. The resulting ring set was absolutely stunning and my fianceé was beyond overjoyed to receive it. I would highly recommend MoissaniteCo.com for anyone wanting a beautiful ring at a great price with fantastic customer service both during and after the sale.

I had the complete opposite experience as Catherine I. I received answers to all my questions from two very friendly associates and the replies were very fast. The quality of the rings I purchased are excellent. No one has been able to tell the difference between the moissanite and a real diamond. Myself and my fiance are more than happy with the purchase. I know that not everyone has the same shopping experiences no matter what establishment you're buying something from, but I only have good things to say about this merchant. 5 stars.
