The company has also agreed to reimburse us for the $320 that we had to spend to hire a third party to come out and correct the issue. They have since followed up and been out to the house several times to check on us and make sure everything is working alright. :-)This issue is now closed and has been resolved, but there's nowhere to state that online.Thanks!
