Again! The listing says "open box" not "used". The item I got is clearly used with scratches all over the screen. I certainly would not pay that much $ for the piece of crap I got. The item was not even shipped from you. It was sent from an eBay seller who has nothing to do with your business. Customer ordered open box item. decided they wanted to upgrade to sealed package, sent back item (we made an exception on the return for this ) paid the difference. needed the new parcel faster then it could be shipped. order was canceled. customer opened a dispute in [redacted] both payments...
