This is the package received in the mail last Thursday. I don't understand how that is a resolution. They were going to notify me of A decision by the return department within 24-48 hours of jazz Thursday but I still have not heard

As of today, April **, only 1 of the 2 ordered items has arrived: 1 Fitbit Charge HR - Heart Rate Activity Wristband / (Black) Large.  
I have not received the 1 Fitbit Charge HR - Heart Rate Activity Wristband / (Black) Small, for which I was also charged on March **.
In addition, the receipt provided in the package provides inaccurate information about the amount charged.  While the original confirmation (please see attached .pdf) stated the item cost was $121.90, the receipt in the package says $86.00 (please see attached photo).    
I believe company is engaging in unethical business practices.  They need to be investigated.  I have attached some .pdf copies of email interactions with the company.

The refund was issued. we shipped the exact order the customer purchased. customer decided they did not want to keep the item because the ordered themselves the wrong size. We do not accept returns on orders for this reason but we made an exception. Customer was refunded on 5/**/16 - refunds process within 5-7 business days. this transaction is closed. the customer needs to contact their card holder and provide them with the refund confirmation number [redacted]

This order was not $144 - this customer is sending an inaccurate order and price. we have attached the receipt. the order has been refunded. we have already responded to this customer several times.

I just contacted my bank again to see if they saw any credit pending yet, and, once again, the answer was no. I don't know why FireWire Electronics sent me that confirmation code, there's no use for it. They never refunded my money. To me it looks like I wont even be getting the money back at all. So all I'd like to say is this: FIREWIRE ELECTRONICS IS A SCAM. THEY WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU BUY CERTAIN PRODUCTS FROM THEM. READ THROUGH THE WEBSITES REFUND POLICY PAGE CAREFULLY, BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T, SAY BYE-BYE TO YOUR MONEY.

FWE continue to give false information, saying they refunded the $114.05 and I assure you, they have Not. I check my account at least three times per day in hopes that it will be there. I called [redacted] and confirmed it has not been credited.
