PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BS CREDIT REBUILDING MAH AS SCAM CREDIT CARD! First before they approve and open your account, you will have to pay a mandatory $95 program fee. Then on top of that, you will have to pay another mandatory annual fee which is automatically deducted from your available credit balance. Now, I've used this BS card when I checked in at the hotel for incidentals, deposit of $100. Now, a week after I've checked out from the hotel, they still haven't released the fund, pointing the blame on to the hotel where I checked in, where in fact, I called the hotel the very next day to request for the authorization for the incidentals during my checked in to be released and the manager at the hotel guaranteed me that she will fax the credit card company the actual bill from the hotel which is $0. The hotel did released the funds on their end, in fact I was able to make a couple small purchases before this bogus credit card company placed another hold on my available funds saying it won't be released until additional 7 more days. You do the math. WTF!?! Who would buy that? After paying all those High fees so you can have a credit card, they would restrict you from accessing your available balance!?! I'm paying off and closing my account before 30 days the acct is opened and I demanded a full refund of the program fee and the annual fee plus interest as well fockers.

they have already taken a bunch of money from me, and now they want me to fork over more when they did not do what they promised to do They charged me the $ [redacted] processing fee, then attached the $ [redacted] to my account, which I paid almost immediatelythey sent me a confirmation email,the funds were taken from my account, yet they would not post it to reflect on my available creditWhen I tried to email themI got a reply that they could not send sensitive information over email(which I totally understand)it also told me to log in to my accountThere was no message there, or any kind of support.I did inquire about how I could go about closing my account if I couldn't get support or payments creditedThey closed my account suddenly, and then claimed I requested itNow they want me to pay the entire annual fee(the account was open 2-weeks) and they are threatening to report me to the credit bureaus

The problem I'm having is that I been charged a late fee on my account when the payment is not late I have been charged late fee on my account since [redacted] when the payment wasn't late and or when the agent tell me what is needed on the accountI have call in several time to get my late fee waived and discuss why it keep happening.I understand this card is given to people with bad credit, but I do understand how I been charged I know this has been reported to the credit bureau and I need it to be corrected as well cause it was incorrect

Poor customer service, they dont respond to emails, they also are violating the cardholder agreement I have contacted regarding both my cc accounts with First Access [redacted] and [redacted] , I have emailed and telephone them to let them know that they are not reporting my payments to TRANSUNION, they are behind on my credit report months, ALL PAYMENTS have been made on time thru [redacted] , the last update to my credit report shows the last payment made in [redacted] and my other card [redacted] , they have failed to report my payments and this has hurt my credit score considerably They know how to charge outrageous annual fee and monthly service fee, however they fail to comply in reporting my payments

Frau was committed on my card and they refuse to help resolve it and have actually charged me fees over it On [redacted] my card umber was stolen an someone attempted to use it on their [redacted] account for $*** I realize this when I received my statement on [redacted] as I never use the card I called first access an they told me they would not dispute the charge and that I had to call [redacted] and get them to figure it out I called [redacted] and they found the account that had stolen my number, flagged it and issued a refund to my card A couple of weeks later I get a new statement from First Access that shows I still owe the $ [redacted] fraud charge and that they have added a late fee of $*** I call again and they explain that [redacted] didn't issue a refund and that it would have gone through even though they changed my card number And that I needed to pay the fraudulent charges along with their fee that they knew was o fraud charges or they would report me to the credit bureaus I call ***

I cancelled a credit card which was never received by me and asked for my $ [redacted] processing fee backThey told me it would take - daysNot received I purchased a credit card with an $ [redacted] processing fee I paid the fee but never received a credit card from them After over phone calls, they never fixed my address properly in their computers and I was forced to cancel my card based on the lack of proper response to my personal complaints I asked them to redeposit my $ [redacted] fee to my debit card, which when I paid they took immediately from my account, but when I asked for redeposit they told me - business days When I called after the day deadline, they changed their story and told me it would take up to days for them to refund my money I told them this was unacceptable based that any refund back from a debit card takes at most business days

Fraudulent charge on my credit card and now the credit card company doesn't want to do anything and I've done everything they have asked I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card back in [redacted] As soon as I got my statement and noticed it I called the credit card company and had a new card issued and file a dispute I was told they would send me paperwork via USPS mail J J waited and waited nothing came, called again to find out how much longer it would be for the paperwork They said they sent it out again I received an affidavit to fill out and get notarized I did that and sent it back I received a letter today stating because the credit card company took too long they can't assist with the dispute I'm asking to have the dispute resolved and people addressed within the company that didn't do their job We are talking almost $ [redacted] on a fraudulent transaction

Cardholder will not return my processing fee after saying they would Applied for this card and paid the processing feeReceived my card in the mail and soon after a bill with a balance dueI decided this card was not for me due to the high feesCalled the company to ask that my account be cancelled and my processing fee returnedThey approved it and I never heard anything or was sent anything from them to confirm thisCalled again to get my fee returned as I had not used the card or paid anything on it (per their agreement to get a refund)I am still waiting for this fee to be returned per the agreement

I reported my creadit card lost on [redacted] , to first access creadit card company And was told I would receive my new card within bussiness days, since then I have paid my bill through they phone service, I never been late and another payment is almost due , and I still haven't got my new card, I cant access my account or aanything, my new bill will have intrest charges, that I would like to pay before the billing due date.my intrest rates is ***%

first access needs to change there procedure about applying refunds and retrain some of there reps when a customer is really in need of their help we normally use our card just for rental car purposes/ [redacted] we rented from [redacted] and returned the car [redacted] .. [redacted] billed us 2x for the amount of [redacted] after speaking to [redacted] they attempted to resolved the issue and we called first access [redacted] about the over charge and [redacted] advised first access they was trying to clear this up as soon as possible and we were told at the time even by them releasing the hold it would still take first access 9 business days for the hold to fall off still then we asked the rep to spk with a supervisor and the supervisor then advise she will send a expedited form for them to find to faxed info but it can still take 3-5 business days..on [redacted] I called the card company still nothing [redacted] still say they trying to locate it..I sent email to [redacted] corporate and got a call back with a very
