Revdex.com: I am not accepting the business response, because it shows in the system when the last time I have calledAnd first Loan Associates have a log of who I speak with and what the conversation is aboutBecause if not, then why would the rep that I have talked too in Decmeber, would state to me that it showed in the system that I have called in Novemeber about the conversation of the current amount, so why do I need to provide the information to them, The company is only making it harder for me to to resolved this issue. I was looking for a supervisor to call me, not the questions forward to me to answer like, Who did I talk to, what's is their name, and when did the incident happenI have been misinformed, I am requesting the phone record from my company, to see when did I actually spoke with the repBut First loan has all of this.Thank You*** ***

I went to ITT Tech and had to get private loansBeing my fault and not looking closely at the contracts I signed up for loans with First Associate Loan Servicing LLC a.k.a Peak LoansSince ITT is a, for profit school and my year degree as cost me $100,half of those loans are with Peak Loans
I am working full time but I still can’t afford to pay the private loans through Peak LoansI have called them to try and get the payments consolidated into one loan they denied me saying that they do not consolidate any of their loansSo I took there forbearance that they offered which was only for monthsAfter the forbearance the only option I had was a lower payment but if I did this the representative told me it will double my payment once the program was done
Being that all the Peaks Loans payments combine are over $I just couldn’t afford thatI still have living expenses and my federal student loans I have to pay
I have tried to get other companies to take over the loan but the amount is too much and I don’t have enough assets to support that amount of loanOne of the worst issues for these loans are my interest rates range from 16% to 20% so every payment I make even when it is more than the minimum amount pays for mostly interest and very little on the principle
The last complaint I have with them is I have been paying late on the loans the past few months by a few weeksThese are the only loans I have payed late on and Peak Loans put such large negative marks on my credit score it took it from a to
This company only cares about their money and don’t care about the people they are affectingI have a good paying job and I still live pay check to pay check with no thrills or extra expenses

I agreed to a student loan with 11% interest over a twelve month termThe issue arose in regards to my payments as they repeatedly take out double payments and failed to cancel my auto payment after receiving notice that I hadn't had the proper funds availableSo currently, I'm over $overdrawn and was subjected to two $overdraft feesSo not only have they taken payments in months but they've also effectively increased my amount of overall debt by over drafting my account multiple timesPlease, by no means, should you inquire about or enter into an agreement with this company, for it exhibits poor business practices and fails to attend to the needs of their consumers

I had a school loan with this place. I paid off my loan in January of 2016. I had it set up so that every 15th of the month, they would deduct the payment of $182.00. on Feb. 15th, 2016, they took out $182.00 from my checking account! I called and spoke with 3 separate people during a week span, all assuring me I will be refunded and that my account will be un-linked from my debit card. on March 15th, 2016, I checked my checking account AND again his place took another $182.00! I spoke with 3 people on that day, also twitter DM, and email..again I still wasn't refunded for my Feb. $182.00! a man assured me that would be refunded within 3-6 business days, and that they put a "stop" on the pending charge for March. on March 16th, I checked my checking account AND IT WENT THROUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so I was lied to again! I once again emailed the person I was directed to and was told " I cant access your account, ill forward it to the manager"...this place is an absolute [redacted] show! I wouldn't recommend this loan service to my worst enemy!

They are a bunch of Scam artist. They took over a Scamming companies accounts out of New York called Condor Capital. The transition took place in September 21, 2015. When they first incepted my account I informed them it was wrong via email, because I had no company name or phone number. On October 6, 2015, I come out to my car not being there. They never contacted me regarding my issue via phone, email, mail. I finally was able to obtain a phone number and when I got ahold of them they identified themselves first associates. At that point they told me I had not made any payments on my vehicle in 4 months. I've supplied them with bank statements showing my payments that were taken out, I faxed them, they conveniently lost them, I emailed them again, no response from them, I've even sent them certified. When this mess started, they said I owed $1047...now keep in mind my payment is 279 a month (4 months =) then the second time I talked to them a day later my balance was $1533, then the third day they say I owed $1847. with all of this, they emailed me telling me they credited my account for unnecessary late charges???? Where do my payments in the amount of $1341 come into play and the $252.50 credit?? I filed a complaint with the CFPB and their response was they were not Condor Capital ???? When in fact the invoice I got date 9/23/15 and the repossession letter both say Condor Capital....Sounds Like fraud!
